Abstract

The cinderella complex syndrome is a network of attitudes and fears in women and makes them feel depressed, causing fearness to use their ability, thus their desire to always be taken care of and protected appeared. The purpose of this research is to know the psychological description of cinderella complex syndrome in women who joined KAMMI Banjarmasin which includes the forming process, factors, characteristics, and aspects. This is field research with descriptive qualitative approach in Banjarmasin with 2 subjects aged 20 and 21 years old. The data collecting methods used in this research is screening test using the scale of the cinderella complex syndrome, interviews, observation, and graphic tests (with analysis results of the tests that supervised by a psychologist). The result of this research indicates that the forming process of the cinderella complex syndrome is closely related to various childhood experiences. The influencing factors are culture, parenting, mass media, low self-esteem, and perception. The characteristics that apparent are lack of confidence, feel worthless, afraid to face challenges, hard to do everything by herself, often having psychosomatic, fear of failure, lazy to take a risk, and dependent. Aspects that seen are they expect directions from others, external self-control, low self-esteem, avoid challenges, and competitions. There are also aspects of emotions, cognitive, and social that has been successfully revealed through graphic test.

Abstract

Fanaticism is an over-zealous attitude towards a particular perspective or attitude regarding community practice. For the recitation pilgrims, the Zuhdi teacher himself has a figure that is one of the things that is positive for everyone, because the respected figure is considered to be able to provide benefits that are considered positive and deserve fanaticism from many communities. How a person interacts is inseparable from the environment that shapes a person's personality. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative field research, the method used by the author is a method for examining an object from a state of condition or a system of thought from the subject, the researcher collects a number of data obtained directly from the research location using information obtained from the object research through data collection instruments namely observation and interviews. Because Zuhdi teacher recitation worshipers at the Mosque of Jami are very many and from various backgrounds. Data collection techniques used are fanaticism scale, semi-structured interviews, and non-participant observation with subjects totaling 4 people with characteristics of recitation congregation aged 20-50 years. Based on the results that researcher have obtained in all four subjects have a dimension of fanaticism, the amount of interest and love for one type of activity, S and MI subjects have a strong interest, while the MA and Z subjects have a very strong interest because it attaches photos of Master Zuhdi at home and even saves photos and his deeds in special notes. So, fanaticism is a concept adopted by someone who has contributed to his life and makes his emotions become more mature or wise. Fanaticism in this study is one form of love and belonging to a society/group of figures who are believed to have made a major contribution in themselves and their lives.

Abstract

Employee happiness greatly affects their performance. With higher happiness, middle-aged employees will be more optimal so that they can make a positive contribution to their family and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this research is to know a picture of happiness and to identify the happiness factor felt by middle age female employees at Kumala Laundry, Banjarmasin City. This research is field research, qualitative research methods. The research subjects were 2 women working at Kumala Laundry in Banjarmasin City. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results obtained showed that happiness in middle age female employees was in the cognitive and affective aspects. From the cognitive aspects of subjects S and A have different life satisfaction. The affective aspect of the two subjects also had different results, but they both accepted and were grateful for what they got. The factors that affect the happiness of subject S are money, marriage, social life, health and religion, while subject A is money, marriage, age, health and religion

