Abstract

The general aim of this research is to describe the implementation of curriculum management in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Air Sugihan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Meanwhile, the specific objectives of this research are as follows: 1) Describe the implementation of curriculum management planning in improving teacher performance; 2) Describe the implementation of curriculum management in improving teacher performance; 3) Describe the implementation of curriculum management supervision in improving teacher performance; 4) Describe the implementation of curriculum management evaluation in improving teacher performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and was carried out at SMP Negeri 4 Air Sugihan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with 10 teachers as research informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this research show that: 1) the implementation of curriculum planning in improving teacher performance has been carried out well; 2) the implementation of curriculum management in improving teacher performance has been carried out well; 3) implementation of curriculum management supervision in improving teacher performance has been carried out well; 4) implementation of curriculum management evaluation in improving teacher performance has been carried out well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The relationship between the leadership style of the Madrasah principal and teacher performance; (2) The relationship between teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance; and (3) the relationship between the principal’s leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction together with teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study using the partial correlation method. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsnawiyah (MTs) throughout Gandus District with 95 teachers as respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. Prerequisite test analysis using the normality test, Linearity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, and data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the leadership style of the Madrasah head and teacher performance with a correlation value of 0,937 with a percentage of relationship of 87,8% while 12,2% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

Supervision is a monitoring, training and evaluation activity carried out by a supervisor or head of school to improve and improve the quality of learning and school activities. The research uses descriptive qualitative approaches with case study methods and data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation and observations. The results of the study are the supervised approaches used by the head of the Al-Hafizh group to learn, namely Teacher Centered-Approach and Student Centered and Teacher-centered. Some of the approaches that the leader of the group uses in supervising today are Direct Approach, Non-Direct Approaching and collaborative approaches. Al-Hafizh joint teachers of the learning group work together to pursue a continuous improvement in the learning management and school administration system that includes training and supervision on the implementation of learning by teachers. Such as the ability of teachers to conduct learning planning, use of learning media, mastery of social personal learning materials and classroom management. As well as realizing a sense of family through intensive communication or other persuasion approaches, so that the Al-Hafizh playgroup becomes a school that seeks to develop its qualities according to the conditions of the institution and the demands of the times.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance; (2) The influence of the principal's motivation on teacher performance; (3) The influence of the principal's managerial ability and motivation together on teacher performance. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation method. This study was conducted at an elementary school in Rambutan District with 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The validity test used the product moment formula while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance of 10.5%; (2) there was an influence between the principal's motivation on teacher performance of 48.8%; (3) there was an influence between the principal's managerial ability and motivation on teacher performance of 46.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Kertapati Palembang, dengan sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel kinerja guru, kelengkapan sarana prasarana, dan mutu pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja guru dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana secara simultan terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Kinerja guru yang baik dan adanya sarana prasarana yang memadai menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kualitas pendidikan di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Kertapati Palembang.

Abstract

Program kearifan lokal memiliki relasi dengan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam menumbuhkembangkan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi program kearifan lokal untuk projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, dampak implementasi program kearifan lokal, kendala dalam implementasi program kearifan lokal, dan  solusi mengatasi kendala implementasi program kearifan lokal untuk projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 20 Rambutan. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang di analisis menggunakan teknis analisis data model interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa 1) implementasi program kearifan lokal di SD Negeri 20 Rambutan disesuaikan dengan tema projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui  permainan dan seni tradisional Sang Purba. Implementasi program kearifan lokal melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasi sumber daya pendidikan, dan   pengawasan serta evaluasi sesuai instrumen yang disusun sekolah. 2) dampak program kearifan lokal dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri 20 Rambutan antara lain: 1) meningkatnya keterlibatan dan keaktifan guru dalam proses pembelajaran; 2) peserta didik memiliki karakter gotong royong, toleransi, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, cinta tanah air dan rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal. 3) kendala implementasi program kearifan lokal dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, waktu untuk kegiatan pembelajaran, materi ajar yang berbasis kearifan lokal, proses adaptasi pendidik dengan materi kearifan lokal. 4) solusi mengatasi kendala implementasi program kearifan lokal dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila antara lain meningkatkan pelatihan guru, materi yang relevan dengan program kearifan lokal  dan pengembangan materi ajar yang lebih komprehensif, memperkuat kolaborasi dengan masyarakat atau komunitas lokal, mempertegas kedudukan program kearifan lokal dalam kurikulum sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 57 guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur, yang juga dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,162 (p < 0,05). Kompensasi yang layak mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas kerja guru. Kompetensi profesional juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,290 (p < 0,05), yang menegaskan pentingnya penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Secara simultan, kompensasi dan kompetensi profesional menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 15,324 (p < 0,05). Kombinasi kedua variabel ini berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan kinerja guru yang optimal, mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian terhadap aspek kompensasi dan pengembangan kompetensi profesional untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, sehingga tercipta lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) efektivitas pelaksanaan manajemen strategik diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan di SD Negeri; (2) faktor – faktor yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan atau ancaman dalam menerapkan manajemen strategik di SD Negeri; (3) langkah – langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam menerapkan manajemen strategik di SD Negeri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunkan metode SWOT. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Kecmatan Ilir Barat I Palembang sebanyak 3 sekolah berdasarkan akreditasi A, B dan C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Program peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan di SD Negeri berakreditasi A terlaksana atau berjalan sesuai rencana beda halnya dengan SD Negeri yang berakreditasi B dan C peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan sudah terlaksan tetapi masih banyak yang harus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of curriculum management in developing teacher competencies in MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings are as follows; the concept of curriculum management implementation in MTs negeri 1 Prabumulih city is carried out through the stages of curriculum planning by the curriculum development team, curriculum organizing in the form of delegation of authority from the head of the madrasah to the Deputy head of the madrasah for Curriculum, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation which is carried out by examining curriculum documents, implementing class supervision and interviews, The implementation of teacher competency development is carried out through the assignment of teachers to take part in training, workshops, seminars or discussion activities through MGMP either held by the madrasah itself or through other institutions. In conclusion, implementing curriculum management in developing teacher competency at MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City has been carried out well, starting with the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Abstract

This study aims to answer problems related to the efforts of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: Observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: The efforts of the head of madasah in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Hijriyah Prabumulih city are carried out through attendance, motivating teachers to always maintain sincerity in teaching, giving awards, restoring the spirit of teachers through madrasah family gatherings at the home of teachers / employees, holding study tours at the end of the year, holding iftar together every month romadhon, improving the knowledge of teachers by sending teachers to follow Training training, which is held in the city and in the province, sends teachers to participate in the Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) throughout the city of Prabumulih or in Madrasah.
