Abstract

Education is a conscious effort made by educators to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students are more active in developing their potential, intelligence, personality, noble character, and skills needed when in society. Developing the potential of students who are creative, knowledgeable, independent, and become democratic citizens can be achieved through subjects at school, one of which is through Social Sciences (Social Science) subjects. IPS learning is one of the main subjects at the elementary school level. IPS education has a fairly broad range of material, because IPS education covers social symptoms and life problems in society. Social studies education helps students in solving the problems they face so that it will make them understand and understand the social environment of the community more. Given that, students' abilities differ, especially in terms of remembering. So that we need a learning model with a method that fits the criteria of elementary school students who are still synonymous with the word play, interact and have fun. Abstract

Membaca nyaring merupakan tahapan proses belajar membaca bagi siswa kelas awal. Metode SAS merupakan metode yang di khususkan untuk belajar membaca dan menulis permulaan di kelas 1, meskipun demikian, model SAS dapat dipergunakan dalam berbagai bidang pengajaran. Pada prinsipnya, model ini memiliki langkah operasional dengan urutan struktural menampilkan keseluruhan, analitik melakukan proses penguraian dan sintetik menggabungkan kembali kepada bentuk structural semula. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : mengetahui penerapan metode Struktural Analitik Sintetik (SAS) ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca nyaring pada siswa kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar IT Adzkia 3 dalam jaringan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas 1 dan semua peserta didik kelas 1. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya gambaran tentang penerapan metode SAS pada pembelajaran membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode SAS sangat membantu siswa dalam belajar membaca khususnya membaca permulaan.

Abstract

Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) is an educational technology innovation designed to support teachers and principals in developing competencies and implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to analyze the utilization of PMM by teachers at SD Negeri Ciandam, Cibeureum District, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that all teachers have used PMM, but only some have utilized it optimally. The Self-Training and Teaching Tools features are the most frequently used due to their relevance to developing teacher competencies and providing learning materials. The use of PMM has positive impacts, including improved knowledge, confidence, learning quality and student learning outcomes. However, some constraints were found, such as lack of training, limited network access, and technical constraints. This study recommends the provision of special training, mentoring for teachers, as well as improving network accessibility to optimize PMM utilization. The findings underscore the importance of educational technology development as part of learning transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the PQ4R learning model using picture word cards to improve beginning reading skills. This research took place at SDN Kandang Roda, located at Nanggewer Mekar RT 001 RW 002, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, West Java. Participants in the research were 30 students. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) Kemmis and Mc Taggart model research design which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, action and observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques use initial reading practice tests, and non-tests in the form of observation, field notes and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative. The improvement in initial reading skills after implementing the PQ4R learning model using picture word cards can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle completion percentage, namely 34%, cycle I was 69% and cycle II was 81%. In the pre-cycle to cycle I there was an increase of 35% and in cycle I to cycle II there was an increase of 12%, thus providing action through these two cycles can improve students' initial reading ability and each indicator has been achieved. And it has been proven that the application of the PQ4R learning model using picture word cards can improve the reading skills of beginning elementary school students in phase A (first grade).

Abstract

The ability of students' understanding of grade V in Science Learning is still low, because some students still consider science learning difficult, so students need skills that emphasize facts, concepts and processes. So this study aims to improve science process skills through the SETS approach in grade V students of SDN Selabintana Wetan. This SETS approach can generate and improve science process skills which can provide opportunities for students to be directly involved in the learning process. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) where in its implementation it is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 26 grade V students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation. The results of the study can be proven by the increase in science process skills shown by students in the results of science learning through the SETS approach, namely in the implementation of the pre-cycle, student completeness was only 33% because all students did not show indicators of process skills, then in the implementation of cycle I, student completeness reached 78% and cycle II, student completeness reached 90%. So it can be concluded that using the SETS approach can improve science process skills in grade V students of SDN Selabintana Wetan.

