Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Wound healing is a protective function of the body that focuses on quick recovery, where the regeneration process in a hostile environment takes more time. In particular, the oral cavity is a remarkable environment in which wound healing occurs in warm oral fluid that contains millions of microorganisms. Collagen plays an important role in all phases of wound healing, which provides integrity and strength to tissues, and it is very important especially in the proliferation and remodeling phases. One of the materials that have potential related to collagen is broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica). Broccoli has the potential to regulate collagen; therefore, it could be an alternative to answer the problem related to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial effects. The aim of this research is to analyze the potential effects of broccoli extract on collagen image in wounds. Methods: This research used 18 male Wistar rats with wounds created by incisions on each of the rats’ backs. These rats are divided into two groups, the control group, which received no treatment, and the treatment group, which was treated by applying the broccoli extract topically twice a day. Wound tissues on each group were observed microscopically on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day. The density of collagen fibers was measured based on the calculation of semiquantitative score. Results: The result showed that wound healing in the treatment group looked better compared to that in the control group, with an increase in collagen score in the treatment group. The result of the statistical test Man-Whitney with confidence level 95% (p < 0,05) with observation on 3rd, 7th, and 14th days sequentially was p = 0.100, p = 0,100, p = 0,700. Conclusion: Broccoli extract which is applied topically, tends to have more benefits in terms of wound healing process, even though there is no significant difference found on the statistical tests.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the fashion style among Syiah Kuala University students who follow the fashion trend of the postmodern era with the perspective of Modernization Theory as described by Anthony Giddens. The study uses a qualitative research method with phenomenology. Data was collected through non-participant observation, interviews with students as informants, and documentation. Data analysis used the analysis of lifestyle disorientation theory in the Postmodernism era. The study results show that Syiah Kuala University students have participated in the developing fashion trend, reflected in the fashion style in clothing and goods consumed as a reflection of self-appearance. The supporting factors for students to display this fashion style are increasingly sophisticated technology, modern cafes that continue to increase in the city of Banda Aceh, and social conformity

Abstract

The picture and picture learning model uses pictures and is paired or ordered into a logical order. This learning model relies on images, the main factor in the learning process. In the learning process in grade VIII, some students are not enthusiastic about participating in learning. This happens because of several things, namely the use of learning models. The use of the learning model is very important. This is where the right learning model is needed so that learning can run effectively and attract students' interest so that they can achieve optimal learning interest. Therefore, this study examines the influence of the picture and picture learning model in increasing students' interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This study used quantitative research on the experimental design in the experimental and control classes. The research instruments used are tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study on the effect of the use of the picture and picture learning model on students' learning interest were obtained as the average score of students' learning interest in the experimental class with a total of 25 students was 63.82, and in the control class with a total of 25 students was 56.56. Based on the hypothesis test of the student's learning interest in the experimental and control classes, the tcount > ttable was 7.094 >2.009, and the significant value was 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that using the picture and picture learning model significantly influences students' interest in PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Langsa, so the data contributes well. In this study, the picture and picture learning model can increase students' interest in learning and achieve the desired learning outcomes. In the interactive learning process, students are invited to actively ask and answer questions with friends and teachers to achieve the desired learning interest using this learning model

Abstract

This research is a study on native people’s attitudes towards Acehnese language in Langsa Aceh. The research design used a qualitative research method that examines the attitudes of native speakers of the language of Aceh in Langsa in prewserving the language. The subject of research is the native speakers of Acehnese who live in the city of Langsa from eighteen years to twenty years old. This study used observation, questionnaire and interview. The data obtained from this study were analyzed based on the cooperative model intrcidued by Miles and Hubermann. The study shows that 55% of respondents indicates a very positive attitude towards in preserving the Acehnese by using the language in everyday communication. While 45% of respondents indicates a negative attitude where they seldom use Acehnese in their daily interaction and very often switch the language to Indonesian in their communication. The study also reveals that the use of Acehnese at home, the pride of using Acehnese and the Acehnese as identity are the factors that contribute to the preservation of Acehnese.

