Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang masih umum terjadi dikalangan siswa adalah masih rendahnya minat membaca maupun menulis. Hal ini juga dialami oleh siswa yang ada di SMA Batara Gowa. Mekipun letaknya yang berada di Ibukota Kabupaten Gowa yaitu Kota Sungguminasa yang sangat memungkinkan bagi kemudahan untuk mengakses beberapa perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar, ternyata belum mampu meningkatkan dan memperbaiki secara signifikan gerakan literasi pada siswa SMA Batara Gowa. Demikian juga dengan kemampuan untuk menuangkan ide dalam bentuk tulisan seperti menghasilkan karya tulis imiah sederhana juga masih sangat kurang bagi mereka. Masih rendahnya kesadaran untuk memperkaya bacaan maupun untuk menuangkan ide mereka dalam tulisan, diperlukan beberapa upaya untuk peningkatan gerakan literasi bagi mereka. Salah satu yang bisa dijadikan pemantiknya adalah mengajak membaca dengan cara membagikan beberapa buku dengan tema yang ringan dan sesuai dengan usia mereka. Sedangkan untuk mengenalkan dalam dunia karya tulis ilmiah dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa contoh tema dan judul penelitian, sehingga mereka memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan contoh dan mendesain dari tema-tema karya tulis ilmiah. Abstract. One of the problems that is still common among students is the low interest in reading and writing. This is also experienced by students at SMA Batara Gowa. Although its location in the capital city of Gowa Regency, Sungguminasa City, makes it easy to access several libraries as learning resources, it has not been able to significantly increase and improve the literacy movement in Batara Gowa High School students. Likewise, the ability to express ideas in written form such as producing simple scientific papers is also still very lacking for them. The low awareness to enrich their reading and to express their ideas in writing requires some efforts to improve the literacy movement for them. One thing that can be used as a trigger is to invite reading by sharing several books with light themes and according to their age. Meanwhile, introducing them to the world of scientific writing is done by providing several examples of themes and research titles, so that they have the ability to produce examples and design from the themes of scientific papers

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research in the form of Quasi Experimental Design. This study aims to: (1) find out the description of the use of word cards in class 1 of SD Inpres Barombong II, Tamalate District, Makassar City, (2) find out how to describe initial reading skills using Word Card media for grade 1 SD Inpres Barombong II, Tamalate District. Makassar City, (3) found a significant effect of the use of word card media on the beginning reading skills of grade 1 Inpres Barombong II Elementary School, Tamalate District, Makassar City. The independent variable in this study was word card media while the dependent variable was reading skills. The population in this study were all grade 1 students of SD Inpres Barombong II, Tamalate District, Makassar City totaling 2 classes of 38 students, while the sample was class I A students totaling 21 students as an experimental class, then class IB as a control class totaling 17 students. The data collection technique used in this study was observation of the implementation of the learning process, reading tests were carried out twice, namely pretest and posttest and documentation in the form of learning tools and research documents. Research data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis, it showed that the reading skills of the experimental class students differed from those of the control class. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using word card media on students' initial reading skills. This is proven because there is a significant difference between the experimental class using word card media and the control class that does not use word card media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran materi kontroversi di SMA Negeri 7 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sehingga akan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa narasi tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah materi sejarah kontroversial di SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. Penerapan pembelajaran sejarah isu kontroversial di dalam kelas, dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Critical Pedagogy, dengan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif (berkelompok), dimana peserta didik dibentuk beberapa kelompok dan masing-masing mempertahankan satu teori tentang dalang G 30 S. Pembelajaran tersebut didesain dengan guru sebagai moderator di antara tim kelompok. Pemebelajaran dilakukan dengan kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup berupa kesimpulan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low speaking skills of fourth grade students of UPT SDN 20 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency. This study aims to improve students' speaking skills using the Show and Tell learning method in class IIV UPT SDN 20 Binamu Jeneponto Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The focus of this research is the use of the Show and Tell method and improving speaking skills using the Show and Tell method. The setting for this research is UPT SDN 20 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade students of UPT SDN 20 Binamu, Jenenponto Regency, with a total of 26 students consisting of 15 15 girls and 11 boys. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique. The results showed that there was an increase in students' speaking skills, namely in cycle I it reached 74.42 and the percentage of classical learning completeness was 73.07%. In cycle II the average value increased to 83.88 and the percentage of classical learning completeness became 84.61%. As for the learning activities, the achievement of students in cycle I was in the sufficient category (C), while the achievements in cycle II were in the very good category. The final test of speaking skills in cycle I was in the good category (B) while in cycle II it was in the very good category. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that through the use of the Show and Tell learning method it can improve speaking skills in class IV students of UPT SDN 20 Binamu, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