Abstract

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) is an index that measures the performance of all stock prices, both common and preferred, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Some macroeconomic factors that have the potential to affect the movement of the JCI include inflation, BI rate, and exchange rates. This study aims to analyze the sensitivity of JCI to inflation, BI rate, and exchange rate during the period 2010-2023. The approach used is quantitative, with the population including all JCI, inflation, BI rate, and exchange rate data for 2010-2023. The method used is census, with samples in the form of quarterly closing price of JCI, inflation, BI rate, and exchange rate from 2010 to 2023, resulting in 56 observational data. The data analysis technique applied in this study is Error Correction Model (ECM) using EViews software version 12. The results showed that partially, JCI is not sensitive to inflation and BI rate, but JCI proved to be sensitive to exchange rates. Meanwhile, simultaneously, JCI is sensitive to inflation, BI rate, and exchange rate simultaneously with relevant statistical significance

Abstract

The rapid movement of information technology becoming one of many factors for developing education. This factor is more important today because nowdays we are increasingly unable to separate our lives from information technology.  education is one of the elements affected by the rapid growth of information technology. like it or not we have to balance and adapt to this growth. The Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is an alternative choice for getting an education outside of formal education. In Sukabumi the existence of PKBM needs to be developed and modernized because it has not been touched by professionals. PGSD's dedication team answered this challenge by providing assistance and training at two PKBMs in the city of Sukabumi.  the methodology carried out includes five stages, namely, group selection, socialization, training, reflection, and monitoring and evaluation. The program result is Collaboration between PKBM managers and PGSD Study Programs UMMI helped develop Non-Formal Elementary School Education programs in Sukabumi City

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Cooperative Script learning models to improve loud reading skills. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research design used the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Participants in this study were 3rd grade students of SDN Lembursitu with 24 students, consisting of 14 male students and 10 female students. Data collection techniques were test, observation, and documentation. The results of research on teacher activity in the first cycle showed 69 point with a good category while student activities showed 68 point with an active category. The increase in cycle II teacher activity reaches 82 point with a very good category and student activity reaches 84 point with a very active category. Before the cycle, only 29% student achive the minimum score achievement. The score in the first cycle increased to 58%. At the end,the score of the second cycle acieve 87% improvement. Based on the cycles results, students loud reading skills are improved by using the CS model.

Abstract

The research aims to improve storytelling skills through the media of sukuraga’spuppetbased on 5 characters in high class SDN SelabintanaWetan. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart cycle design models.The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students at SDN SelabintanaWetan with a total of 22 students.The study was conducted in two cycles completed with data collection in the form of interviews, observation sheets, test results, documentation results and field notes.The results of the studentspretest research who obtained classical completeness 18%or a total of 4 students achieving the KKM value and 82% or 18 students who have not yet achieved the KKM value, in cycle I who received classical mastery as much as 77% or a total of 17 students and 23% or 5 students who had not yet achieved the KKM score and in cycle II obtained classical completeness 95% or 21 students and 5% or 1 student who had not yet reached KKM.The conclusion of this study is that the use of sukuraga’spuppetmediabased on 5 character can improve the storytelling skills of students in fifthgrade at SDN SelabintanaWetan in the 2019-2020 school year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan bercerita melalui penerapan media gambar seri di kelas rendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN Pakujajar CBM Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 32 siswa, terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan tes berupa pretest dan postest. Sedangkan teknik non tes berupa observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Pada pra siklus melalui tes indikator keterampilan bercerita menunjukkan ketuntasan sebesar 16% atau 5 siswa yang tuntas dengan KKM sekolah yaitu 70, sisanya sekitar 27 orang peserta didik atau 84% tidak tuntas kemudian meningkat pada siklus I memperoleh 53% atau 17 siswa yang telah tuntas Sedangkan 47% atau 15 siswa tidak tuntas. Dan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 87% atau 28 siswa yang telah tuntas, sedangkan 13% atau 4 siswa tidak tuntas. PTK ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilan bercerita siswa meningkat melalui penerapan media gambar seri.
