With the rise of increasingly sophisticated technology in this time of globalization, it is exceptionally simple for the more extensive local area to manage exchanges (drugs). For this reason, the government is constantly trying to stop the spread of drugs among Indonesian people by using any media, ranging from verbal invitations, banners, posters, videos and photos displayed in schools, government and public places. The maltreatment of opiates and perilous medications (drugs) in Indonesia as of late has turned into a difficult issue and has arrived at a condition of concern with the goal that it has turned into a public issue.In order to make it easier for BNN to conduct monitoring and counseling to areas where there are many drug addicts, it is necessary to cluster data on drug addicts in Medan city. To solve the problem, it can be solved by clustering drug addicts in Medan city using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The data used comes from the BNN of North Sumatra Province, the data used is data on drug addicts in Medan City in 2020-2023. The purpose of clustering drug addict data in Medan city is to find out areas that are very high, high, low and very low levels of drug addicts.This study found that there are 2 sub-districts with the highest level of drug addiction, 7 sub-districts with a high level of addiction, 7 sub-districts with a low level of drug addiction, and 5 sub-districts with a lowest level of addiction.

Many innovations in the retail sector are closely related to digitalization and technological advances. The value of sales data is increasing as a resource for businesses in today's digital era. Sales data consists of details about the items sold, the clients they serve, sales patterns, and other elements that influence how well a business operates. However, effectively handling and understanding vast and complex sales data can be difficult and confusing. So with this problem the author will determine the annual sales level of the products that are most widely marketed by applying Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, the method used is to determine the sales level based on the attributes used, the sales level will later be divided into 3, namely clusters 1 is high, cluster 2 is medium and cluster 3 is low. Based on the results of the EDA and K-Means methods, the results of a sales comparison for 4 years have a average value, indicating that sales in 2019 have large average values between 2020, 2021 and 2022. From the visualization results it can be concluded that there are 27 products in the cluster-1 category, 10 products in the cluster-2 category, and 5 products in the cluster-3 category.

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged government institutions to improve efficiency in managing administrative and operational activities. The Community Welfare Section (Kesra) of the Governor’s Office of North Sumatra still faces difficulties in managing schedules and agendas due to manual recording processes. This often leads to overlapping schedules, delayed information delivery, and poor record management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based scheduling and agenda information system to support more effective and integrated administration. The Waterfall software development method was applied, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Testing using the black-box method showed that all system functions operate properly, including agenda management, activity archiving, and notification features. The implementation of this system reduces scheduling errors, accelerates information delivery, and supports decision-making based on well-documented data.

The Muslim women's fashion industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, leading to intense competition and requiring business owners to optimize their sales strategies and inventory management. This study aims to identify consumer purchasing patterns at TM Collection Store by applying the FP-Growth data mining method. The data used consists of 1,000 sales transactions from January to April 2024. Data collection was conducted through historical data observation, interviews, and literature review, followed by processing using the FP-Growth algorithm in Google Colab. The analysis results reveal strong associations between products, such as the combination of Paris Premium, shirt cuffs XL, and shirt cuffs L, which show high confidence values and significant lift. These patterns provide valuable insights for decision-making related to restocking and promotional strategies. The findings also help improve operational efficiency by more accurately predicting customer demand. Therefore, the implementation of the FP-Growth algorithm proves effective in processing transaction data to generate relevant information and support more targeted business decisions. This data-driven strategy offers an innovative solution to enhance competitiveness in the continuously growing Muslim women's fashion industry.

Untuk menjaga keaslian informasi pada sebuah video diperlukan pengamanan yang baik. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi kriptografi dapat menjaga dan melindungi keamanan. Aplikasi kriptografi mampu membuat tampilan video menjadi tidak jelas. Deskripsi dan enkripsi menggunakan kunci simetris. Untuk menjaga keaslian video kunci simetris, harus dirahasiakan agar keamanan tidak dilanggar oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Sebuah video memiliki tingkat keamanan yang telah disesuaikan dengan enkripsi, semakin banyak kombinasi tombol yang digunakan maka akan semakin rumit untuk memecahkan passwordnya. Metode hill cipher merupakan metode yang menggunakan model matematis yang dapat membuat video menjadi acak sehingga informasi yang didapat tidak jelas. Menggunakan model matriks untuk menghitung piksel bingkai modulo 256. Aplikasi kriptografi video ini dapat digunakan untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan informasi.

