Abstract

Islam has a significant role in shaping social, cultural, and religious life in Indonesia. This paper aims to better understand how Islam entered and developed in the archipelago, as well as the various methods used in the process of its spread. The method used is a literature study from primary and secondary sources that have been published in the form of books, journal articles, and theses. The findings of the paper explain that history records that Islam was first introduced to Indonesia through trade, marriage, and diplomatic relations, which was then followed by a da'wah approach through Islamic boarding schools and educational institutions. This method of dissemination shows the adaptation and integration of Islam with local culture which ultimately affects many aspects of Indonesian people's lives. The writing of this journal aims to examine the history of the arrival of Islam in Indonesia and the methods used in the process of its spread, with the hope of providing a deeper understanding of the role of Islam in Indonesian history

Abstract

Layanan informasi melibatkan usaha-usaha untuk menyediakan beragam informasi kepada peserta didik dengan tujuan mendukung perkembangan mereka dan memperluas wawasan, termasuk masalah belajar yang dihadapi siswa, cara layanan informasi digital mengatasi masalah belajar, serta kekuatan dan kelemahan dari layanan informasi melalui digital. Kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa umumnya adalah masalah yang sering terjadi, dan penyebabnya bisa berasal dari diri pribadi, lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, maupun lingkungan pergaulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method dengan desain tranformasi berurutan. Adalah mengunakan salah satu gabungan dari desai sebelumnya. Proses ini saling melengkapi, memastikan bahwa data kuantitatif mendukung temuan dari data kualitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 60,69% siswa mengalami masalah belajar, sedangkan 57,14% siswa memanfaatkan media digital seperti Youtube, Tiktok, Whatsapp, dan Canva sebagai media yang dapat membantu dalam proses belajar siswa. Kelebihan dari layanan media digital adalah menyajikan konten yang menarik, sementara kelemahannya termasuk masalah kuota internet dan partisipasi siswa dalam grup Whatsapp ketika layanan disampaikan melalui media tersebut. Masalah kesulitan belajar di sekolah membutuhkan perhatian serius karena terkait dengan kurangnya semangat, motivasi rendah, serta kondisi sosial dan ekonomi orang tua yang kurang memadai.

Abstract

Heavy Equipment business in Indonesia is quite potential considering the Indonesian government is implementing various development programs in various regions of Indonesia such as the construction of the Woosh Jakarta-Bandung fast train line, the Jakarta-Cikampek elevated toll road, the construction of infrastructure in various other regions of Indonesia, and buildings for public facilities. To maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in a situation like this, there is an approach that must be used. If the company has the technological capability and the ability to adapt to resources, the company can achieve this goal. The purpose of this study is to determine how important the concept of Product Life Cycle (PLC) is in marketing strategy. The method used in this paper is a literature study, namely by reviewing reading sources related to the concept of marketing strategy through the Product Life Cycle approach. Based on the results of several literature studies, it states that a company will generally have better capabilities than its competitors' performance if it is able to apply the Product Life Cycle concept. It can be concluded that the Heavy Equipment marketing strategy through the Product Life Cycle approach that needs to be improved is Product, Price, Place and Promotion can be utilized in the context of the product life cycle concept. At the maturity stage, the recommended marketing strategy is to differentiate services to differentiate yourself from competitors. Develop new markets to expand reach. Conduct more aggressive market penetration to maintain market share. Increase effective marketing promotions and communications.

Abstract

The existence of impulsive behavior has a positive impact on business actors, especially in the fashion industry, because it can increase profits and accelerate the purification of goods in the fashion world; some trends will continue to roll with the times. This study examines the influence of Shopping lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulse buying, and the role of Fashion Involvement in the influence of Shopping lifestyle Hedonic Shopping Motivation on buying impulse. This type of research is quantitative research. The primary data source used in the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample used was 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the shopping lifestyle variable affects the impulse buying variable, the hedonic shopping motivation variable affects the impulse buying variable, the fashion involvement variable can issue the Shopping lifestyle variable to the impulse buying variable and the fashion involvement variable cannot issue the Shopping lifestyle variable to the impulse buying variable.

