Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in driving Indonesia's national economy, where the culinary sector is located. Ayam Penyet Budhe Sutet, a culinary MSME, faces a major challenge in its promotional strategy, limiting its visibility and customer reach. To overcome this, community service programs are implemented to increase competitiveness through a series of targeted initiatives, including redesigning banners, updating menu lists, creating promotional materials for social media, and registering business locations on Google Maps. These efforts aim to increase brand exposure, simplify operational processes, and attract more customers. The expected results include increased sales, increased market presence, and increased business sustainability, thereby contributing to the growth of Indonesia's culinary MSME sector

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) show greater flexibility in adapting to market changes compared to large companies. They have the resilience to survive in challenging economic conditions, such as the global economic crisis or pandemic. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia, Dimsum Haochi Bites, shows strong potential in the local culinary market due to its distinctive taste and high-quality raw materials. However, its growth has been hampered by a lack of developed brand identity and limited digital marketing efforts. This community service activity aims to overcome these challenges by assisting Haochi Bites in creating a strong brand identity and expanding its digital marketing presence. The program begins with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance. Furthermore, customized business support is provided, which results in the development of a new business logo and an improved digital marketing strategy through social media. In addition, the team facilitated product innovation by introducing new topping and sauce variants. The results of this community service activity increase the competitiveness of Haochi Bites and increase its market potential in the culinary sector in Tangerang.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the competitiveness and visibility of Kedai Gading Serpong MSMEs through the creation of offline promotional media and the addition of locations on Google Maps. Within ± 2 months, the community service team provided promotional assistance in the form of banner redesign, menu creation, and location improvements on Google Maps. Through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, the program has succeeded in improving the professionalism and accessibility of store customers. As a result, the increase in visibility and attractiveness of the store can be seen through the installation of banners, menu posts, and the addition of locations on Google Maps. Kedai Gading Serpong positively welcomed this program, showing success in improving promotions and services. In conclusion, the combination of offline and digital promotion is effective in developing MSMEs in the era of fierce market competition.

Abstract

Cakwe Cigombong, a micro business located on Jalan Cibogo, Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency, Banten, faces challenges in improving its branding to attract a wider consumer base. An effective branding strategy is very important to support the growth and competitiveness of these MSMEs. This community service activity aims to design and implement branding improvements that are tailored to business needs and conditions. The interventions carried out include the creation and installation of promotional banners, the development of more attractive menu designs, and the integration of the QRIS digital payment system to facilitate transactions. The results show that these efforts increase the attractiveness of the product among consumers. By adopting this branding strategy, Cakwe Cigombong is in a better position to compete and grow in the local market.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economy, but often find it difficult to adapt to the demands of marketing in the digital era. This community service aims to increase the marketing effectiveness of Draw Coffee MSMEs, a "ready-to-eat coffee" business based in Jakarta, by applying The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) concept. Its main goals include increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and building customer loyalty through a combination of digital and traditional marketing channels. The program uses methods such as SWOT analysis, market trend evaluation, and IMC strategies involving social media, digital marketing, and sales promotion. Over the course of three months, the program resulted in an 18% increase in sales, a 30% growth in social media engagement, and a 15% increase in new customers. Despite its success, challenges such as fierce market competition and the need for product diversification are still areas that need to be further developed.

Abstract

This study presents an analysis of the marketing strategies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which are the backbone of the national economy. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs, as well as their impact on local economic growth. The subject of the research in this case is the Martabak Tip Top MSMEs. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and relevant literature studies. The results of the analysis show that Martabak Tip Top MSMEs face various obstacles in their marketing strategy, such as digitalization and increasing consumer awareness of local products. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations for stakeholders to support the development of MSMEs, so that they can contribute more to the national economy and job creation.

Abstract

This dedication to the community aims to design an effective integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and sales of Smoothies Fruits, a small business producing fresh smoothies without added sugar or preservatives. By employing an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) approach, this research analyzes market conditions, identifies target audiences, and develops appropriate communication strategies. The results of the social media campaign showed increased reach, impressions, and engagement, successfully attracting new customers. This study provides guidance for small businesses in formulating more focused and effective marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in an increasingly challenging market.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam menopang perekonomian bangsa. Salah satu UMKM tersebut, Warkop Nyak Babeh di Kabupaten Tangerang, bergerak di bidang penjualan aneka minuman sachet yang disajikan dalam gelas plastik dengan tambahan es sebagai penyegar. Meski berpotensi untuk terus berkembang, usaha ini belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan pemasaran media visual sebagai strategi promosi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu Warkop Nyak Babeh dalam meningkatkan strategi promosi dan daya saingnya melalui pembuatan materi pemasaran visual, termasuk spanduk, poster, dan papan nama. Metode yang digunakan dalam bentuk pendampingan strategi promosi pada UMKM Warkop Nyak Babeh. Hasil dari upaya ini adalah tersedianya media visual yang menarik, yang diharapkan dapat mendongkrak kegiatan promosi dan memperkuat daya saing Warkop Nyak Babeh di pasaran.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis global dan kompetitif saat ini, perbaikan berkelanjutan sangatlah penting. UMKM perlu meningkatkan kemampuan mereka agar tetap kompetitif dan membedakan diri mereka dari perusahaan lain di pasar. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat menemukan salah satu permasalahan pada UMKM di Indonesia, yaitu UMKM Warung Opa pada kawasan Kelapa Dua. Warung OPA belum optimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan media informasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tim memutuskan untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pembuatan media informasi, QRIS dan Google Maps pada UMKM Warung Opa. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, di mana Warung Opa berhasil mengimplementasikan media informasi, QRIS dan Google Maps sehingga menjadi lebih kompetitif dalam menjalankan usahanya

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of customer-based brand equity in increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in Djournal Coffee. The field survey was conducted on 125 Djournal Coffee customer respondents located in the DKI Jakarta area. The proposed model is evaluated using structural equation analysis. The results show that customer satisfaction plays the most important role in creating brand loyalty for Djournal Coffee customers. Physical quality, staff behavior, and lifestyle-congruence which are part of customer-based brand equity can drive increased customer satisfaction. However, ideal self-congruence and brand identification have no effect on customer satisfaction. With limited research on the buying behavior of coffee shop customers, these findings can be used meaningfully to increase brand loyalty.
