Abstract

Salah satu menilai kualitas pendidikan adalah hasil indeks prestasi belajar siswa. Rendahnya status gizi pada anak-anak sekolah akan membawa dampak negatif pada upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan status gizi (IMT/U) dengan indeks prestasi siswa-siswi kelas XI sekolah menengah atas Teuku Umar Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Teuku Umar Semarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan status gizi diperoleh dari data antropometri IMT/U menggunakan simpangan baku Z-skore dan prestasi belajar diperoleh dengan mengambil rata-rata nilai smester I mata pelajaran Matematika, Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa kelas XI. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji korelasi rank spearman pada taraf sigifikansi <0,05. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa persentase nilai indeks prestasi Matematika  dan Bahasa Inggris rendah 58,3%, dan terdapat prestasi pendidikan Kewarganegaraan rendah 56,3% serta responden yang memiliki status gizi kurus 45,8%. Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan status gizi (IMT/U) dengan Indeks Prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Teuku Umar Semarangpada mata pelajaran Matematika (0,001), Bahasa Inggris (0,001), dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (p=0.001) pada taraf signifikansi <0,05. Disarankan perlunya perhatian yang lebih terhadap gizi remaja anak sekolah yaitu dengan asupan gizi dan pendidikan gizi.

Abstract

There has been an increase in the number of the elderly and there are nutritional problems in elderly, which is malnutrition, so in order the elderly can maintain their health, it is necessary to do nutrition practices based on the Guidelines for Balanced Nutrition. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the suitability of nutrition practices in the elderly based on 10 Balanced Nutrition Messages in the Sambiroto District, Semarang City. Research conducted using a cross sectional design and consecutive sampling techniques, sample of this research were 103 respondents. For bivariate analysis using the Spearman rank correlation test, except gender variables using Chi-Square and for multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there are relationships between age (p = 0,005), length of education (p = 0,003), family income per capita (p = 0,034), accessibility to food (p = 0,018), the active role of health workers (p = 0,045), and the active role of the family (p = 0,000) with the suitability of balanced nutrition practices in the elderly. The results of this study also showed, there are no relationships between sex (p = 0,962), nutritional knowledge (p = 0,051), nutritional attitude (p = 0,429), health facilities and infrastructure (p = 0,192) with the suitability of balanced nutrition practices in the Sambiroto District, Semarang City. The results of multiple linear regression tests showed that the factor most related to the suitability of balanced nutrition practices is the active role of the family (p = 0,013, coefficient B = 0,293). The results of the simultaneous f test (p = 0,008) showed that the independent variables simultaneously affected the dependent variable. R square of 0,221 indicates that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 22.1%.. It is recommended that health workers and volunteer cadres in Sambiroto District provide education with the target of families who have elderly people (elderly caregiver), especially related to elderly nutrition based on 10 Balanced Nutrition Messages.

Abstract

Children with autism have disgestive disorders making it difficult do digest  protein of gluten and casein, so it is very important for mothers to pay attention to their children and control their GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) diet. The aim of this study was to analyze the association between mother’s knowledge, consumption pattern and GFCF diet with nutritional status of children with autism in special school Semarang. The design of this study was cross sectional study with quantitative research method. The study samples were 52 childrens with autism and their mother based on the inclusion criteria. Data was analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnoff Test, Rank Spearmann Test and Pearson Product Moment Test. The result showed there were 57,7% mothers had good knowledge, 100% of childrens with autism still consumed foods that contain gluten casein there are macaroni (67,3%) and butter (75%),  there are 61,5% childrens were normal, 19,2% were fat, 15,4% were obesity, 3,8% were lean based on body mass index per age, 88,5% were normal, 7,7% were short, 3,8% were very short based on height per age, 58% had good nutritional status and 42% had over nutritional status based on weight per age. Rank Spearmann Test result showed there is on correlation between mother’s knowledge (p>0,05) with nutritional status (p=0,667, 0,563, 0,491), and between mother’s knowledge with consumption pattern (p=0,296) and Pearson Product Moment Test result showed there is on correlation between consumption pattern with nutritional status (p=0,308, 0,113, 0,609). It can be concluded there is on correlation between mother’s knowledge, consumption pattern and GFCF Diet with nutritional status of children with autism in special school Semarang 2017.

