Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan manusia yang harus selalu berkembang sesuai dengan perubahan zaman yang ada. Perkembangan yang semakin pesat di dunia pendidikan dan teknologi sangat menjadi acuan untuk kualitas pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Sistem pembelajaran online adalah satu-satunya media pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan bagi siapa saja yang ingin melanjutkan ke jenjang Diploma ataupun Sarjana tanpa harus bersusah payah datang ke tempat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Banyaknya Universitas ataupun Perguruan Tinggi sudah menerapkan sistem belajar online bagi peserta didik yang terhalang oleh suatu pekerjaan atau sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dalam sistem belajar online. Pembelajaran online yang sudah diterapkan di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja disebut dengan idu.ilearning.co atau sering disebut iLearning+, namun pembelajaran online tersebut masih kurang maksimal dimana mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki motivasi belajar menjadi permasalahan yang harus dipecahkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mind mapping dan literature review. Dengan adanya penghargaan berupa nilai tambahan membuat motivasi dalam belajar menjadi meningkat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya penghargaan berupa nilai tambahan bagi mahasiswa yang aktif menjadi pemacu semangat belajar mahasiswa menjadi bertambah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the capacity of Blokchain technology in recording transactions that occurred in the ledger and in general it also offer the government to be applied to the e-Government sector which can increase data transparency, avoid fraud, and increase public trust in the government. This problem also focused on the application, challenges in the future with respect to the allocation of Blockchain technology, and in the e-Government sector, the use of Blockchain technology did not appear to be the main focus therefore it needed deeper observational evidence for the use of Blokchain technology. In its application, the biggest challenges in utilizing blockchain were generally presented as innovations such as security, scalability, and flexibility. In order to approach this problem, theoretical references were used from pre-existing studies that discuss Blokchain technology, e-Government, public services, and the data were collected through indexed journals both on a national and international scale. And the review of this paper concluded that academic research in this sector had only just begun and the issues addressed in the literature were still very limited. Therefore, more intensive research in this area is still needed to advance this field of research academic research in this sector had only just begun and the issues addressed in the literature are still very limited.

Abstract

As an innovation in the world of computers, blockchain has many benefits and is also widely applied in the world of education. Blockchain itself has many advantages, especially in the world of education. Blockchain is a digital data storage system that consists of many servers (multiserver). In this Blockchain technology, data created by one server can be replicated and verified by another server. By using this technology with a decentralized system and strong cryptography and can help colleges or universities to build infrastructure in the archive storage of transcripts, diplomas, and diplomas. Usage One of the blockchain technology applications in education is iBC, namely the e-learning Blockchain Certificate, book copyright, and also e-Portfolios. iBC or e-learning Blockchain Certificate is a tool designed to create, verify and also issue blockchain certificates. As has been supported by the IBC to create certificates that are globally verified and stored in a decentralized manner. Here will be presented use cases that are relevant in the use of Blockchain technology in educational environments, especially data processing in universities and we also try to design an IBC based on blockchain technology that can be used to support transparency and accountability of colleges or universities in issuing diplomas and grades.

Abstract

Along with the increasing development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), there has been a change in the learning approach method. Methods of face-to-face learning (conventional) and classrooms as implementation have now changed. The ilearning method approach has turned into the direction of future learning or as a learning age of knowledge. In the world of education, information becomes a vital need to support teaching and learning activities. In the online learning system that applied to iLearning+ information needs become critical needs therein. But in reality, the delivery of information is not done online, but with current information such as the delivery of information is done in an intermediary between lecturers and students, which must be done face to face so get a piece of information. So in that event, a system is needed to be able to convey information with a Web-based system so that delivery can be done online and can be accessed anytime and anywhere without being limited by time and space. In this study, using the literature review research method as a comparison material on existing research.

Abstract

Blockchain is the core technology used to create cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin. As one part of the fourth industrial Revolution since the invention of steam engines, electricity, and information technology, blockchain technology has begun to be applied in areas such as finance, judiciary, and trade. Blockchain technology uses decentralized, distributed and transparency techniques for data security. This research aims to determine the implementation of blockchain technology in the field of education, especially in the Data Security section. The study uses two methods namely the mind mapping method and literature review. The results of this study showed that with the presence of blockchain technology, the data is more secure from attacks from both inside and outside because it passes through two levels of security, namely encryption and decentralized data.

