Abstract

Olahan es krim kreatif semakin berkembang dewasa ini, olahan es krim sehat perlu diolah dengan mutu yang tinggi. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang pembuatan es krim jamur tiram dengan tambahan krim nabati buah alpukat ini dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan krim nabati buah alpukat terhdap daya leleh dan uji organoleptik es krim.  Metodolog penelitian ini merupakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan desain penelitian 5 perlakuan dan 4 pengulangan dengan memodifikasi konsentrasi buah alpukat sebanyak 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% dan 40% serta jumlah panelis uji organoleptik sebanyak 35 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan konsentrasi penambahan krim nabati buah alpukat memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap nilai daya leleh es krim, dengan dibuktikan nilai F hitung> dari Ftabel, 281, 65 > 3,06 pada uji Annova dan tidak ada kelompok perlakuan yang memiliki kesamaan rata-rata sesuai hasil uji Duncan. Daya leleh terbaik pada penelitian ini ada pada formulasi ketiga dengan perlakuan 20% whipcream : 20% krim nabati buah alpukat. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukan bahwa perbedaan perlakuan penambahan krim nabati buah alpukat pada es krim jamur tiram memengaruhi tekstur, rasa, dan warna secara nyata dengan nilai asymp kruskal-wallis .000, .000, dan .006, namun tidak memengaruhi organoleptik aroma.  Formula yang paling disukai panelis ada pada formula ketiga dengan perlakuan 20% whipcream : 20% krim nabati buah alpukat

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk anorganik secara berkelanjutan menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas tanah. Umumnya, pupuk organik digunakan sebagai pengganti pupuk anorganik dalam memenuhi unsur hara lebih cepat dibandingkan pupuk anorganik pada tanaman. Tanaman mudah dalam menyerap nutrisi sebab nutrisi tersebut telah diuraikan dalam pupuk organik cair. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat pengaruh limbah kulit nanas sebagai pupuk organik cair serta konsentrasi optimal POC limbah kulit nanas yang diberikan pada tanaman tomat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulang, yakni P0 (tanpa perlakuan), P1 (4%), P2 (8%) dan P3 (12%). Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran yang dilihat mencakup tinggi batang, pertambahan daun serta junlah buah. Pengumpulan data dengan eksperimen, pengukuran dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara statistik melalui uji Analysis of Variace, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan. Setelah dilakukan uji ANOVA, pemanfaatan POC limbah kulit nanas memberikan hasil yang berbeda signifikan pada perlakuan yang berbeda. Perbedaan ini ditunjukkan terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun yang menujukkan nilai p-value < 0,05. Sedangkan pada pertumbuhan jumlah buah tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan menujukkan nilai p-value > 0,05. Hasil data menyatakan bahwa konsentrasi terbaik POC kulit nanas berpengaruh pada tinggi batang tanaman, jumlah daun maupun jumlah buah yaitu pada perlakuan P3 yaitu konsentrasi 12% (120 ml POC + 880 ml air). Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan POC limbah kulit nanas memberikan pengaruh efektif pada tomat.

Abstract

Keong mas merupakan jenis fauna dalam filum Mollusca yang bersifat herbivora atau pemakan segala. Kemampuan beradaptasi serta daya reproduksi yang tinggi menyebabkan keong mas dikategorikan sebagai hewan invasif dan menjadi hama bagi lahan persawahan. Keong mas memiliki kandungan unsur hara yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC) dan berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan POC keong mas terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy serta mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik dalam pemakaian POC keong mas terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan yaitu N0 (kontrol negatif), N1 (20 ml/l POC), N2 (40 ml/l POC), N3 (60 ml/l POC), N4 (80 ml/l POC), N5 (kontrol positif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC Keong Mas berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, dan bobot segar tanaman dengan konsentrasi terbaik yaitu perlakuan N4  dengan pemberian 80 ml/l POC Keong Mas.

