Abstract

Kementrian agama dalam program dan sasaran kegiatan pengembangan ekonomi ummat mengadopsi visi Kementerian Agama dalam Peraturan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 tentang Renstra Kementerian Agama Periode 2020-2024 , yang disusun atas dasar RPJMN tahun 2020 -2024 dan berpedoman pada RPJPN 2005-2025, hasil penilaian kinerja pembangunan di bidang agama dan pendidikan serta aspirasi masyarakat untuk mewujudkan Indonesia yang maju, berdaulat, mandiri, dan khas berdasarkan gotong royong. Upaya pemberdayaan Ekonomi Ummat yang bertujuan untuk mengerahkan sumber daya guna memberdayakan potensi ekonomi umat dalam rangka mensejaterakan umat melalui kenaikan tingkat produktivitas maka diharapkan, sumber daya yang mencakup manusia dan alam dapat lebih di tingkatkan lagi pengelolaan dan pengembangan nya, sehingga diharapkan tercapainya kesejahteraan ekonomi ummat yang mana menjadi salah satu penguat relasi moderasi keagamaan terhdap sesame manusia.

Abstract

Development Theory Sharia accounting in Indonesia contributes to still emergence of debate about accountancy true and good sharia used in Indonesia. Approach formulation accountancy sharia by deductive reasoning developed by Iwan Triyuwono start the formulation with method study draft sharia established by Allah SWT in Islam. Islam regulates creed or belief, law practice, and morality. Sharia with the third meaning of the rules of the Islamic religion can conclude from the use of Sharia at the beginning spread of Islam. Consequently, action arises practice accountancy with rule sharia which is not appropriate so that in PSAK as product thinking accountancy sharia not yet implementable. Suspected problem relate with accuracy and imprecision rule sharia in arranging practice accountancy conventional this is what I tried for overcome by thinkers accountancy sharia. So that emergence theory accountancy sharia with various types thought. Development this very good for progress accountancy sharia. For example with still applied Statement Standard Sharia Accounting (PSAK) is still oriented conventional Triyuwono. Ivan Trituwono popularizes the Shariah Enterprise theory concept for repairing the very concept of Entity Theory conventional This paper will discuss thinking Ivan Triyuwono about the concept of Sharia Enterprise Theory with method Interview straight away.

Abstract

Abstrak The Qur'an, as a direction and guide for humans, requires Muslims to understand the verses of the Qur'an. The Qur'an has set rules for humans in seeking sustenance, one of which is by way of muamalah or trading (buying and selling). Trading should not be done with the will of vanity. Allah forbids humans to eat other people's property and harming others in a vanity way. Trading or buying and selling are required to be based on an-taradin' or the willingness between the two parties. This study aims to analyse the concept of 'an-taradin in online buying and selling, which refers to the interpretation of Al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is a qualitative study. The data were analysed using a literature study. According to Shari'a rules, the results showed that 'An-taradin or mutual consent in Surah An-Nisa' verse 29 is the willingness between the two parties. Mutual willingness must be following the limits of sharia. Online buying and selling transactions are required to have open ethics and trust in the transaction to avoid the detrimental of both parties. Honesty and benefit can be the basic principles in conducting online buying and selling transactions.

Abstract

Performance or performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with with the responsibilities assigned to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of compensation, motivation, job satisfaction on performance at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and uses the SPSS version 20.0 program. This study uses a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable, motivation, on job satisfaction through performance is 54.5% and the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables. While the compensation variable, motivation on job satisfaction is 55.7% and the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables. intervention at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City with 95% confidence level and 5% error rate. Maqashid al-shari'ah can be interpreted as God's goal as shari' in establishing an integrated law for his servants. The essence of maqashid al-syari'ah is to realize goodness while avoiding evil or attracting benefits (maslahah).

Abstract

This study discusses the Islam and Christianity at Rumah Gadang: Characteristics of Minangnese interfaith marriage in Padang, Yogyakarta, and Salatiga. Minangnese households in these three cities are unique because they have two different beliefs. Despite this, their domestic life continues to be harmonious, and no conflicts based on religious beliefs exist. The research setting was carried out in three cities in Indonesia: Padang, Yogyakarta, and Salatiga. This research explains the process of interfaith marriage for Minangnese who live outside the Minangkabau administrative area. It also describes factors that make their household life harmonious even though they have two different beliefs. Then, it explains the implications of the household life of Minangnese interfaith marriages outside the Minangkabau region, namely in Padang, Yogyakarta, and Salatiga. The research method used is qualitative, using a sociology of religion approach. The informants interviewed were Minang people who were married to Christian partners and Minang figures who lived in the research area. Meanwhile, respondents were taken randomly from residents living around the research object. This research found that the household characteristics of Minangnese interfaith marriage tend to be adaptive, tolerant, and Sufistic. This study claims that religion, which has been accused of being the source of conflict and divorce in the household, is not valid. This can be seen from the social interactions of couples of interfaith marriage who live in harmony, peace, and harmony

