Abstract

Prof. Imam Suprayogo is a Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University professor and was the campus's rector. Charismatic leadership is a leadership style owned by Prof. Imam Suprayogo. Many figures admire the figure of Prof. Imam Suprayogo, a leader who develops institutions while developing people in his institutions and a promoter of the advancement of Islamic Higher Education, especially in improving the quality of his education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The researcher collected the data using interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques. The implementation of the validity of the data is carried out by checking credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study revealed that there are five characteristics of charismatic leadership used by Prof. Imam Suprayogo in improving the quality of education, namely: (1) exemplary, (2) linguistics/rhetoric, (3) silaturahim/sowan, (4) compassion, (5) participation, and (6) function approach.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the level of quality of extracurricular activity services, the level of student satisfaction with the provision of extracurricular activity services, and explain the relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population in the study were students in class X and XI at Public Senior High School in Malang with a total population of 7206 students. The sample for this research was using simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research sample consisted of 379 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and pearson product moment correlation. The results showed (1) the quality level of extracurricular activity services was in the very good category; (2) the level of student satisfaction with extracurricular activity services is in the very satisfied category; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction at Public Senior High School in Malang.Keywords: service quality, extracurricular, student satisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas penyelenggaraan layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menjelaskan hubungan kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri Kota Malang dengan jumlah populasi 7206 orang peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling dan proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 379 orang peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat baik; (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat puas; dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik di SMA Negeri Kota Malang.Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, ekstrakurikuler, kepuasan peserta didik

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum involves various activities such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and assessment. In the context of this research, the transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture play crucial roles in supporting teacher performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by the school principal and school culture on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers from seven schools. The data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership of the school principal has a positive but non-significant (non-influential) effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (3) transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture collectively and significantly contribute 42.4% to teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.Keywords: Transformational leadership; school culture; teacher performance; merdeka curriculumAbstrak: Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka merupakan aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi tahapan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada konteks peneilitian ini, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk menunjang kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah 119 Guru (7 Sekolah). Untuk analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara positif tidak signifikan (tidak berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (2) budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (3) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara simultan dan bersamaan dengan menyumbang sebesar 42,4% terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka, sedangkan sisanya 57,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional; budaya sekolah; kinerja guru; kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the condition of the quality of Islamic education institutions after implementing doubletrack, and the strategy and implementation of the vocational program at MAN Kota Mojokerto. The research method is a qualitative approach to case study design with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this research are that the Vocational Program is held on the basis of 1) the allocation of the distribution of graduates is mostly working; 2) the issuance of a decree stating that MAN in Mojokerto City has been transformed into MA Plus Skills; 3) Provision of grants from the Ministry of Religion for the purchase of supporting tools for the implementation of vocational programs. The implementation of the vocational program is included in the school intracurricular so that students who take part in the vocation are class X students except X-E5 and X-E6 and all class XI from the Science, Social Sciences and Religion majors using the moving class method every Monday and Friday. The strategies carried out are forming vocational teams, collaboration between teachers, rigorous selection of prospective vocational teachers, increasing teacher competency, and partner collaboration. Indicators of quality achievement from the implementation of the vocational program can be seen from the increase in student achievement, increase in existence, and increase in student skills. There are factors supporting quality improvement through the implementation of the vocational program including: 1) teacher collaboration, having professional teaching staff, student enthusiasm, support from student guardians, committees, and the existence of working partners. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure and the ups and downs of learning enthusiasm from students. Keywords: Enhancement; Quality; Madrasah; Program; Vocational Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam setelah menerapkan doubletrack, dan strategi serta implementasi program vokasi di MAN Kota Mojokerto. Metode dalam riset pendekatan kualitatif rancangan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil riset ini adalah program vokasi diselenggarakan atas dasar (1) alokasi penyebaran lulusan sebagian besar bekerja; (2) pemberian SK bahwa MAN Kota Mojokerto bertranformasi menjadi MA Plus Keterampilan; (3) Pemberian dana hibah dari Kemenag untuk pembelian alat pendukung penyelenggaraan program vokasi. Pelaksanaan program vokasi dicantumkan dalam intrakulikuler sekolah sehingga peserta didik yang mengikuti vokasi yaitu siswa kelas X kecuali X-E5 dan X-E6 dan seluruh kelas XI baik dari jurusan IPA, IPS, dan Agama dengan metode moving class setiap hari senin dan jumat. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan yaitu pembentukan tim vokasi, kolaborasi antar guru, seleksi ketat calon guru vokasi, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan kerja sama mitra. Indikator ketercapaian mutu dari pelaksanaan program vokasi dilihat dari peningkatan prestasi peserta didik, peningkatan eksistensi, dan peningkatan skill peserta didik. Terdapat faktor pendukung peningkatan mutu melalui penerapan program vokasi yaitu: (1) kolaborasi guru; (2) memiliki tenaga pendidik profesional;  (3) antusiasme peserta didik; (4) dukungan dari wali murid dan komite; (6) adanya mitra kerja sama. Abstract

In the current era, innovation is really needed by teachers to optimize learning success, where they can utilize ICT and can organize game-based learning. The aim of this community service activity is to increase teacher creativity in learning and improve teacher skills in designing and implementing game-based learning in the classroom. In order to achieve the objectives of community service activities, a training approach is used, with four main stages, namely introduction, training, evaluation and providing feedback. The evaluation was carried out using a quantitative approach, using descriptive data analysis techniques and the Wilcoxon test. Based on evaluation and reflection on activities, it shows that teacher training was declared effective, there was an increase in teacher skills before and after the research was carried out. Teachers are also motivated to implement the material taught in the learning process

