Abstract

This study aims to examine the evolution of scientific publications related to harassment in sports in the Scopus database using various bibliometric indicators such as publication trends, most active countries, scientific sources, top cites, and author keywords. From 1968 to 2022, the Scopus database recorded 1,721 publications related to harassment in sports. This review details bibliographic results using Microsoft Excel, Publish or Perish (PoP), and VOSviewer. Research findings indicate that between 1968 and 2005, publications followed a fluctuating trend. Since 2011, publications have increased to over 60 documents. 2021 will be the peak of publication with 221 documents. The International Review for the Sociology of Sport is the most active scientific source because it has published 40 documents. Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom, became the most active institution with 37 documents. This study has several limitations; the method applied in this research needs to clarify how to find, categorize, and use databases. It should be noted that data can also be obtained from other databases. This bibliometric analysis provides important information regarding future research directions in sports harassment studies, which can be learned further by examining trending keywords.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the crucial role of school principals in school management and the enhancement of education quality, particularly within the framework of School-Based Management (SBM). The significance of this study is underscored by the substantial impact of education on a nation's development and the pivotal role played by school principals in achieving optimal educational quality. The primary objective of this research is to explore the involvement of school principals in implementing SBM at SMA Negeri 1 Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency, and assess the impact of their leadership on educational quality improvement. The theoretical foundation of this study rests on the concepts of School-Based Management (SBM) and the theory of school principal leadership. Employing a qualitative approach with a single case study design, the research seeks to provide insights into the successful implementation of the SBM approach by the headmaster of SMA Negeri 1 Sukaraja. This implementation involves active participation from parents, teachers, students, and the local community in the decision-making process, reflecting a more democratic and inclusive management style in school administration. Despite the evident success, the study also uncovers challenges faced in this implementation, including resistance to change and constraints in resources.

Abstract

In a certain sport side by side with supporting physical conditions as is the case in rock climbing especially boulder numbers, physical conditions such as flexibility, balance and grip strength have an impact on the final result of a climb. This study aims to determine the relationship between flexibility and balance and strength. Hands on Results of Climbing Number Boulder UKM PAMOR FPOK UPI. Quantitative correlation method. The method used is correlation analysis with only one treatment meeting. Quantitative correlation research design. The method used is correlation analysis with only one treatment meeting. The subjects of this study were 9 athletes in the climbing division of UKM PAMOR FPOK UPI. The instruments used in this study were the V-Sit and Reach test, to determine a person's level of muscle flexibility, Standing Stroke to determine a person's balance level and the Handgrip Dynamometer to measure the level of hand muscle strength. The Sig F Change value and the R square value (Correlation Coefficient) in athletes with high scores Show a significant and strong relationship simultaneously between flexibility, balance, and grip strength on the results of climbing the Boulder UKM PAMOR FPOK UPI. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between flexibility and balance as well as grip strength on the results of climbing the Boulder Number UKM PAMOR FPOK UPI.

Abstract

Learning continuously evolves, propelled by advancements in science and technology as well as the shifting needs and preferences of students. A critical question arises: Are prospective teachers adequately prepared to adapt to these evolving demands with the necessary competencies? This study addresses this question by investigating the effectiveness of an Integrated Learning Model (ILM) in enhancing key teaching competencies. The research focuses on teaching skills, analytical thinking abilities, academic integrity, and transformational leadership qualities among prospective teachers. The study employs an experimental research design, utilizing a one-group pre-test-post-test methodology to assess the impact of the ILM on 35 students selected through cluster sampling. Data collection instruments included the TPOG for evaluating teaching skills, the ATSI for assessing analytical thinking, the PAAIS-24 for measuring academic integrity, and the GTLS for gauging transformational leadership abilities. The data analysis involved descriptive statistics, paired samples t-tests, and N-gain score analysis. The results indicate a significant positive effect of the ILM on all measured competencies: teaching skills, analytical thinking skills, academic integrity, and transformational leadership. These findings underscore the ILM's potential as a robust framework for developing the competencies necessary for prospective teachers to meet the challenges of modern education. The study suggests that future research should explore the application of ILM in various social contexts, examine its effectiveness in fostering additional relevant competencies, and compare its outcomes with those of other instructional models. Such investigations will contribute to a deeper understanding of ILM's role in preparing teachers for the demands of 21st-century education.
