Abstract

Missing values in multivariate time series data are a critical issue in many domains, especially in healthcare datasets such as MIMIC-IV. This study aims to analyze the performance of imputation results using an Autoencoder-based architecture. Autoencoder is a deep learning model capable of learning data representations and reconstructing missing values through latent feature extraction. The research methodology includes data preprocessing, missing value simulation, model training, and evaluation using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R². The results show that Autoencoder-based imputation provides competitive performance in reconstructing missing values, particularly in nonlinear and complex patterns. However, the model's performance depends on the proportion of missing data and network architecture design. This study contributes to understanding the effectiveness of Autoencoder in multivariate time series imputation and provides a baseline for further development using hybrid models.

Abstract

The Impactful Campus Program (Kampus Berdampak) is an implementation of the role of higher education institutions in community service aimed at addressing social and environmental issues. One of the environmental problems commonly found in communities is inadequate waste management and low collective awareness of environmental cleanliness. This program was conducted in RT 12 RW 03, Sawah Lebar Subdistrict, with the aim of increasing community knowledge, awareness, and participation in waste management through environmental education and mutual cooperation activities. The implementation methods included educational sessions on household waste sorting and management, interactive discussions, and collective environmental clean-up activities. The results showed an improvement in the community’s understanding of proper waste management and the growth of collective awareness and cooperation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The Impactful Campus Program is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering sustainable environmentally friendly behavior and strengthening collaboration between universities and local communities.

Abstract

The general public requires high-quality tailoring services that are fast and within their budget. However, many consumers still struggle to choose the right tailor due to a lack of objective information about quality, price, and services offered. The implementation of the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City can offer the best tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City based on consumer criteria such as price, facilities, and turnaround time, as well as provide information on each tailor in Bengkulu City, including address, contact number, operating hours, facilities, and prices. To facilitate the implementation of the TOPSIS method, a web-based application was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The application for implementing the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City can be accessed online via the URL link http://tailorkotabengkulu.online/. Based on the system testing conducted, it can be concluded that the application for implementing the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City has functioned well as expected and is capable of providing tailor recommendations that align with consumer preferences.

Abstract

Abstract: Management of product sales data at Supermarket Fadhillah Bengkulu is still done manually. There is no system that helps predict the amount of product stock and the problem that is often faced is the scarcity of supply of products that are in demand at Supermarket Fadhilla. For decision making in determining the amount of product inventory that can be adjusted to market demand, Fadhilla Supermarkets does not yet use a system and is still calculating manually. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of implementing the Association Rule Mining (ARM) method in grouping sales data at the Fadhilla Supermarket. So you can easily determine and classify high product sales. The system implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. After carrying out the Association Rule Mining (ARM) process at the Fadhilla Supermarket with data testing, the results obtained were the highest level of product sales at the Fadhilla Supermarket, Bengkulu. This can be used as a reference by Supermarket Fadhilla for product supplies for the following month. Based on the results of calculations on sales transaction data using the Association Rule Mining (ARM) method with a minimum support of 50% and a minimum Confidance of 75%, the association value of the Association Rule Mining (ARM) method is 93.75%. Keywords: data mining, asossiation rule mining (ARM), swalayan fadhilla Abstrak: Pengelolaan data penjualan produk di Swalayan Fadhillah Bengkulu masih dilakukan secara manual. Belum terdapatnya sistem yang membantu dalam memprediksi jumlah stok produk dan permasalahan yang sering dihadapi adalah kelangkaan pasokan produk yang laris di Swalayan Fadhilla. Untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan permintaan pasar Swalayan Fadhilla belum menggunakan sistem dan masih dihitung secara manual. Oleh karena dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Asossiation Rule Mining (ARM) dalam pengelompokan data penjualan pada Swalayan Fadhilla. Sehingga dengan mudah dapat menentukan dan mengklasifikasikan penjualan produk yang tinggi. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Setelah dilakukan proses Asossiation Rule Mining (ARM) pada Swalayan Fadhilla dengan uji data maka didapatkan hasil tingkat penjualan produk tertinggi di Swalayan Fadhilla Bengkulu. Hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan oleh Swalayan Fadhilla untuk persediaan  produk bulan berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terhadap data transaksi penjualan menggunakan metode Asosiation Rule Mining (ARM) dengan minimal support 50% dan minimum Confidance 75% maka nilai asosiasi metode Asosiation Rule Mining (ARM) sebesar 93,75%. Kata kunci: data mining, asossiation rule mining (ARM), swalayan fadhilla