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe (1) the overall condition of the facilities and infrastructure in schools, (2) learning space management strategies to support the quality of learning in schools, (3) library and laboratory room management strategies to support the quality of learning in schools, (4) ) Weaknesses and solutions to the management of infrastructure in supporting the quality of learning in schools, and (5) the principal's strategy in managing infrastructure to support the quality of learning in schools. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study design at SMAN 1 Tumpang. The data were collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include (1) the overall state of facilities and infrastructure in schools, (2) learning space management strategies to support the quality of learning in schools, (3) library and laboratory room management strategies to support the quality of learning in schools, (4) drawbacks and the solution for managing infrastructure in supporting the quality of learning in schools, namely the lack of human resources for infrastructure. The solution for infrastructure is to coordinate with the principal, deputy facilities and infrastructure and the SMAN 1 Tumpang committee team, which then the committee team will carry out fundraising to the guardian of students. and (5) the principal's strategy in managing infrastructure to support the quality of learning in schools, namely developing the philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara and accepting suggestions from all residents of SMAN 1 Tumpang. Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Keadaan secara keseluruhan sarana dan prasrana di sekolah, (2) Strategi pengelolaan ruang pembelajaran dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, (3) Strategi pengelolaan ruang perpustakaan dan laboratorium dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, (4) Kekurangan dan solusi dari pengelolaan sarana prasarana dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, dan (5) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana prasarana untuk menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan desain studi kasus di SMAN 1 Tumpang. Data yang dikumpulkan mengguankan teknik obsevasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi (1) Keadaan secara keseluruhan sarana dan prasrana di sekolah, (2) Strategi pengelolaan ruang pembelajaran dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, (3) Strategi pengelolaan ruang perpustakaan dan laboratorium dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, (4) Kekurangan dan solusi dari pengelolaan sarana prasarana dalam menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah yaitu kurangnya tenaga SDM sarana prasaraana solusinya yaitu dengan terus menambah tenaga SDM untuk sarana prasarana krena sarana prasarana yang ada di SMAN 1 Tumpang sangat banyak dan luas serta kurangnya pembiayaan dalam proses pengembangan dan peningkatan sarana prasararana solusinya yaitu berkoordinasi dengan kepala sekolah, waka sarana prasarana dan tim komite SMAN 1 Tumpang, yang selanjutnya tim komite akan melakuakan penggalangan dana kepada wali murid. dan (5) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana prasarana untuk menunjang kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah yaitu melakukan pengembangan seperti filosofi Ki Hajar Dewantara serta menerima usulan dari seluruh warga SMAN 1 Tumpang.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research are: (1) to describe the level of activeness in student organizations at SMAN in Kebumen Regency; (2) describe the ability to manage time for SMAN students in Kebumen Regency; (3) knowing the effect of being active in an organization on the ability to manage the time of high school students in Kebumen Regency. This research is a correlational descriptive research. The sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling was used in each school with a total sample of 379 students. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, correlational, and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results of this study are: (1) the level of activeness in the organization of high school students in Kebumen Regency belongs to the high category; (2) the ability to manage time for high school students throughout Kebumen Regency is in the high category; (3) there is a significant and positive influence between organizational activity on the ability to manage time for high school students in Kebumen Regency.Keywords: organizational activity; time management; skills Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni: (1) mendeskripsikan tingkat keaktifan berorganisasi siswa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen; (2) mendeskripsikan kemampuan mengelola waktu siswa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen; (3) mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kemampuan mengelola waktu siswa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling digunakan di masing-masing sekolah dengan jumlah sampel total sebanyak 379 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni teknik analisis deskriptif, regresi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini yakni: (1) tingkat keaktifan berorganisasi siswa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen tergolong dalam kategori tinggi; (2) kemampuan mengelola waktu siwa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen tergolong dalam kategori tinggi; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kemampuan mengelola waktu siswa SMAN se-Kabupaten Kebumen.Kata kunci: keaktifan berorganisasi; kemampuan mengelola waktu; skills

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the level of quality of extracurricular activity services, the level of student satisfaction with the provision of extracurricular activity services, and explain the relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population in the study were students in class X and XI at Public Senior High School in Malang with a total population of 7206 students. The sample for this research was using simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research sample consisted of 379 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and pearson product moment correlation. The results showed (1) the quality level of extracurricular activity services was in the very good category; (2) the level of student satisfaction with extracurricular activity services is in the very satisfied category; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction at Public Senior High School in Malang.Keywords: service quality, extracurricular, student satisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas penyelenggaraan layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menjelaskan hubungan kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri Kota Malang dengan jumlah populasi 7206 orang peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling dan proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 379 orang peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat baik; (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat puas; dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik di SMA Negeri Kota Malang.Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, ekstrakurikuler, kepuasan peserta didik

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum involves various activities such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and assessment. In the context of this research, the transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture play crucial roles in supporting teacher performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by the school principal and school culture on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers from seven schools. The data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership of the school principal has a positive but non-significant (non-influential) effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (3) transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture collectively and significantly contribute 42.4% to teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.Keywords: Transformational leadership; school culture; teacher performance; merdeka curriculumAbstrak: Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka merupakan aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi tahapan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada konteks peneilitian ini, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk menunjang kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah 119 Guru (7 Sekolah). Untuk analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara positif tidak signifikan (tidak berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (2) budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (3) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara simultan dan bersamaan dengan menyumbang sebesar 42,4% terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka, sedangkan sisanya 57,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional; budaya sekolah; kinerja guru; kurikulum merdeka