Abstract

This research examines social movements on the issue of Krueng Pasee dam construction (Case Study in Nibong Subdistrict, North Aceh District). The main focus of this study is social movement activities related to the Krueng Pasee dam construction issue and the forms of social movements. This research uses Anthony Giddens' social movement theory. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data in this research comes from primary data, namely from the results of observations, and interviews while the secondary data in this research is documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the activities carried out by the Samudera Youth Forum (FPS), community leaders, and the community in the social movement related to the construction of the Krueng Pasee Dam in North Aceh consisted of three stages, namely before the movement occurred, when the movement occurred, and after the movement occurred with the form of movement action being demonstrations, raising community support and social media. Each stage includes activities that aim to achieve the success of the movement. This social movement succeeded in achieving its goal by influencing the local government's decision to immediately start the construction of the Krueng Pasee dam. This success shows the effectiveness of social movements in voicing community unrest and encouraging the local government to take action.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lhokseumawe City. SRIKANDI, mandated since December 1, 2022, by the Circular Letter of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs No. 31 of 2022, aims to support the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) by enhancing transparency, accountability, and efficiency in archival management. However, initial observations indicate that the implementation of this application is not yet optimal, with many archives still managed conventionally. This research aims to: 1) analyze the implementation of SRIKANDI at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lhokseumawe City, 2) identify obstacles in its implementation, and 3) evaluate efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) employees and SRIKANDI operators within the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lhokseumawe City. The results show that the implementation of SRIKANDI faces several obstacles, including low understanding and skills of employees in using the application, lack of direction and socialization from leadership, limited facilities and infrastructure, and poor coordination between work units. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lhokseumawe City has shown a commitment to overcoming these obstacles through increased training, the formation of special teams, and the provision of adequate facilities. In conclusion, despite various barriers in the implementation of SRIKANDI, continuous improvement efforts are being made to achieve more efficient and transparent archival management, supporting the overall implementation of SPBE.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the complexity of the realities surrounding the resolution of the conflict that occurred in Aceh, Indonesia related to the transformation of the Aceh Darul Islam movement and ecological sustainability in the development of oil palm in Aceh Tamiang Regency. This resolution in the form of oil palm development in Aceh Tamiang was carried out as empowerment of former DI/TII troops to reduce the occurrence of armed conflict in Aceh. On the other hand, the existence of palm oil plantations of former DI/TII troops in Aceh Tamiang raises concern about the reality of the impact of ecological sustainability. This study was carried out using qualitative methods, analyzed using sociological law theory. Data was collected by means of interviews and documentation studies.The results showed that The conflict transformation of the Aceh Darul Islam movement focused on the reintegration of ex-combatants into civil society with an emphasis on social, economic, and political aspects. This process involved economic empowerment, particularly through the oil palm plantation programme, to achieve peace and improve welfare in Aceh. The central government engaged in diplomacy with former DI/TII elites, integrating them in the development of oil palm plantations to maintain stability. Furthermore, it can be asserted that in the perspective of law sociology, the transformation of conflict resolution is the presence of the state that is able to create peace and social harmonisation through ecological sustainability with the release of green land and environmental management. Overall, conflict resolution efforts in the form of economic empowerment, environmental preservation and social order are key elements in building peace and sustainability in Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan model Discovery Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan. Jenis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Sumber data adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan yang berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan observasi. Pelaksanaan dikatakan berhasil bila >75% dari jumlah siswa memperoleh skor kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) Akhir tindakan >75%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 68% dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II 89%. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I tindakan I dengan persentase 71,25% dan hasil observasi pada tindakan II dengan persentase 78,75%. Sedangkan aktivitas guru siklus I tindakan I dengan persentase 87,5%, dan hasil obsevasi pada siklus II tindakan II dengan persentase 96,25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Sistem Pencernaan Pada Manusia kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan sistem informasi administrasi gampong sangat penting dalam upaya strategis peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi gampong uteunkot dalam berbagai kegiatan pelayanan administrasi. Pendampingan sistem informasi administrasi gampong berbasis web juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik di tingkat gampong serta memudahkan masyarakat dalam melihat informasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan aparatur gampong uteunkot dalam berbagai pemanfaatan teknis sistem informasi meliputi input berita, input sistem informasi administrasi desa dan lain-lain. Hal ini menjadi indikator penting dalam peningkatan kinerja aparator gampong. Pendampingan yang tepat dapat memperkuat keterampilan operator gampong dan apatur lainnya dalam mengoperasikan sistem informasi web dan administrasi lainnya dalam mengolah berita dan pelayanan administrasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan akurasi data. Lebih jauh, pelatihan ini juga penting untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan pengelolaan sistem dan tata kelola administrasi desa yang baik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pelayanan administrasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan pendampingan sesuai dengan administrasi gampong. Kemudian implementasi berkelanjutan aplikasi sistem informasi web dan administrasi desa sangat penting untuk memastikan pengguna dapat memanfaatkan sistem informasi secara optimal dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi yang cepat. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan sistem informasi administrasi desa dan web mobile tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga pada pengembangan kapasitas sistem informasi web digital dan administrasi desa. Hasil akhir dari layanan ini dapat mendukung pembangunan desa yang lebih baik, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan memberdayakan masyarakat gampong Uteunkot.

Abstract

Sistem keamanan pintu rumah yang cerdas dengan identifikasi wajah telah menjadi topik penelitian yang menarik dalam era teknologi informasi dan kecerdasan buatan. Keamanan rumah adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam gaya hidup modern dan Smart Home telah menjadi tren yang berkembang pesat. Perkembangan Internet of Things (IoT) telah memberi dampak yang signifikan pada globalisasi. IoT juga dapat dipergunakan sebagai sarana untuk memudahkan pengawasan dan pengendalian barang fisik yang membuat konsep IoT ini sangat memungkinkan untuk digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sistem keamanan pintu rumah cerdas yang menggunakan teknologi identifikasi wajah. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keamanan pintu rumah dan menggantikan kunci fisik tradisional dengan solusi kecerdasan buatan. Dengan sistem ini, pemilik rumah dapat membuka pintu mereka dengan cepat dan mudah hanya melalui identifikasi wajah mereka. Ini juga memungkinkan akses yang aman dan terkontrol kepada anggota keluarga atau orang-orang yang memiliki izin akses. Sistem ini akan berfungsi sebagai pintu pintar yang dapat membaca wajah pengguna dan memutuskan apakah memberikan akses atau menolaknya. Kinerja sistem dalam penelitian ini diuji pada berbagai kondisi pencahayaan, ekspresi wajah, dan posisi kepala untuk memastikan keandalan dan keamanan sistem identifikasi wajah ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi tingkat kegagalan dan keakuratan sistem dalam memberikan akses yang tepat. Kamera hanya mampu menangkap citra wajah dari jarak 10 cm sampai dengan 80 cm lebih dari itu kamera sudah tidak terdeteksi lagi. Pada pengujian pertama Delay kontrol alat pada ESP32-cam data Delay yang di dapatkan 202,15 ms dengan kategori jaringan bagus, pada pengujian ke dua Delay kontrol alat pada Blynk data Delay yang di dapatkan 51,88 ms dengan kategori jaringan sangat bagus.
