This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the Democratic Leadership Style which is influenced by the Work Ethic and Teacher Performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation School, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used amounted to 49 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style partially has no significant effect on teacher performance, work ethic partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation school, Tasikmalaya City

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of reward and punishment on the work discipline of employees in the sewing production division of CV.Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The samples in this study were employees of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya, totaling 53 people. This research was conducted by collecting data with a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially giving rewards has a significant effect on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Partially has a significant effect on punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family TASIKMALAYA. Simultaneously, it has a significant effect on reward and punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

In the era of globalization, public organizations such as the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City face complex challenges. Effective human resource (HR) management is key to achieving organizational goals and providing the best possible service. Employee commitment, which is influenced by leadership and organizational climate, is an important factor in achieving this. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee commitment in the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey data collection technique through questionnaires to 45 employees. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that leadership and organizational climate have a significant simultaneous and partial influence on employee commitment. This means that good leadership and organizational climate can increase employee commitment. This research provides important implications for the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City in increasing employee commitment through effective leadership and organizational climate. This can contribute to improving performance and achieving organizational goals.

This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Puspahiang. The method used in this research is cuntitative through a survey approach. In this study, the sample taken was the entire population of teachers at SMPN 2 PUSPAHIANG, the population of which was 42 teachers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style obtained from the Teachers of SMPN 2 Puspahiang has good criteria. Work Motivation for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teacher products has good assessment criteria, Teacher Performance for SMPN 2 Puspahiang Teachers has good assessment criteria. Together Leadership Style and work motivation have a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

This research was conducted to determine the Influence of Integrity and Professionalism on the Performance of Employees of the Local Revenue Agency of Tasikmalaya City. This study used a quantitative approach with Associative (Causal) research methods using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 47 repondents. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. This research aims to determine the influence of price perception and brand image on interest in buying Koko MHN Collection Tasikmalaya clothes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a causality survey method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 100 samples or respondents from MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko shirt consumers and sampling was carried out using probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of the research show that price perceptions do not have a positive and insignificant effect on interest in buying MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko clothes. And the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in buying MHN Collection Tasikmalaya koko clothes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selection on employee performance and the effect of recruitment on employee performance on employees of PT Abon Sapi 32 Tasikmalaya with a total population of 40 employees. The research method used is the explanatory survey method, while the sample withdrawal technique uses saturated sample technique. So that the sample used was 40 people. The data source used is primary data source and the data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this study, the analysis tool used path analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. In the hypothesis testing process using the F test and t test. The results showed that the Selection, Recruitment and Employee Performance of PT Abon Sapi 32 had a very good assessment classification. Selection and Recruitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abon Sapi 32. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, melakukan observasi dan wawancara ke pihak yang terkait. Untuk populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang Pegawai yang berstatus ASN. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh simultan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya, Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai ASN Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and organizational culture on the work performance of ASN employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires, conducting observations and interviews to related parties. For the population of this study as many as 35 employees who have ASN status. The results of this study are the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously affect the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, the Physical Work Environment partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office, Organizational Culture partially affects the Work Achievement of ASN Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Communication and Information Office.
