Abstract

The research aimed to produce professional flip pdf-assisted electronic textbooks (e-books) and to find out the feasibility, as well as the user's response to the material for optical instruments. This type of research is development research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects totaled 34 respondents consisting of class XI MIPA students and physics students. The research instrument used was the validator's assessment sheet regarding material and media aspects as well as a respondent's questionnaire regarding the use of e-books filled out via Google Forms. The results of the data analysis resulted in a product in the form of an electronic textbook (e-book) assisted by professional flip pdf materials on optical instruments which can be accessed using a PC and smartphone. The results of the validation of material and media experts obtained an average validation score of 81.0% which indicates the overall valid and feasible criteria of the e-book produced. Positive responses from users obtained an average percentage of 88.6% with a very good predicate. This means that the professionally developed flip pdf-assisted e-book is feasible and interesting for users to use in learning optical instruments in class X MIPA.

Abstract

Elementary school is the first level of formal education for students in pursuing education. Where education in elementary schools has a contribution in building students' knowledge base used at the next level of education, therefore the implementation of learning in elementary schools must run optimally so that the objectives of holding elementary school education can be achieved. Reading skills are a way to get information about something written. Reading and writing skills are skills that a person acquired after they enter school. Therefore, these two types of language skills are the main learning offerings for students in lower elementary schools. These two skills materials are presented in one initial reading and writing package. Reading and writing must be immediately mastered by students in elementary school because these skills are directly related to the entire student learning process at school. In relation to this, the community service team and SDN 1 Mancilan found 13 students from grades 3-6 who experienced difficulties in reading and writing. Based on this, the community service team carried out reading and writing guidance for the 13 students by applying learning media in the form of modules, learning media in the form of spelling circles and standing words using spelling, syllable, and word method approach. To increase students' interest in literacy, the community service team carried out socialization and training on making wall magazine for grade 5 and 6 students using the Learning by Doing or LBD method.

Abstract

Salah satu daur ulang limbah organik adalah pembuatan eco enzym. Eco Enzyme adalah produk yang mampu untuk menyelamatkan bumi dari kerusakan akibat gas metana yang berasal dari pembusukan bahan organik sayur dan buah-buahan. Pengabdian berikut memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran green entrepreneurship tentang pentingnya tentang pengolahan kembali sampah organik menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat. Metode pendekatan dalam pendampingan yakni Discovery dengan menemukan permasalahan terkait lingkungan, Dream melihat masa depan dengan menpersiapkan secara dini dalam mengolah lingkungan, Design merancang yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan, Define menentukan alternatif pemecahan permasalahn lingkungan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai eco enzym, Destiny melakukan tindakan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan eco-frienzym. Hasil kegiatan antusiasnya peserta didik MA Bahrul Ulum dalam kegiatan tersebut, produk eco-frienzym, bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola lingkungan.

Abstract

AbstractAn essential component in the education work that all school members must consider is discipline in teaching and learning activities. A timeline always marks one example of a field according to a predetermined schedule, including entry schedules, changing subjects, and going home. Change of time is observed by ringing the school bell. The problems faced by the partners are the regulation of changing the allocation of time for each subject contained in the learning system, which still uses a manual bell so that the process of changing learning hours is not maximized, and the timeliness of the officers in ringing the bell to change class hours. Bell ringing is still done manually, so there are still obstacles in its application, including delays in ringing the bell. This activity aims to apply appropriate technology for automatic school bells using Arduino to discipline students. The problem-solving method in Community Partnership Program activities is through observation to analyze the situation and design a mechanical school bell based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The results obtained from this activity can reduce the obstacles encountered while using the manual bell so that the bell function can be increased effectively with this new system. The automatic bell system developed at SDN Rejosopinggir is a system-based Arduino Uno microcontroller where the system is equipped with various kinds of sounds that have been determined so that it is easy to operate the bell. The work program research conducted at SDN Rejosopinggir positively impacts the discipline of students when changing study bells or activities.Keywords: Arduino, Automatic School Bell, Discipline, Appropriate Technology AbstrakKomponen penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang harus diperhatikan oleh seluruh warga sekolah adalah kedisiplinan waktu kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satu contoh kedisiplinan selalu ditandai dengan ketepatan waktu sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan meliputi jadwal masuk, pergantian mata pelajaran, dan pulang. Pergantian waktu ditandai dengan pembunyian bel sekolah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah pengaturan pergantian alokasi waktu untuk setiap mata pelajaran yang terdapat pada sistem pembelajaran masih menggunakan bel manual, sehingga dalam melakukan proses pergantian jam pembelajaran yang dilakukan belum maksimal, dan ketidaktepatan waktu oleh petugas dalam membunyikan bel tanda pergantian jam pelajaran. Pembunyian bel masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga masih ada kendala dalam penerapannya, diantaranya adalah keterlambatan dalam membunyikan bel. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi tepat guna bel sekolah otomatis menggunakan Arduino sebagai upaya untuk mendisiplinkan siswa. Metode pendekatan penyelesaian masalah dalam kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dilakukan melalui observasi untuk menganalisis situasi, lalu merancang bel sekolah otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat mengurangi kendala yang dihadapi selama menggunakan bel manual, sehingga penerapan sistem yang baru ini dapat meningkatkan fungsi bel secara efektif. Sistem bel otomatis yang dikembangkan di SDN Rejosopinggir ini adalah sistem berbasis mikrokontroler Ardiano Uno. Sistem tersebut dilengkapi dengan berbagai macam suara yang telah ditentukan sehingga sangat memudahkan dalam mengoperasikan bel tersebut. Abstract