Abstract

 Giving rewards for good performance and achievement of tasks needs to be done as a form of recognition and appreciation by the organization/institution to employees, as well as being part of the process of achieving organizational goals. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System that uses the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) method with the PHP programming language to select reward recipients at University. The data used came from 2 groups, namely educational staff (lecturers) and non-educative staff (employees). Determination criteria applied to the educative group are 10 things, namely: tenure, DP3 value, the value on the percentage of work attendance, value on the percentage of teaching attendance, value on lecturer functional position, value on research implementation, the value on implementation of community service, value on the results of the questionnaire by students, the value of employment status, and the value of sanctions. There are 5 determinant criteria used in the non-educative group, namely: tenure, DP3 value, percentage of work attendance, the value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The results of this study are in the form of an information system program as a decision-making tool for the process of selecting reward recipient employees.

Abstract

The times have made technology increasingly developed that there are innovations as new media to make it easier for humans in everyday life. Blockchain technology is an innovation that has been applied in various fields such as education, health, economy, and other areas. In this study, researchers want to see the impact that blockchain technology has had on universities in technology and information to improve universities' quality. The methodology used is by reviewing previous research papers related to the research. So that this research is expected to contribute, which can overcome the problems being faced, such as the application of blockchain in universities, namely how to use the blockchain system, what blockchain is, and how to change existing technology into disruptive technology. The experimental results state that by using data from the previous paper, the aim is to reveal the impact that blockchain technology has had on technology and information that is useful for improving the quality of universities in encouraging human potential and improving quality so that they can compete both domestically and abroad.

Abstract

Object recognition and detection have been in request by numerous parties since Computer Vision innovation within the 1960s, both within the industrial and medical area. Since then, many studies have focused on object recognition and detection with various types of algorithm models that can recognize and detect objects in an image. However, not all of these algorithm models are efficient and effective in their application. Most of the previous algorithm models have a relatively high level of complexity. Here, the author tries to explain and introduce the YOLO (You only look once) algorithm model, which has a high enough image detection processing speed capability and accuracy that can compete with the previous algorithm models. There are several advantages and disadvantages of each version made, which are explained in the discussion section.

Abstract

ILearning merupakan sebuah inovasi dari era industri 4.0 dimana pembelajaran dilakukan secara online, ilearning bukan suatu hal yang baru, banyak universitas dunia yang sudah menerapkan iLearning sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu. Akan tetapi permasalahan nya adalah masih sedikit orang yang membahas mengenai bagaimana sebua manajemen proyek iLearning ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk merancang bagaimana manajemen proyek iLearning dengan menggunakan metode agile scrumban. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk pengguanaan manajemen proyek iLearnig menggunakan metode agile ini menjadi lebih efektif.Pendekatan manajemen proyek agile scrumban yang berkembang sebelumnya di industry perangkat lunak dimana ia telah tumbuh dan berkembang dengan melalui kemajuan empiris sangat cocok untuk skala besar seperti ilearning ini. Keuntungan utama mengguanakan yang ditemukan Ketika menerapkan pendekatan agile dalam manajemen proyek iLearning ini. Manajemen Agile melalui metode scrumban ini hampir memaksa peserta atau klien untuk meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam iLearning. Karena metodologi agile development scrumban memdudahkan dan memberikan ruang bagi media pembelajaran agar dapat dikembangkan ke arah yang lebih luas lagi dalam bentuk nya sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Hak Kekayaan Intelektual atau biasa disebut dengan HKI adalah Hak ekonomis yang dimiliki oleh seseorang bagi hasil pemikirannya yang berbentuk produk ataupun proses yang berguna bagi manusia. Pengelolaan serta pemanfaatan HKI saat ini masih dirasa kurang maksimal, informasi terkait HKI belum tersampaikan kepada masyarakat luas. Perguruan Tinggi memiliki kewajiban untuk mengelola serta memanfaatkan hasil kegiatan dan inovasinya yang kemudian hasil tersebut wajib untuk disebarluaskan. Sistem Pengelolaan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual sangatlah penting bagi Perguruan Tinggi dalam mengelola serta menyebarluaskan informasi terkait HKI.  Namun, saat ini sistem pengelolaan HKI yang ada di Universitas Raharja masih bersifat manual sehingga penyebarluasan informasi terkait HKI masih belum dapat dilakukan. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan adanya sebuah Sistem Pengelolaan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Berbasis Web supaya dapat mengelola sekaligus menyebarluaskan informasi terkait HKI yang diakses secara online sehingga informasi didapatkan dimana saja dan kapan saja.