Abstract

Group cohesiveness is a state or condition in which group members have an interest each other. This will make group cooperation and unity owned will increase work spirit to make a good performance. Group cohesiveness is unity in the group, each member enjoys interaction with each other, and has a certain time together and there is high work spirit in it. Each group has a different level of cohesiveness which causes its members to be attracted to each other and motivated to stay in the group, and a cohesive group will be more productive than a less cohesive group. Therefore, the researcher interested in conducting research on the Effect of Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment on the Group Cohesiveness of the Majoring Student Associationof the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari BanjarmasinThis research uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the administrators of 4 Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin, which is Islamic Psychology, Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy, Al-Qur'an Science and Tafsir, and Religions Studies, amounting to 198 people, then using a saturated sampling technique or total sampling that is using all members of the population as a sample. Based on this research, the results obtained: 1) There is a significant influence between psychological capital on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 36,2%. 2) There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 47,8%. 3) There is a significant influence between psychological capital and organizational commitment on the group cohesiveness of Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin with a significance of 0,000 (p <0,05) and an effective contribution of 57,8%. 4) The results of psychological capital data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 12,6% (25 people), the medium category was 77,8% (154 people), and the high category was 9,6% (19 people). 5) The results of organizational commitment data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 10,1% (20 people), the medium category was 75,8% (150 people), and the high category was 14,1% (28 people). 6) The results of group cohesiveness data for Majoring Student Associations from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Humanities State Islamic University of Antasari Banjarmasin in the low category were 11,6% (23 people), the medium category was 74,7% (148 people), and the high category was 13,6% (27 people).

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku sukarela di luar pekerjaan formal yang sudah ditentukan tanpa mengaharapkan imbalan, namun memberikan dampak pada instansi secara efektif, efisien dan positif. Banyak manfaat yang didapat organisasi ketika memiliki Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan OCB tinggi, karena itu pentingnya organisasi mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi OCB. Hal ini membuat peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepribadian terhadap OCB pada ASN di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan (field reseach). Populasi yang digunakan adalah ASN yang berada di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Banjarmasin berjumlah 94 ASN dengan jumlah sampel 52 ASN. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purpossive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan kepribadian terhadap OCB yang mana didapat nilai sig 0,003 < 0,05 (p value < 0,05) yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 21,5 %.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan tahap kemajuan antara masa dewasa dan masa remaja. Peningkatan seseorang di masa pubertas dan remaja nantinya akan membentuk kemajuan dirinya di masa dewasa. Dengan pedoman kapasitas perasaan yang besar dapat mengawasi kondisi, dengan demikian masalah yang dihadapi akan dapat diselesaikan sendiri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang berupa angka-angka dan dilakukan pengolahan dengan data statistik, tujuannya menguji hipotesis sebelumnya yang sudah ditetapkan. Penulis dalam konteks ini ingin mengetahui tingkat hubungan positif antara regulasi emosi dengan kesadaran diri siswa di SMAN 7 Banjarmasin.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah siswa dengan regulasi emosi yang cukup tinggi kemauan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan masyarakat dan faktor lingkungannya. Aspek memonitor emosi dan mengevaluasi emosi memiliki prediksi yang signifikan terhadap variabel self awareness. Sedangkan aspek modifikasi emosi sebesar 0,298 (p>0,05) yang artinya aspek ini tidak memprediksi secara signifikan terhadap variabel self awareness pada siswa di SMAN 7 Banjarmasin

Abstract

Menumbuhkan kesan tertentu dihadapan orang lain, dengan cara menata perilaku agar orang lain memaknai identitas dirinya sesuai dengan apa yang ia inginkan dapat dikatakan sebagai presentasi diri. Narapidana memerlukan upaya untuk mengungkapkan siapa dirinya kepada orang lain ketika melakukan interaksi sosial. Setiap orang memiliki harapan untuk bisa memberikan kesan yang baik kepada setiap orang disekitarnya. Sementara pada umumnya, pandangan negatif terhadap sosok narapidana cenderung masih banyak di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran presentasi diri pada narapidana yang bergabung dalam grup band Rawana Akustik Rutan Kelas IIB Pelaihari dengan lingkungan sekitarnya dan Tuhannya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan narapidana yang tergabung dalam grup band rawana akustik, dengan jumlah sebanyak 5 orang laki-laki. Kriteria subjek utama dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan umur yaitu di atas 20 tahun dan bergabung dalam grup band rawana akustik. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa dalam mempresentasikan diri, para narapidana yang bergabung dalam grup band rawana akustik memiliki beberapa kesamaan dalam beberapa hal. Walaupun demikian jika diperhatikan dengan lebih mendalam terdapat kekhasan yang dimiliki dari masing-masing narapidana untuk menunjukkan presentasi dirinya.