Abstract

Abstract: The Library and Archives Service of Bengkulu Province is a library based in the provincial capital of Bengkulu which aims to provide facilities and sources of information and become a center of learning. The number of visitors recorded on the visitor book list at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkulu Province can generate library visitor profile information. By using visitor data at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkuu Province, data mining can be carried out using the K-Means Clustering method. K-Means is a method of grouping data by taking the parameters of a number of clusters, and partitioning the data into these clusters. Based on the similarity between data in one cluster and the dissimilarity between different clusters, the center of the cluster is the average of the values of the cluster members. which are called centeroids. It is hoped that future research can be developed by adding attribute variables in forming visitor data groups for at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkuu Province such as regional and other variables.Keywords: K-Means; clustering; vb-net Abstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan dan kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan perpustakaan yang berkedudukan di ibukota provinsi bengkulu yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber informasi dan menjadi pusat pembelajaran. Banyaknya pengunjung yang tercatat pada daftar buku pengunjung di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu dapat menghasilkan informasi profil pengunjung perpustakaan. Dengan menggunakan data pengunjung di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkuu bisa dilakukan penambangan data (data mining) menggunakan metode Clustering K-Means. K-Means adalah metode pengelompokkan data dengan mengambil parameter sejumlah cluster, dan mempartisi data ke dalam cluster tersebut., dengan berpatokan pada kemiripan antar data dalam satu cluster dan ketidakmiripan di antar cluster yang berbeda, pusat dari cluster adalah rata-rata dari nilai anggota cluster yang disebut centeroid.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membantu proses pengelompokkan jumlah data pengunjung pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan. Diharapkan pada penelitian yang akan datang dapat dikembangkan dengan menambah variabel atribute dalam membentuk kelompok data pengunjung dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan provinsi bengkulu seperti variabel wilayah dan lainnya.Kata kunci: K-Means; clustering; VB-Net

Abstract

Bajak 1 Village is a village located in Taba Penanjung Sub-District of Central Bengkulu and has a large population. In making decisions about social assistance recipients in Bajak 1 village, currently still using the manual method by collecting data from existing residents. problems in decision making and the possibility of people's data being mixed up therefore they are wrong in making decisions. The method that can be used in making decisions for prospective recipients of Social Assistance (Bansos) is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. The SMART method is a multi-attribute and flexible decision-making technique that can assist the village in making decisions quickly and accurately. To determine prospective recipients of social assistance based on 3 criteria, namely: occupation, income, and number of dependents. Based on these 3 criteria, a Decision Support System was developed using the SMART method. Decision Support System is a computer system that processes data into information and decisions. With the design of a Decision Support System to determine prospective recipients of social assistance using the SMART method, Bajak 1 Village can be assisted in making decisions for prospective recipients of social assistance. .

Abstract

The Regional employment Agency of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies that has the main role to helping head of regional civil service officer to implement the management of civil servants. Employees who have worked for a certain period of time are given to apply for leave, there are several types of leave such as annual leave, sabbatical leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and leave for important reasons. In line with this, the governance is required to be able to make decisions quickly and carefully, to determine which employees are more important to give the permission, the length of the process selection its make the employee having to wait for leave approval letters. Consequently it’s a problem in the process of granting the leave. Therefore, in this research, will be developed a system that will help the governance determine who is eligible to get the leave by applying the Simple Additive Waighting (SAW) method, with Visual Basic Net programming language, with SQL server database as storage media support, so that the process of determining employee leave can be done using the application.