Abstract

Kurangnnya tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang obat tradisional dilingkungan sekitar seperti pohon bunut yang sering dibasmi karena dianggap pohon besar menggangu dan mampu merusak bangunan disekitarnya, padahal buahnya banyak mengandung manfaat dan serat untuk mengobati penyakit hemoroid. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk jamu serbuk yang bisa membantu penyembuhan peradangan hemoroid. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah 4 orang penderita hemoroid di RS. TPT Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jamu serbuk buah bunut benar efektif dapat menyembuhkan peradangan pada pasien hemoroid tingkat stadium 1 dan 2 hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi langsung oleh peneliti, pengakuan pasien dan hasil pemeriksaan dokter yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

Stabilizer is an ingredient of polysaccharides to prevent the crystals in the ice cream from expanding which affects the melting power and overrun of the ice cream. The choice of stabilizer also affects the texture and taste of the ice cream. White oyster mushrooms are known to contain beta-glucan substances from polysaccharides that are able to bind to air so that they can be used as alternative natural stabilizers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of adding white oyster mushrooms as a stabilizer to the melting and overrun power and organoleptic properties of ice cream. The research method used is a mixed method in the form of observational and experimental methods. The results of the overrun test using one way ANOVA and post hoc tests on a sample of 100 grams showed significant differences between treatment groups, especially in the sample group of 0% and 0.5%. The results of the melting power test using one way ANOVA and post hoc tests on a sample of 10 grams had a significant difference in the overall sample, while organoleptic testing with the kruskall-Wallis and Mann-Whitney test showed that there was an influence between treatment groups on texture factors, especially the 0.1% sample and 0.5% and significant differences in taste factors, especially the 0% and 0.3% groups, the 0% and 0.5% groups, the 0.1% and 0.3% groups, the 0.1% and 0.5% groups. . The overall research results have complied with SNI No. 01-3713-1995 regarding the melting range of ice cream, which is 15-25 minutes, the overrun value ranges at 30 - 50% for the household scale.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and training for students and the community in Sungai Besar, Banjarbaru, regarding fish farming in buckets, especially in terms of making fish feed by using alternative base materials for the survival of fish in buckets. Participant responses were obtained from a response questionnaire distributed to participants consisting of eight statements in the form of a Likert scale 1 – 4. From the implementation results, it was found that 95.83% of participants stated that the material presented during the training added to participants' insights about making alternative-based fish feeds. In addition, participants stated that the training was quite interactive. However, in terms of the use of tools and materials, administrative processes, and the media in the delivery of socialization materials still need to be improved so that this training activity gets more optimal results.

Abstract

The research objective of developing an articulated storyline media based on atmosphere material is to explain how interactive and valid learning media work. The ADDIE development model is combined with the R&D method in this study. Validation was carried out using assessment sheets by material experts and also the media as a data collection technique for this research, and using tests and questionnaires for students. Based on the results of the research that has been done, this learning media gets a score of 94.56% from material experts and also the media. It can be concluded that this finding is an Articulate Storyline medium for atmosphere material that is very effective in learning natural sciences in seventh grade junior high school.

Abstract

he less qualified presentation of content on a learning media will affect students’ perceptions.The aim of this study is to obtain students’ perceptions toward Prezi using in a science learning. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The data were collected by perception questionnaire sheets to 20 students in class VIII-E of SMPN 9 Banjarmasin. The results showed that the students’ perceptions are categorized as positive, as follows 40% of them have the perceived ease of use, 50% of them have the perceived usefulness, 60% of them have the attitude of use and 45% of them have intention of use. Thus, students have believed that Prezi is easy and useful for the science learning as well as accepted if it re-apply to other topics. The results canbe considered to test a hypothesis toward the effect of each perception’s aspect in the future study

Abstract

The development of Adobe Flash CS6 media on the topic of the solar system aims to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of learning media. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) development model. The percentage method of media expert and material expert validation sheets was used in collecting this data. Test questions and surveys from students are also used. Adobe Flash CS6 learning media is known to have a media expert validity score of 86.67% and a material expert validity score of 87.71%, in accordance with research findings regarding the effectiveness of interactive learning media. Testing of interactive learning materials shows that it is effective for both individual students at 98.52% and small groups at 95.53%. However, the completion result is assessed at 80.00%. These findings provide strong evidence that solar system content created in Adobe Flash CS6 for use in junior high school science learning is very valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

The diversity of learning needs of students needs to be accommodated in learning. In addition, Indonesia's scientific literacy ability is still relatively low due to low interest or motivation to learn. Therefore, this study aims to describe the improvement of students' scientific literacy skills through independent differentiated instruction. This study used a pre-experimental type experimental method  with a one-group pretest posttest design. The research sample was conducted by non-probability sampling using a type of purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were 33 students of class VII C SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques use test instruments, response questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses t-test and N-gain test. The results showed that there was an increase in students' scientific literacy skills through the implementation of independent differentiated instruction which was shown by the results of the t sig test (0.000) < α = 0.05 with a large increase of 0.71 or 71.33% in the high category.