Abstract

Untuk mempermudah kaum muslim untuk menunaikan zakat dan bersedekah maka dibentuklah lembaga zakat sepeti BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) yang dikelolah oleh pemerintah dan adapun yang dikelolah oleh organisasi islam seperti LAZISMU (Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq Sedekah Muhammaddiyah) yang dikelolah oleh muhammaddiyah untuk melakukan kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengkordinasian dalam pengumpulan, pendistribusian, dan pendayagunaan zakat. Salah satu program lazismu dalam menghimpun zakat, infaq dan sedekah dengan melakukan kerja sama kotak infaq kepada seluruh masjid untuk mempermudah penghimpunan dana. Untuk itu tidak semua mesjid menerima program tersebut karena ada beberapa faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan pihak masjid terkait kerjasama tersebut. Untuk itu artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masjid dalam mengambil keputusan terkait program kerjasama kotak infaq yang dibentuk oleh lembaga zakat Lazismu kota Medan. Abstract

LAZISMU is an Amil Zakat Institution, Infaq, Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Which has a national scale in community empowerment through productive utilization of zakat funds, infaq, waqf, and other philantropic funds from individuals, companies and other agencies. The establisment of LAZISMU aim as a zakat management institution with efficient finance that can be part of the communitys social problem solver. Limited capital, lack of knowledge of technology, and difficulty in marketing products are the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) today. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and strategy of LAZISMU in Medan City towards the Empowerment of MSME in Medan City. This research process uses descriptive qualitative research. Information in this study is based on primary sources. Data collection techniques in this study are through library research and field research. The results of research aimed at LAZISMU Medan City show the results of empowering zakat, infaq, shadaqah funds distributed through two classifications, namely productive and comsumptive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Kip scholarship governance at North Sumatra State Islamic University. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the research was conducted at the Academic Bureau of UIN North Sumatra, the research sample was students who received Kip scholarships in 2019. Data analysis was carried out using the miles and huberman method which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that based on the effectiveness indicators, namely seen from the accuracy of the program targets that have been running effectively, the socialisation of the program has been declared appropriate, the supervision of the program has been said to be appropriate, but the indicators of achieving program objectives have not been fully effective. The effectiveness of governance in the implementation of the KIP scholarship programme at UIN North Sumatra is a policy implementation in supporting the government's commitment to provide access to higher education to people who have economic limitations. Therefore, further research is needed that focuses more on further supervision of the programme so that the objectives of the KIP programme can be achieved.

Abstract

Common conflicts are faced by large organizations such as Bank Sumut, especially those arising from differences of opinion between employees, namely conflicts that are not managed properly can reduce productivity, lower employee morale, and create a disharmonious work atmosphere. This study was conducted at Bank Sumut with the type of research conducted being field research with a qualitative approach. With data collection through interview techniques on the head of HR at Bank Sumut as a solution to the problem. This study aims to explore and apply Human Resource (HR) management strategies in overcoming conflicts through the OGSM method (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures). The OGSM method is used as a framework for setting goals, objectives, strategies, and measures of success in managing conflict. The main objective of implementing this method is to increase harmony and productivity in the Bank Sumut work environment. from this study is that the OGSM method is an effective tool in conflict management, able to create a more harmonious and productive work environment at Bank Sumut. These findings can be a guide for other organizations in managing conflicts due to differences of opinion in the workplace.

Abstract

This research examines the crucial role of service value and product quality of IndiHome services in influencing customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Kandatel Kabanjahe. PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), plays a strategic role in the information and communication technology industry in Indonesia. The company's primary focus is to advance society through a range of products and services, with IndiHome as one of its flagship offerings. This study employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the quality of internet connection, myIndiHome application, and customer loyalty program significantly impact customer satisfaction. A fast and stable internet connection provides users with a better experience. The myIndiHome application facilitates easy access and management of services for customers. Meanwhile, the customer loyalty program successfully retains subscriptions. This research concludes that customer satisfaction is not just an end goal, but also the foundation for building strong and mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