Remaja berada pada usia dengan pertumbuhan hormon yang tinggi dan harus menyesuaikan dengan kondisi disekitarnya. Sehingga pada usia remaja, lebih Mudah untuk terprovokasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Usia remaja merupakan usia yang lebih impulsif dan berani engambil resiko tanpa mempertimbangkan jangka panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar remaja mendapatkan nilai-nilai positif dalam perkembangannya dapat mengalihkan perkembangan hormonal kearah yang produktif dan menghasilkan karya-karya positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penerapan pengabdian ini adalah observasi, testing, penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari kegaiatan penyuluhan dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, maka dapat dambil kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan ini dianggap sukses dan berhasil karena memenuhi indikator yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Students are the country's future generation, nationalism is crucial.Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine and summarise how North Toraja 1 State High School students cultivate nationalism via historical knowledge and other types of nationalism.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using historical research methods ,namely heuristics,criticism,interpretation and historiographycombined with questionnaires and observations in the schoolenvironment.The result of the research show that North Toraja State 1 High School student know nationalism well through learning history and the forms of activities carried out by students at school as a form of contemporary nationalism.

Abstract

Effective learning is by utilizing technology. One form of utilizing this technology is the use of animated video media. Advanced Social Studies learning on a historical theme is considered one of the difficult and boring subjects for students of the Makassar State University Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). This is because the learning media used is not interesting. This research aims to determine the perceptions of students and lecturers regarding the use of animated video media in advanced social studies learning. The type of research used is a case study or case study which is an empirical science to analyze phenomena in real life settings. This research requires 7 students from the class of 2023, class A4. Descriptive qualitative data analysis through data reduction in the form of summaries and centralizing data based on a learning interest questionnaire. The interviews conducted were explained in narrative form. Displaying data brings data that is then concluded. The research results found that the use of animated video media had a good impact on students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Implemetation of the Make A Suitable Model to Improve the Results of Learning. The problem that lies behind this research is the low learning outcomes of students in social studies subject class in Makassar City. This study aims to describe the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model to improve social studies learning outcomes in Makassar City. The focus of this researchis the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes. The reasearch approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and the type of research used is Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) which was carried out in two cycle, each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle has four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. Data collection techniques and procedures are observation, tests and documentation. This Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) was carried out in Makassar City with the research subjects being teachers and students totaling 18 people consisting of 13 male atudents and 5 female students. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative and quantitative (mixed method) data analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with the achievement of completeness of pre action learning outcomes in the less category, in the first cycle obtained 8 students complete with the achievement of mastery learning outcomes was in the sufficient category, while in the second cycle 15 students were obtained trough the achievement of complete learning in the good category. The conclusion in this study is that the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for students in  Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDN NO 29 Maroanging melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan menggunakan metode Saintific. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kolaborasi, dimana guru bertindak sebagai observer dan peneliti dan sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran. Subyek Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN NO 29 Maroanging sebanyak 25 siswa. Obyek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan metode Saintific. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes pilihan ganda (Multiple Choice) dan uraian (Essay) yang dilakukan pada akhir pertemuan. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan presentase siswa yang tuntas belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan metode Saintific dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan cara guru mengorientasi siswa terhadap beberapa masalah dengan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada siswa sehingga dapat menstimulus siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif, kemudian siswa mendiskusikan baik kepada teman kelompoknya maupun bersama guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SDN NO 29 Maroanging. Hal itu terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan persentase KKM siswa secara klasikal. Pada pra tindakan persentase KKM siswa secara klasikal yaitu 25%. Pada Siklus I persentase KKM siswa secara klasikal sebanyak 50% yang berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 25% dari pra tindakan. Sedangkan pada siklus II persentase siswa secara klasikal yaitu 90% berarti terjadi peningkatan 40% dari Siklus I dimana persentase tersebut telah capai target yang diinginkan yaitu minimal KKM siswa kelas IV SDN NO 29 Maroanging secara klasikal adalah 75%

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu, hasil belajar siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 96 Kalongkong Kabupaten Takalar yang belum mencapai standar ketuntasan minimum yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan tindakan penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus diawali dengan kegiatan pra tindakan kemudian pada setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 96 Kalongkong pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 19 orang siswa terdiri dari 11 orang laki-laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Analisis data dilakukan selama dan sesudah pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh selama pelaksanaan siklus I dan siklus II bahwa diperoleh hasil penelitian pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup, dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori baik serta mencapai indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV UPT SDN 96 Kalongkong.
