Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selection on employee performance and the effect of recruitment on employee performance on employees of PT Abon Sapi 32 Tasikmalaya with a total population of 40 employees. The research method used is the explanatory survey method, while the sample withdrawal technique uses saturated sample technique. So that the sample used was 40 people. The data source used is primary data source and the data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this study, the analysis tool used path analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing process using the F test and t test. The results showed that the Selection, Recruitment and Employee Performance of PT Abon Sapi 32 had a very good assessment classification. Selection and Recruitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abon Sapi 32. Selection partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abon Sapi 32. Recruitment partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abon Sapi 32.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, melakukan observasi dan wawancara ke pihak yang terkait. Untuk populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang Pegawai yang berstatus ASN. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh simultan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and organizational culture on the work performance of ASN employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires, conducting observations and interviews to related parties. For the population of this study as many as 35 employees who have ASN status. The results of this study are the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously affect the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, the Physical Work Environment partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, Organizational Culture partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and flexible working hours on the performance of driver partners in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were goride driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that compensation and flexible working hours have a simultaneous and significant effect on driver performance. Meanwhile, compensation has a partial and significant effect on performance, and flexible working hours have a partial and significant effect on the performance of driver partners in the city of Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the State Civil Apparatus of the Tasikmalaya City Health Service. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. Respondents in this study were civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office as many as 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Data collection techniques used library research, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif, Sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus terhadap pegawai BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumen. Alat analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi. 25, korelasi berganda, uji F, uji T, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaii pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja , Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design and product quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The partial influence of product design and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 96 people as respondents from consumers of the Kencana Bordir Tasikmalaya company. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of simultaneous testing of product design and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, the product design variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as well as the product quality variable partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City regarding Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), analyze and determine the extent of the role of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in increasing Sustainable Business Performance or increasing the competitive advantage of Leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research sample consisted of 39 leading MSMEs spread across 5 (five) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that only a few MSMEs already knew about the concept of GHRM but had not been able to apply it optimally to their businesses. The results of this study also produced a GHRM concept/model that can be applied to leading MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City which includesbackground, stimulus, implementation and expected output from the implementation of Green Human Resource Management. The background explains why Green Human Resource Management needs to be implemented, Stimulus is something that encourages subjects both organizationally and individually to implement/do something. Some determinants that are thought to encourage a company or individual employee to behave in an environmentally friendly manner are, environmental ethics awareness, organizational culture and organizational/leadership commitment. The concept is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and produce a better company work environment

Abstract

Digital technology is now a major factor in supporting HR development in the creative industry sector. Through the concept of Digital Human Resources Supply Chain (DHRSC), companies can utilize digital technology to manage the HR supply chain, from recruitment, skills development, to performance evaluation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method approach that describes the phenomena that occur related to the implementation of Digital Human Resources Supply Chain (DHRSC) in the standardization of human resource (HR) competencies in the creative industry totaling 39 MSMEs spread across 7 (seven) sub-districts in Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with the Mix Method method. The results of the study show that the implementation of DHRSC has a significant impact on the standardization of HR competencies in the creative industry in Tasikmalaya City. The main factors that influence this process are the use of digital technology, digital-based training, infrastructure availability, and government support

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of Work Environment and Work Spirit variables on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 57 PD employees. Galunggung Putra. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection uses saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 57 PD employees Galunggung Putra. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the Work Environment and Work Morale simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. The work environment partially has a significant effect on work productivity. Morale partially has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work motivation and adaptability on the work productivity of employees of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents who are employees at PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in the research is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that work motivation and adaptability simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri, Tasikmalaya City. Partial Work Motivation has a significant influence on the work productivity of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri employees in Tasikmalaya City. Partial Adaptation Ability has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri employees in Tasikmalaya City.