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai permasalahan operasional dan strategis dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Masih banyaknya UMKM yang memiliki pemahaman yang kurang dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produknya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan strategi dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan bagi UMKM Keripik Ojo Lali Way Jepara kabupaten Lampung Timur melalui pemasaran E-Commerce. Peningkatan jangkauan pasar dan penguatan daya beli produk UMKM melalui penerapan e-commerce atau toko online bagi mitra dapat meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi. Selain itu kegiatan ini meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan internet dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk. Metode yang dilakukan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu dilakukan dimulai dari observasi awal, persiapan, pelaksanaan, pelatihan pendampingan hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan penerapan E-Commerce bagi UMKM produk keripik Ojo Lali memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peningkatan penjualan dan pemasaran produk bagi masyarakat lokal maupun antar kota. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan keterampilan bagi mitra untuk dapat melakukan pemasaran digital sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing produk dan keberlangsungan usaha di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The interaction and exchange between local culture and Islamic culture dominate in influencing the social system. This research aims to explore the perspective of Hadith on the Gerudo and Topeng celebrations in Jambi. This research relies on an analytical descriptive method based on collecting library data from various paper and electronic sources and field data through observation and interviews. The researcher then used thematic methods in the takhrīj of hadith, involving the search for hadiths based on sentences related to the topic. In analyzing hadith texts, the researcher has employed a contextual method with comparison approach and has compared them with the opinions of ‘ulamā’ who are both supportive and critical of these approaches. The key finding of this research is that the taṣwīr prohibited by the Prophet Muhammad refers to taṣwīr that contains an 'illah or reason for its prohibition. This prohibition applies to taṣwīr used as a rival to Allah's creation, for worship, or due to elements in its form that contradict Islam. Therefore, Gerudo and Topeng are not considered prohibited taṣwīr because current practices no longer embody the reasons for their prohibition.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong transformasi digital, salah satunya pada dunia financial technology. Sistem pembayaran yang terus berkembang menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung pesatnya perkembangan e-commerce dimana saat ini sudah tersedia berbagai bentuk sistem pembayaran digital, salah satunya paylater. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap paylater mengindikasikan bahwa mereka percaya terhadap sistem, proses, hingga risiko dalam sistem pembayaran tersebut. Padahal, penggunaan paylater memiliki berbagai risiko, salah satunya kecenderungan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi kepercayaan dan persepsi risiko penggunaan paylater terhadap perilaku online impulsive buying. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode non-probability sampling menggunakan rumus jumlah sampel representative untuk mengukur jumlah sampel yang populasinya tidak diketahui. Adapun, pada penelitian ini dilibatkan 110 responden yang merupakan pengguna paylater yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder dari studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepercayaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variable online impulsive buying dan persepsi risiko juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel online impulsive buying.

Abstract

The laundry service industry growing rapidly along with the demands of people's increasingly practical lifestyles. In thiscompetitive business environment, the implementation Service excellenceis a key factor to maintain customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation Service excellence on customer satisfaction in the service industry. approachused in this study, by collecting and analyzing various literature sources related to the concept Service excellence and customer satisfaction. Data sources used include scientific journals, books, and the results of previous research. The analysis was done descriptively to obtain a deep understanding of the relationship between the implementation Service excellenceand customer satisfaction. The results showed that the dimensions Service excellence, which consists ofspeed and accuracy of service, quality of laundry, friendliness and professionalism, access and flexibility, effective complaint handling, choice of fragrance, have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in the service industry. The managerial implication of this study is that it is important for service providersto focus on improving service quality in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies employed by the Indonesian automotive industry in response to the era of disruption. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research identifies current trends in the automotive industry, including the adoption of digital technologies, changing consumer behavior, and global competition. The findings reveal that the Indonesian automotive industry has undertaken various efforts to enhance competitiveness, such as product innovation, export market expansion, and the implementation of digital technologies. However, challenges persist, including intensifying competition and shifting consumer preferences. This study concludes that to remain relevant, the Indonesian automotive industry needs to continuously adapt to market changes and strengthen digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Riset ini mengekplorasi makna Indonesia Timur di dalam budaya populer. Apa yang ditengarai dalam studi ini utamanya adalah bahwa Indonesia Timur merupakan sebuah fenemone kebudayaan yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat kontemporer. Dengan memakai metode kualitatif, studi ini menganalisa teks berupa perdebatan yang dipicu oleh produk budaya pop seperti film, beberapa program tv, musik, selebriti, hingga karya sastra. Hasil studi ini mengetengahkan tentang karakteristik pemaknaan Indonesia Timur dalam budaya populer yang didominasi oleh ciri resistensi terhadap persoalan yang selama ini dilekatkan. Konsekuensi dari sana melahirkan cara pandang atau memakai istilah Hall sebagai style (gaya) budaya populer Indonesia Timur. Gaya Indonesia Timur mempertontonkan, menampilkan perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan. Lebih lanjut, di sini Indonesia Timur di era kontemporer bukan saja sebagai perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan dan berbagai stigma negatif yang selama ini melekat padanya, melainkan Indonesia Timur merupakan identitas budaya yang terus mempertanyakan kemapanan.