Abstract

Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Candilama Kota Semarang merupakan daerah dengan insiden rate (IR) ISPA tertinggi pada bayi di tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ISPA pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang memiliki status gizi normal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Candilama Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanstudi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 6 – 12 bulan yang menderita dan tidak menderita ISPA serta memiliki status gizi normal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Candilama kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin bayi dengan kejadian ISPA pada bayidi Puskesmas Candilama Kota Semarang dengan uji chi squaredidapatkan nilai p=0,023 < α=0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan pada status ekonomi didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara status ekonomi keluarga dengan kejadian ISPA pada bayidi Puskesmas Candilama Kota Semarang dengan uji chi squaredidapatkan nilai p=0,002 < α=0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ISPA pada bayi usia 6-12 yang memiliki status gizi normal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Candilama meliputi jenis kelamin bayi (faktor intrinsik) dan status ekonomi keluarga (faktor ekstrinsik). Disarankan agar petugas puskesmas secara intensif dapat memberikan penyuluhan dan informasi terbaru kepada masyarakat sekitarnya dalam hal penyuluhan tentang ISPA pada bayi.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency is a condition caused by an imbalance between intake and energy and protein needs. The impact of CED is low birth weight (LBW), congenital defects and neonatal mortality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of nutrition education on knowledge and practice of prospective mothers related to prevention of pregnant women’s CED. This research used Quasi-Experimental method by using one-group pre-test - post-test design. The samples were 38 newlywed women taken by purposive sampling technique. The normality test used Shapiro Wilk. Data analysis used was Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Chi-Square. The results showed an increase in the knowledge of good categories as much as 55.2%. In practice, there was a decrease in good practice category by 13.2%. The results of Wilcoxon test found that there was a difference between the knowledge before and after nutrition education with p-value = 0.001 (p <0.005) and there was a difference between practice before and after nutrition education with p-value = 0.003 (p <0.005). The results of chi square test found that there was no correlation between educational background with knowledge p-value = 0.089 (p> 0.005), there was no relationship between educational background and practice p-value = 0.393 (p> 0.005), there was no relationship between work background and knowledge value = 0.636 (p> 0.005), there is a relationship between work background and practice p-value = 0.029 (p <0.005). It can be concluded that there is an effect of nutrition education on improving knowledge of CED prevention but there is no effect of nutrition education on improving prevention practice of CED. The suggestion of this research is that the newlyweds woman do prevention of CED in the form of routine meals three times a day and maintain their diet.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months is depending on complementary feeding because breast milk alone is not enough to meet the needs. The purpose of the research was to analyze the correlation of complementary feeding and other factors with nutritional status of baby aged 6-12 months in the working area of Padanarum Health Center Banjarnegara District. This was an observational analytic research with cross sectional design. Subjects were 31 baby boys and 29 baby girls, aged 6-12 months who were chosen using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criterias. Nutritional status was measured by weight scale and the Z-score was analyzed using WHO Anthro Plus. Food intake data was collected using food recall and processed using Nutrisurvey. Data was analyzed using Chi-Square, Rank Spearman and Pearson Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed that 11,67% respondents were malnutrition and 88,3% had normal nutrition, consumption of manufacturer complementary feeding was 20%, local was 28,3%, combination was 51,7%. Mother’s education <9 years was 33,3%, mothers were not working 70%, economy status was poor 22,3%. Level of energy less than RDA 43,3%, level of protein more than RDA 70%. Types of complementary feeding and level of protein was correlated with nutritional status of baby (p<0,05). Consuming manufacturer and local complementary food increase nutritional status of baby. Protein are important in baby’s growth. Level of mother’s education, mother’s knowledge, economy status, mother’s job, parenting and level of energy were not correlated with nutritional status of baby (p>0,05). It was recommended to consuming both manufacturer and local complmentary feeding for baby and add breastfeeding and infection to variable.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kesehatan merupakan aset yang berharga bagi setiap individu. Kesehatan menjadi salah satu perhatian pemerintah sehingga menciptakan berbagai macam sistem di bidang kesehatan. Penerapan sistem informasi kesehatan perlu dilakukan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaannya, salah satunya melakukan evaluasi dengan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), pada model ini terdapat lima dimensi yaitu isi, akurasi, tampilan, kemudahan pengguna dan waktu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi pada model evaluasi EUCS terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi kesehatan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah scoping review, peneliti menggunakan beberapa kajian yang memiliki cakupan relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Kriteria kajian yang di review dalam artikel ini adalah artikel atau jurnal yang dipublikasi dalam 10 tahun terakir (2012-2022). Hasil: Penelitian ditemukan bahwa kelima dimensi memiliki hubungan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem. Kesimpulan: Dalam penelitian ini adalah model evaluasi EUCS dapat diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi di bidang kesehatan berdasarkan isi, akurasi, tampilan, kemudahan pengguna dan waktu.

