Abstract

Cooperatives face various challenges in maintaining sustainability and competitiveness due to technological developments, changing member needs, and increasing business competition. These conditions require cooperatives to be able to develop business innovation as a strategy to improve service quality and added value for members. This community service activity was packaged in the form of training, aimed at increasing the understanding of the management and members of the PT Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia Cooperative regarding the concept of business innovation and encouraging their ability to identify and design innovations that suit the needs of the cooperative. The activity was carried out on November 15, 2025, through a participatory approach that combined lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, group simulations, reflections, and question-and-answer sessions. Evaluation was carried out through observations of participant participation, discussion results, and innovation ideas generated during the activity. The results of the community service showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of business innovation, the difference between invention and innovation, and various forms of innovation that can be applied to cooperatives. Participants were also able to identify factors that drive and hinder innovation and formulate various realistic innovative ideas, such as digitizing member services, developing cooperative products, and utilizing social media as a marketing tool. This activity had a positive impact on increasing knowledge, changing attitudes that are more open to innovation, and the ability of participants to develop alternative solutions for cooperative development. Therefore, business innovation training needs to be continued through mentoring programs so that the innovative ideas that have been formulated can be implemented sustainably.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to employment and national economic growth. However, increasing business competition requires MSMEs to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain their businesses and improve sales performance. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by The Bake House, a premium bakery MSME that has evolved from a home-based business to a delivery service store. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and interviews with five customers to understand their perceptions of product and service quality. SWOT analysis, STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and Marketing Mix (7P) were used as analytical tools. The results show that The Bake House's main strengths lie in its premium product quality, aesthetic product presentation, and friendly customer service. However, the business still faces several challenges, including limited production capacity and inconsistent digital marketing activities. Meanwhile, the increasing demand for specialty cakes and bakery products for family events and seasonal celebrations presents significant opportunities for business expansion. Overall, the research findings indicate that a well-planned and consistent marketing strategy, particularly through digital promotions and product innovation, can help The Bake House increase its competitiveness, expand its market reach, and strengthen customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive premium bakery industry.

Abstract

The fluctuating shifts in consumer behavior in the Society 5.0 era are forcing the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector to adopt digital tools. Based on this situation, the STIE Indonesia Banking School's community service program team implemented digital marketing tactics. This community service program aimed to expand the market share of the "Lesehan Angel" culinary stall in South Jakarta through digital marketing. Three work phases served as the mainstay of the community service program. Furthermore, the digital marketing strategy also encouraged responsive service, the delivery of engaging product information, and facilitated easy communication between businesses and customers. The use of digital marketing has been proven to expand market reach, increase customer numbers, and strengthen relationships between MSMEs and consumers. Therefore, digital marketing has become a crucial strategy for MSMEs in facing increasingly modern and technology-driven business competition. To accelerate technology adoption, the team utilized social media and culinary applications to increase brand awareness for the food stall. Through this well-structured approach, the community service team focused not only on promotional visuals but also on improving online customer service.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth, creating jobs, and improving community well-being. In today's digital context, the use of branding and digital marketing has become a powerful approach to strengthening MSME competitiveness. This community service activity aims to provide digital marketing assistance to Ropunk, an MSME focused on the culinary sector, specializing in 30 cm-long bread. The methods employed included observation, interviews, and digital marketing optimization, including assistance with managing their Instagram account. Findings from this community service program indicate that prior to the assistance, Ropunk's digital marketing activities were not optimal, reflected in a lack of consistent content, unorganized visual design, and low customer interaction. Through the assistance process, social media management, visual design development for content, and the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy were implemented. Consequently, there has been an improvement in the quality of social media displays, consistency in content uploads, and the potential for increased interaction and market reach. In conclusion, implementing appropriate branding and digital marketing strategies can increase brand awareness, expand market share, and strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs sustainably. Therefore, maintaining consistency in social media management is crucial for achieving sustainable and optimal results in the long term.