This research aims to design an audio-visual learning media based on TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content Knowledge) that can increase students' understanding of learning concepts in Aqidah Akhlak material and can improve the quality of learning for teachers. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) research. The development model used in this research is ADDIE including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research and development procedures that will be carried out by researchers only consist of three stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The limitation of this research is only at the development stage due to limited time and energy. This research was conducted on class XI students of MA Nizhamiyah Ploso and MAN 4 Jombang. The research instrument used material validation sheets, media validation and student response questionnaires. Data collection through product validation and student responses to the product. Data were analyzed using product feasibility tests and product response tests by students. The results of the research on TPACK-based audiovisual learning media on moral creed material produced obtained results after going through the revision and validation stages with an average score of 88% in material validation and media validation obtained an average score of 84%, the material expert validator and media expert stated that Learning media is very relevant and worth using. Then, at the test stage, students' responses to the suitability of the learning media obtained an average score of 83% with very interesting criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the students' conceptual understanding through the Four Tier Diagnostic Test in the Fiqh Subject of class XI MA Fattah Hasyim. This study uses descriptive quantitative research. Descriptive research attempts to describe an existing phenomenon, namely the implementation of the four-tier diagnostic test instrument in seeing students' misconceptions. The population and sample of the study used the Purposive Sampling Technique in Class XI F Language MA Fattah Hasyim with a total of 30 students. The collection of research data used the four-tier diagnostic test. This instrument consists of 15 validated questions. The research data were analyzed through normality tests and homogeneity tests. The results of the study of students' conceptual understanding through the four-tier diagnostic in the fiqh subject obtained a conceptual understanding of 74.89%, quite understanding 20.67%, weak concepts 1.11%, and misconceptions 3.33%. Students tend to experience misconceptions in the sub-material of gifts at number 9 with an average of 33.33%, then experience misconceptions again in the sub-material of grants at number 11 with an average of 10.00%, and in the sub-material of nafaqah and sadaqah numbers 1 and 8 with an average of 3.33%.

Abstract

One of them is learning that must be integrated with existing science and technology so that it becomes a demand for teachers to improve their competence, especially using technology in learning. One type of learning that includes the interaction of teachers, students, and technology is the TPACK (Technology, Pedagogical, Content, Knowledge) learning model. The research aims to determine the design and feasibility of the TPACK integrated learning tool in the Aqidah Akhlak lesson material for Class XII MAN 3 and MA Al-Bairuny students. This research uses a development research method according to the 10 stages of Brog and Gall. This research is limited to 5 stages and does not reach the implementation stage. Data was collected using a validation sheet which was assessed by 5 validators and data analysis was carried out through product feasibility testing. The research results showed that the TPACK integrated learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD were very suitable for use according to the product validation results of 87%. There needs to be improvements related to adjusting time allocation in learning. Researchers hope that in the future further research can be carried out to see the effectiveness of this learning tool in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to develop English learning media for class XI students in high school, especially in the Kind of Text material that suits their needs. In addition, the main goal of the researcher is to design an Android-based educational game media for English subjects in reading skills on Kind of Text material in high school to help students make it easier to learn English and to find out how appropriate the educational game media is. The researcher uses the Research and Development method which is adapted from the development of ADDIE. English learning media is named English Education Game (EEG). This English learning media is an application designed to help students increase their interest in learning English in the ability to read a text. This English learning media was validated by media experts and material experts before being tested on students. While the research instrument is an interview with one of the English teachers at MA Mambaul.Ulum Megaluh Jombang. The results of this study indicate that 1) the results of the media expert score are 4.60. 2) the results of the material expert score 4.3. 3) the result of the field test score is 4.43. Based on the results above, the researcher concludes that the English Education Game (EEG) media is suitable for use in learning English.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop an assessment instrument diagnostic test four tier. Diagnostic test four tier is one of the instruments used to diagnose student’s level of conception oon a concept. The purpose of this study was to design a four-tier diagnostic test assessment instrument based on high order thinking skills (HOTS) and also to determine the feasibility of understanding student’s concept that were valid and reliable. This research is a development research that uses a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data analysis technique uses validation, validit, reliability and difficulty level and using SPSS 21 calculations. The results of the overall validation obtained that the average score of the four-tier diagnostic test instrument was 3.04 and valid or suitable for use. The results of the instrument validity test obtained 17 valid questions and the results of the instrument reliability test obtained a value of 0.901 in the very high category. Therefore, the four-tier diagnostic test assessment instrument based on high order thinking skills (HOTS) on fiqh material for class X MA Negeri 3 Jombang deserves to be tested in the learning process.

Abstract

In this modern era, education is very important for human development and progress. Education cannot be separated from the so-called learning process. One of the achievements of educational goals can be seen from the learning outcomes of a student after going through the learning process he does. Hybrid learning is a combination of the learning process in the classroom with online learning or outside the classroom, to take advantage of existing technological tools in the current era. During the COVID-19 pandemic emergency that occurred throughout the world in 2019-2021, problems occurred, especially in education and finally learning activities were transferred online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hybrid learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in fiqh subjects at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. Data collection techniques using tests in the from of multiple choice questions pre-test and post-test, validation sheets. Researchers used the Pre-Experimental Desain and Paired Sample Test menthods to determine the effect on student learning outcomes. The results of the research that have been carried out state that the average of all aspects is 88.796%, which means it is very feasible to use research at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. Student learning outcomes using the pre-test and post-test, the students’ average score was 52.8% for the pre-test score and for the post-test score the students’ average score was 69.5%. The significant value is <0.05 in the Pairet Sample Test table. This means that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes in fiqh class XI subjects at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang, on the treatment given during the pre-test and post-test.
