Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and wages on the performance of farmer workers, Mr. Asep Sunandar, Indrajaya Village. In this study, the three variables used an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the saturated sampling technique. The object of this research is the performance of farmer laborer Mr. Asep Sunandar Indrajaya Village as many as 30 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the training simultaneously and partially has a significant effect However, the testing of working wages Performance of Farmer Labor Mr. Asep Sunandar Indrajaya Village.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Upah Kerja terhadap kinerja buruh petani bapak asep sunandar Desa Indrajaya. Dalam penelitian ini, ketiga variabel menggunakan skala ukur ordinal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan teknik Sampling jenuh. Objek penelitian ini adalah kinerja buruh petani bapak asep sunandar Desa Indrajaya sebanyak 30 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan akan tetapi pengujian Upah kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Buruh Petani Bapak Asep Sunandar Desa Indrajaya.

Abstract

Banyak bahan baku yang menumpuk, hal ini kurangnya pengendalian bahan baku, sehingga tidak efisien banyak bahan yang menganggur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Pemeliharaan Mesin Terhadap Proses Produksi (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 30 Karyawan Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Pemeliharaan Mesin secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Pemeliharaan Mesin memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of analyzing the influence of several independent variables including brand image, service quality and price perceptions on the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The objects in this study are customers from food distributor companies in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and data obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this research is 256 customers. Abstract

This activity is a community service carried out in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City for several Kelom Geulis Micro Enterprises (MSMEs). As a result of the impact of the pandemic, several Kelom Geulis SMEs have not only closed galleries but have also stopped production. The purpose of this service is to analyze the problems of MSMEs caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and provide assistance and solutions related to the resilience of their businesses so that they can get up and run their businesses again. The service method used is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews with 4 (four) Kelom Geulis entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 and providing assistance in terms of product innovation, financial planning, communication with partners (community leaders and the Tasikmalaya City Office of Cooperatives and UKM, assistance regarding the marketing of kelom geulis and opening new market networks for marketing these products. As a result of this service, MSME actors who are the subject of service can open up opportunities to return to running their business.  ---  Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya terhadap beberapa Usaha Mikro (UMKM) Kelom Geulis Saat ini, kegiatan apapun terutama kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia bahkan negara lainnya nyaris terhenti akibat menyebar luasnya virus corona atau biasa disebut Covid-19. Akibat dampak pandemi, beberapa UMKM Kelom Geulis tidak hanya menutup galeri, tapi juga menghentikan produksi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis permasalahan para UMKM yang disebabkan oleh pandemik Covid-19 dan memberikan pendampingan dan solusi terkait resiliensi usahanya agar mereka mampu bangkit dan menjalankan usahanya lagi. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 4 (empat) pengusaha Kelom Geulis yang terkena dampak Covid-19 serta memberikan pendampingan dari segi inovasi produk, perencanaan keuangan, komunikasi dengan mitra (tokoh masyarakat dan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Tasikmalaya), pendampingan mengenai pemasaran kelom geulis dan membuka jaringan pasar baru untuk pemasaran produk tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, para pelaku UMKM yang dijadikan subjek pengabdian dapat membuka peluang untuk kembali menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

Background: Pengabdian masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan keterampilan sablon Pigment Pasta manual dalam menciptakan peluang bisnis di Kelurahan Kersanegara Kecamatan Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengakomodir para pemuda di Kelurahan Kersanegara Kota Tasikmalaya dengan memberikan pelatihan sablon manual. Metode: Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Pemuda di lingkungan Kersanegara Kota Tasikmalaya, jumlah peserta sebanyak 5 orang, Penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di tempat pelaksanaan penyuluhan dan pelatihan di Kelurahan Kersanegara Kota Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak lima orang dan dibuat menjadi satu kelompok usaha, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melibatkan perangkat Kelurahan, Hasil yang dicapai dari kegitan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok usaha sablon manual, Kerjasama kelompok usaha sablon dengan mitra UMKM lain. Hasil: Pelatihan sablon ini telah terealisasi dengan baik. Selain itu para peserta diberikan pengetahuan mengenai perbaikan manajerial seperti Pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan, rancangan inovasi dan diferensiasi dan telah terealisasi Kesimpulan: Terbentuknya kelompok usaha sablon manual, Kerjasama kelompok usaha sablon dengan mitra UMKM lain. Indikator keberhasilan dari program ini adalah kelompok usaha tersebut sudah mulai menerima order meski dalam kuantitas yang masih kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on Employee Performance (Survey on employees of the production of Public Relations.Prosperous). This study uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 64 respondents from employees of the PR. Makmur prosper by using the method of convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that work discipline and work environment simultaneously significantly affect employee performance. Work discipline partially insignificant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Competence and Work Discipline have on Teacher Performance at SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 44 people as respondents to SD Al Muttaqin "Fullday School" Tasikmalaya City based on 44 known population data. The data used is using primary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application, multiple correlation, F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially competence and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of SD Al-Muttaqin "Fullday School" teachers. Simultaneously the effect of competence and work discipline on teacher performance is 87.6%. The influence of a strong variable is competence with a coefficient of 45.83%. While the coefficient of work discipline is 32.83%

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to conduct an analysis of the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City, 2) to formulate a strategy to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City 3) Develop a strategy model for MSME competitiveness in Tasikmalaya City. The target of the findings in this study is to develop a competitive strategy model adopted from Porter's strategy model. This research was carried out through a strategy formulation approach using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The respondents in this research were MSME actors spread across 10 (ten) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City using purposive sampling technique. Based on the AHP analysis, it was found that the priority strategy that must be carried out by MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City is to use modern equipment, wider business coverage (domestic and foreign), establishing collaboration with government and private parties. The suggestion in this study is to carry out good cooperation between MSMEs and the government (triple helix) so that MSMEs can carry out their roles well and create good MSME competitiveness as well.
