Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work motivation and adaptability on the work productivity of employees of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents who are employees at PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in the research is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that work motivation and adaptability simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. Partial Work Motivation has a significant influence on the work productivity of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri employees in Tasikmalaya City. Partial Adaptation Ability has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri employees in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to determine and analyze Workload, Work Stress on courier Performance at PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya. The Research Method used was a survey method, and sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Primary data was obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 120 courier PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya respondents and secondary data was obtained from literature review and the company. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that Workload was in the good category, Work Stress was in the good category, and Courier Performance was in the good category. Partially, Workload has a positive effect on Courier Performance, and work stress has a positive effect on courier performance. Workload and work stress simultaneously influence the courier performance at PT Lazada Elogistics Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance in the sales clerk section at PT. Asia Tritunggal Jaya Cihideung. The research method used is a survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 80 respondents taken from all employees in the sales clerk section at PT. Asia Tritunggal Jaya Cihideung. Sampling uses saturated samples. The analytical methods used in this research are path analysis and Sobel tests. Based on the research results, it shows that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a significant effect on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is unable to become an intervening variable between emotional intelligence and employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to first understand and analyze the overview of Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Work Productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Second, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Third, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Compensation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fourth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Motivation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fifth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research results indicate that Compensation falls under the good category, Work Motivation falls under the good category, Work Discipline falls under the very good category, and work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya falls under the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Compensation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Motivation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research was to find out how Islamic financial behavior influences perceptions of KUR and also digital financial inclusion as an intervening variable. KUR (People's Business Credit) is a financing program provided to MSMEs as a form of support from the Indonesian government.  KUR is credit given to MSMEs that are not yet bankable but have potential for working capital and investment purposes. However, the number of MSMEs using KUR is still below the Indonesian government's target. The research used mixed method  with a sample size of 150 respondents consisting of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The research results show that Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the perception of KUR, Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on Digital Financial Inclusion and Islamic Financial through Digital Financial Inclusion has a significant influence on the perception of KUR in Tasikmalaya MSMEs. This shows that the Government must be able to increase digital financial inclusion and have some sharia-based KUR concept.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity and service quality on consumer buying interest of Singaparna Area Clothing Store , Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Singaparna Area Clothing Stores. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product diversity and service quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Singaparna Tasikmalaya Area Clothing Stores.

Abstract

The increasing public demand for daily service needs has led to intense competition in today's business world. For service companies, an optimal service system is their main weapon in competing effectively. Service effectiveness is crucial in gaining positive customer ratings. However, the high demand for the service sector results in the number of customers continuing to increase while the number of service providers remains limited. This research aims to optimize the service system by utilizing the multi-channel multi-phase queuing model. This model allows for multiple service facilities to be available to serve incoming customers. In this study, the queuing model formula (M/M/1) & (M/M/2) was used to analyze the single channel- single phase and multi-channel- multi phase queuing systems. The results show that the patient arrival rate is smaller than the patient service rate, which indicates a good level of effectiveness in the single channel-single phase queuing system. However, by adding one server to be able to implement the multi channel - multi phase queuing model, the effectiveness of the queuing system can be improved. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of service effectiveness in the face of increasing demand. By using the right queuing model and adding servers, service companies can improve service efficiency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem kerja kontrak, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada Sakka.Id serta pengaruh sistem kerja kontrak dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sakka.Id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, sedangkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sakka.Id, dengan tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau disebut juga dengan istilah sensus, dimana survey dilakukan kepada karyawan Sakka.ld. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa sistem kerja kontrak dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sakka.Id.

Abstract

The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer heler CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer rice shop CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.