Abstract

Background: MRMIS needs to be evaluated to know the actual conditions of implementing the system . One of the evaluations that can be done is user acceptance of MRMIS. Aims: The study aims to determine MRMIS acceptance in X hospital Mataram City based on the variables in the UTAUT model. Methods: This is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. The sample size was 70 medical record officers using total sampling. Data processing used Partial Least Square (PLS) methodd. Results: The test results showed the t-statistic of effort expectancy was 2.507, facilitating conditions 3.787 behavioural intention 4.928, however the performance expectancy, social influence and moderate variables like age and gender variables had t-statistic values below 1.96. Conclusion: The variables of effort expectancy, enabling conditions, and behavioural intentions all have a significant impact on respondent acceptance of MRMIS, whereas the variables of performance expectancy, social influence, and moderate variables of age and gender do not.

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, with a high demand for sharia-based service markets. National development planning related to the halal market in Indonesia will open new opportunities and options for people in choosing a product, one of which is the search for health services in hospitals. This increase in demand and opportunity must be followed by good service quality. One indicator of the quality of health care is patient satisfaction. This research aims to determine patient satisfaction with sharia or Islamic health services received and the potential for developing Shariah services in hospitals. This study is a literature review with an electronic database search published 2017-2022 and meets inclusion criteria. Seven articles show that patients are satisfied with Shariah or Islamic health services in hospitals in Indonesia. Investment in human resources, development, and further research into Sharia certification in hospitals needs to be done.  Abstrak: Indonesia memiliki penduduk Muslim terbanyak di dunia, dengan demand terhadap pasar pelayanan berbasis syariah yang tinggi. Perencanaan pengembangan nasional terkait dengan pasar halal di Indonesia akan membuka kesempatan dan opsi baru bagi masyarakat dalam memilih suatu produk, salah satunya adalah pencarian pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Peningkatan permintaan dan kesempatan ini harus diikuti dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Salah satu indikator kualitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan syariah atau islami yang diterima dan potensi pengembangan pelayanan syariah di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan pencarian database elektronik  yang diterbitkan 2017-2022 dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Tujuh artikel menunjukkan bahwa pasien puas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan syariah atau islami di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Investasi sumber daya manusia, pengembangan dan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap sertifikasi syariah di rumah sakit perlu dilakukan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Iodium (GAKI) merupakan masaIah gizi yang berdampak terhadap tingkat kecerdasan  dan gangguan mentaI yang faktor resikonya pada anak SD. Wilayah yang pernah menjadi endemis GAKI kemudian telah membaik dikatakan sebagai wilayah replete GAKI. Kompetensi seorang anak dinilai dari 3 aspek yaitu kompetensi pengetahuan, sikap serta keterampilan/praktik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh paparan  media Video GAKI terhadap Kompetensi gizi siswa SD di wilayah Replete.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Quashy Eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest one group design dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling . populasi yang diteliti ada 1 sekolah dasar dengan jumlah siswa 141 yang ada di wilayah replete GAKI dan sampel yang diambil adalah 33 siswa kelas IV dan V.Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perubahan skor pengetahuan dan sikap sebesar 15,38, perubahan skor untuk praktik konsumsi iodium sebesar 23,03 sedangkan perubahan skor untuk kompetensi gizi yang meliputi pengetahuan sikap dan praktik konsumsi iodium sebesar 17,81. Perbedaan antara pengetahuan, sikap, praktik konsumsi iodium serta kompetensi gizi siswa sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p<0,05) menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan. Analisis data menggunakan paired t-test dan Wilcoxon signed rank test. Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan melalui video berpengaruh pada pengetahuan, sikap, praktik konsumsi iodium serta kompetensi gizi siswa.Kata kunci: GAKI, Video, Kompetensi gizi, Siswa SD ABSTRACT Title: The Effect Of Video Disturbances Due To Iodine Deficiency To The Nutritional Competency Of Students To The Replete Area Of The District Magelang  (Study of Students of Bumiharjo Elementary School in Magelang District in 2019) Background: Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) is a nutritional period that has an impact on the level of intelligence and mental disorders which are risk factors for elementary school children. Regions that were once endemic to IDD then have improved as the replete GAKI region. The competency of a child is assessed from 3 aspects, namely competence in knowledge, attitude and skills / practice. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of GAKI Video media exposure on the nutrition competency of elementary students in the Replete area. Method: This type of research is an experimental quashy with one group design pretest-posttest design and sampling using stratified random sampling. the population studied was 1 elementary school with 141 students in the replete GAKI region and the samples taken were 33 grade IV and V students.Result: The results of statistical tests showed that there were changes in knowledge and attitude scores of 15.38, changes in scores for iodine consumption practices amounting to 23.03 while changes in scores for nutritional competencies which included knowledge of attitudes and iodine consumption practices were 17.81. The difference between knowledge, attitudes, iodine consumption practices and student nutritional competencies before and after the intervention (p <0.05) showed differences. Data analysis used paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that health education through video influences knowledge, attitudes, iodine consumption practices and student nutritional competencies.Keywords: IDD, Video, Competency of Nutrition, Elementary School Students