Sentiment analysis is one of the applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning used to automatically identify and classify public opinions, particularly those expressed on social media. This approach is important for understanding public perceptions of a policy, as it provides a systematic, fast, and data-driven overview. With the increasing use of social media, sentiment analysis can be utilized as an evaluation tool to support transparency and more objective decision-making. One issue that has attracted public attention is the MBG (Free Nutritious Food) Program, a government initiative aimed at improving community nutrition. The budget allocation for this program has generated various responses from the public, including both support and criticism regarding its implementation and policy priorities. Therefore, an analysis that can comprehensively capture these diverse perspectives is necessary. This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward the MBG Program budget using data from the social media platform X (Twitter), which is known for its ability to represent real-time and dynamic public opinion. The dataset collected through crawling consists of 2,487 entries, and after preprocessing, 1,686 valid data points were obtained for analysis. Feature extraction was performed using the TF-IDF method, while sentiment classification was conducted using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Model evaluation was carried out using 5-Fold Cross Validation and Confusion Matrix. The results show that the developed model achieved an accuracy of 81.17%, indicating good performance in sentiment classification. For the negative class, the precision reached 85.48% and recall 98.76%. For the neutral class, the precision was 57.58%, recall 44.19%, and F1-score 49.98%. For the positive class, the precision was 75.00%, recall 15.79%, and F1-score 26.09%. These findings indicate that a machine learning-based approach can contribute to understanding public opinion and support more effective, data-driven government policy evaluation. This study contributes by demonstrating the effectiveness of the SVM algorithm in classifying public sentiment on policy-related issues, as well as by applying k-fold cross-validation and confusion matrix to provide a more comprehensive and reliable evaluation. The findings are expected to support data-driven policy evaluation and enhance understanding of public opinion toward government programs.

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sumatera Utara dalam menerapkan moderasi agama di Desa Pasar X, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk mempromosikan harmoni dalam masyarakat pluralistik yang ditandai oleh keragaman agama. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami proses dan dinamika sosial selama program berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa secara aktif terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan yang bertujuan memperkuat komitmen nasional, menumbuhkan toleransi, mendorong sikap anti-kekerasan, dan menerima kebijaksanaan lokal, yang merupakan indikator utama moderasi agama. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi pengajaran, bimbingan, senam komunitas, festival budaya, dan kampanye sosial. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa melalui program ini berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam memperkuat moderasi agama dan kohesi sosial di komunitas multireligius, serta menunjukkan potensi pemberdayaan komunitas partisipatif sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial yang berkelanjutan.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta loyalitas pelanggan dalam e-commerce adalah Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan CRM pada sistem e-commerce sebagai media penjualan pada UMKM penghasil kopi dengan studi kasus Linge Coffee Home Roasting di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall, sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, serta pengoperasian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem e-commerce yang dikembangkan dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur CRM, antara lain manajemen akun pelanggan, penilaian produk, serta pemberian diskon sebagai strategi peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan. Implementasi sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara daring tanpa harus datang langsung ke lokasi, sekaligus membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengelola data transaksi secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempermudah proses transaksi penjualan, meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data penjualan, serta memperkuat hubungan antara pelaku UMKM dan pelanggan. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna baik dari sisi admin maupun pelanggan. Dengan demikian, implementasi CRM pada e-commerce dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, perluasan jangkauan pemasaran, serta pengembangan usaha UMKM penghasil kopi secara berkelanjutan.

Prayer is a means of communication between a servant and the creator. Prayer has pillars that must be fulfilled as a measure of whether the prayer is valid or not. The pillars of prayer are prayer movements that must be done and should not be abandoned. The pillars of prayer are also taught in the science of schools. Madhhab is an understanding or school of thought that comes from the ijtihad of a mujtahid about law in Islam which is excavated from the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. Low knowledge of it will create a new theory that results in many errors and is not in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to create a mobile application for learning the pillars of prayer fardhu according to 4 priests of the school to increase students' knowledge about the pillars of prayer based on the theory of 4 priests of the school and not cause differences of opinion in the community. The learning media uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model with 6 stages. This application was tested in black-box testing, the results of all aspects of this study were good.

Camping equipment rental management at Teman Piknik is currently still done manually, causing various obstacles in operational activities. Frequently occurring problems include inefficient data recording processes, difficulties in managing rental transactions, and the lack of a system capable of providing camping equipment recommendations to customers. These conditions can impact the quality of service decline and make it difficult for customers to choose camping equipment that suits their needs and preferences. Furthermore, manual data management also has the potential to cause recording errors, data loss, and delays in the information processing process. This study aims to design and build a web-based camping equipment rental information system that can support the data management process and rental transactions more effectively and structured. The developed system applies the Collaborative Filtering algorithm to generate camping equipment recommendations to customers based on similar user preferences. The system development process was carried out using the Waterfall model method with implementation using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system provides various features, such as customer data management, camping equipment data management, rental transactions, rental history, and transaction reports for the admin. The research results show that the system developed can improve efficiency in rental management, speed up the transaction process, and help customers choose camping equipment that best suits their needs and preferences. With this system, the camping equipment rental process at Teman Piknik is expected to be more effective, organized, and provide better service to customers.
