Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition and changes in consumer behavior are challenges for Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs to continue to grow. This community service aims to overcome these challenges by formulating a strategy for the development of Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs through optimizing digital marketing and marketing mix (4P). Through an in-depth analysis of the internal and external factors of MSMEs, including the identification of SWOT and consumer preferences, this community service will identify the most effective marketing strategies. The strategies to be developed include optimizing the use of social media, SEO, content marketing, and optimizing the marketing mix (4P). Thus, it is hoped that Dimsum and Es Teh Pandu MSMEs can increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the Indonesian economy, but many face challenges in implementing effective marketing strategies. Wardang, a Padang cuisine business located in Tangerang Regency, shows significant growth potential but has not fully utilized digital marketing tools. This community service program aims to assist Wardang MSMEs in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Through a combination of observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis, the program identifies key areas that need improvement and provides tailored support. This includes creating engaging social media content, developing digital menus, and building custom service websites. This initiative has succeeded in expanding Wardang's market reach, increasing its digital visibility, and strengthening its competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilakukan kepada UMKM Soto Kudus Pak Ramidjan dengan usaha berupa soto dan berbagai macam makanan yang dapat ditemukan di Alfa Tower, Alam Sutera. Di Dalam kegiatan ini tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Soto Kudus Pak Ramidjan kepada pelanggan. UMKM Soto Kudus Pak Ramidjan masih belum optimal dalam pelayanan karena belum memiliki daftar menu secara fisik dan pencatatan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku. Mengukur serta menganalisis pengaruh media sosial dan langkah awal me-modernisasi usaha tingkat mikro. Hal ini perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dari UMKM Soto Kudus Pak Ramidjan. Langkah awal dalam melakukan modernisasi pada usaha Soto Kudus pak Ramidjan adalah dengan menambahkan menu untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan serta menggunakan aplikasi kasir online yang memudahkan dalam bertransaksi dan juga pembuatan akun Tiktok dalam pemasaran. Tim pengabdian masyarakat juga mengambil sampel kepada 17 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pelanggan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kontribusi dari tim pengabdian masyarakat kepada Soto Kudus Pak Ramidjan.

Abstract

The growth of the digital era has brought changes in the operations of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The key to the success of MSMEs today can be supported by branding and the use of social media. The use of social media is still not optimal. However, business actors already have a fairly inherent branding, namely ECO which means "Delicious". The writer here is a facilitator to bridge business actors to enter the digital world and help market it through social media. In addition, the author also physically assisted in the form of making a logo, creating a new menu, creating social media accounts (Instagram), creating video content, giving banners and giving new aprons to help increase sales and cleanliness of Nasi Uduk Ayam Geprek ECO

Abstract

This research explores the role of beauty influencer Sarah Ayu's credibility on online engagement, the influence of online engagement on purchase intention, and the influence of content quality on the purchase intention of Instagram users in Indonesia. Data was collected through a Google Forms questionnaire filled out by 110 active Instagram users and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings are: 1) Influencer Credibility significantly increases online engagement. 2) Online engagement has no significant effect on Purchase Intention. 3) Content Quality significantly increases Purchase Intention. These insights provide valuable guidance for marketers and companies looking to leverage influencer credibility, online engagement, and content quality to drive purchase intent among Instagram users in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality, Security, Trust, Price, Ease of Use, and Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction in Making Purchases on the E-commerce Platform Shopee." The independent variables in this research are product quality, security, trust, price, ease of use, and promotion, while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The hypothesis testing in this study uses PLS or Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data collection technique involves using a Google Form questionnaire to gather information from respondents. The sample in this study consists of 150 respondents from various groups who use the Shopee e-commerce platform. The analysis results show that product quality does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, security does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, trust does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, ease of use does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan komponen penting dalamperekonomian Indonesia, yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap lapangan kerja. UMKMyang memanfaatkan media visual seperti banner promosi dan daftar menu yang menarik akanmeningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Namun banyak UMKM yang masih mengandalkan carapromosi tradisional yang kurang efektif dalam membangun kepercayaan pelanggan. Inisiatifpengabdian masyarakat ini mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan melakukan pendampingankepada pemilik UMKM dan mengembangkan media visual seperti banner promosi dan daftar menumenarik secara visual yang terintegrasi dengan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard).Upaya-upaya ini bertujuan untuk memodernisasi strategi promosi, meningkatkan kepercayaanpelanggan, dan mendukung transformasi digital UMKM, yang pada akhirnya mendorongpertumbuhan dan keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the development of Komodo Mountain View Homestay, a newly established business in Labuan Bajo, NTT, through digital marketing strategies. The program addresses key issues such as limited visibility and facilities. The implementation method involves planning, execution, and evaluation stages, focusing on digital marketing initiatives. Activities include creating a logo for brand identity, managing social media accounts on Instagram, registering the location on Google Maps, and producing attractive visual content. Results indicate that these strategies successfully enhanced the homestay's visibility, attracted tourist attention, and supported local economic growth. With continuous efforts, the homestay is expected to compete effectively in broader markets.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in encouraging economic equity in Indonesia by encouraging economic growth, encouraging innovation and creativity, and reducing unemployment. Among the various MSME sectors, the culinary business stands out because it is very promising due to the universal food needs. One of the culinary businesses, Roti Bakar Bahagia, located in Medang Lestari, Tangerang Regency, shows significant growth potential but faces challenges in optimizing digital marketing and payment systems. To overcome these challenges, community service activities are carried out to increase the digital presence and digital payment infrastructure of the business. The assistance provided includes designing and making logos, designing and recreating menu lists, creating Google Maps lists, and integrating digital payment systems through QRIS. These efforts proved to be very beneficial, equipping Roti Bakar Bahagia to increase its competitiveness and sustain growth in the dynamic culinary market.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the creative economy, contributing approximately 41% to the total GDP of the creative economy in 2020. However, product marketing challenges remain a significant obstacle for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this sector. Issues such as limited marketing skills, intense competition, and restricted access to digital technology hinder MSMEs' competitiveness. Mie Ayam Pak Sorodi, as one of the MSMEs, faces challenges in digital marketing, including the absence of digital payment systems and social media platforms. This community service aims to assist the MSME in adopting digital transformation by creating social media profiles, adding business locations to Google Maps, and implementing QRIS payment systems. The methods include direct mentoring and technical training for business owners. The results indicate an improvement in market reach, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This digital transformation is expected to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability in an increasingly competitive market (Ftindustri, n.d.).
