Abstract

PT. XYZ uses CNC flame cutting technology to produce steel bridge material with the principle of thermal cutting which will cause the phenomenon of heat transfer and heat affected areas. By using the inverse method to determine the application of heat on the SM520B steel plate. The JIS G3106 SM520B steel plate is formed from a Heat Affected Area (HAZ). This happens because of differences in cutting temperature and the temperature of the Steel Plate. The analysis results obtained from conformity with the Box Girder design. In the Box Girder design, the active load is given a distance of 60 mm from the heat- area affected so as not to fatigue.

Abstract

Riset ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin maraknya penggunaan media sosial oleh selebriti muda dalam membangun personal branding yang merepresentasikan identitas dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana personal branding Sabrina Carpenter, seorang selebriti Gen Z yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai bentuk femvertising yang menentang male gaze, sekaligus mencerminkan strategi pemberdayaan perempuan dalam budaya digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi visual terhadap unggahan Sabrina Carpenter di Instagram dan Tiktok, khususnya selama periode promosi single “Espresso”,”Please Please Please”, album “Short n’ Sweet”, single “Manchild” hingga saat ini. Teori personal branding dari Rampersad digunakan untuk menganalisis sebelas karakteristik pembentuk keaslian sebuah brand. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sabrina Carpenter secara konsisten membangun citra diri yang autentik, berintegritas, dan khas dengan menampilkan estetika feminin, sensual, namun tetap memberdayakan. Praktik ini mencerminkan bentuk femvertising yang tidak menjadikan tubuh perempuan sebagai objek pasif, melainkan sebagai sarana ekspresi diri dan penguatan identitas. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur komunikasi, khususnya dalam studi gender dan media digital, dengan menekankan pentingnya sensitivitas terhadap representasi perempuan dalam strategi komunikasi visual. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan agar praktisi komunikasi dan industri kreatif memahami dinamika representasi gender secara lebih kritis dalam membentuk citra publik perempuan di media sosial.

Abstract

In an effort to overcome climate change and support sustainable development, green financing has become an important instrument that is increasingly receiving global attention. Green financing refers to the allocation of financial resources to finance projects that aim to improve the environment, reduce carbon emissions, and encourage a sustainable economy. This type of research is literature study research with a literature review approach. This research was carried out by collecting information data based on observations. The author also uses literature to support data and information relevant to books or other sources related to green financing.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang childfree dalam perspektif hukum Islam dengan pendekatan medis atau hak reproduksi dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Childfree diartikan sebagai kesepakatan suami-isteri untuk memilih atau menolak untuk tidak memiliki anak setelah adanya hubungan seksual dalam pasangan tersebut. Keberadaan fenomena childfree menuai kontroversi di kalangan pemikir hukum Islam. Sebab, hal tersebut dianggap bertentangan dengan salah satu fitrah manusia sebagai makhluk yang bereproduksi. Selain itu, childfree juga dianggap bertentangan dengan tujuan pernikahan, yakni sebagai sarana memperoleh keturunan. Perspektif seperti ini tentu perlu diperluas lagi, karena hanya memandang pernikahan sebatas pada fungsi reproduksi belaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hak asasi manusia merupakan bentuk jaminan perlindungan dalam hukum terutama hak asasi perempuan, keputusan untuk childfree merupakan hal yang tidak mempengaruhi dalam hubungan pernikahan. Hal tersebut berkegantungan oleh tubuh perempuan. Oleh sebab itu, keputusan childfree ialah hak perempuan dan hak pribadi seseorang. Dalam hal ini hak reproduksi yang dimiliki oleh seorang perempuan, namun alangkah lebih baik jika proses kehamilan yang tidak memberikan dampak buruk bagi perempuan untuk mempertimbangkan lagi untuk menerapakn childfree dalam kehidupannya. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, status hukum childfree menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan penyebab keputusan tersebut diambil oleh pasangan suami istri

Abstract

This study investigates the role of the Monument of Sultan Himayatuddin Muhammad Saidi (Oputa Yi Koo) in shaping collective memory and social identity among the Butonese community in Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in Maurice Halbwachs' collective memory theory, this study explores how spatial representation, symbolic design, and everyday social practices interact to produce and sustain collective memory. Data were collected through direct observations, visual documentation, and in-depth interviews with local cultural leaders, government officials, and residents. The findings reveal that the monument serves as a socio-symbolic artifact that revives marginalized historical narratives and provides a platform for communal reflection. It becomes a site where the past is reconstructed through present-day needs, reinforcing group identity, while remaining open to reinterpretation and contestation. While many perceive the monument as a source of pride and cultural revival, divergent interpretations of official narratives and community-based memory highlight the collective remembrance's dynamic, negotiated nature. This study argues that monuments are not merely passive heritage objects, but active discursive spaces that mediate identity formation, historical consciousness, and symbolic politics. This research contributes to broader discussions on cultural memory, spatial politics, and heritage making, offering practical insights for inclusive public space design rooted in local historical consciousness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian yang diambil dari model yang dikembangkan oleh Azizah. Penggunaan model ini didasarkan pada 3 variabel laten (konstruk) yang digunakan sebagai prediktor perilaku membuang makanan. Penggunaan ketiga variabel tersebut dinilai tepat dan sesuai dengan karakteristik responden di lokasi penelitian. Variabel laten dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku membuang makanan. Sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu usia, pendidikan dan pendapatan. Dari hasil penjelasan di atas, peneliti mengusulkan suatu kerangka konseptual yang dikembangkan berdasarkan gabungan variabel-variabel yang disebutkan di atas. Hasil tersebut dipertimbangkan berdasarkan literatur yang membahas perilaku membuang makanan.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia. One of the main contributing factors is the low intake of animal protein among children, thereby requiring simple yet effective community-based nutritional interventions. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of posyandu (integrated health post) cadres regarding stunting prevention through the implementation of the One Day Two Eggs Movement. The program was carried out by providing nutrition education on the importance of animal protein consumption, particularly eggs, using interactive lectures, group discussions, and simple demonstrations. A total of 50 posyandu cadres participated in the activity and were assessed using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure knowledge levels before and after the intervention. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge scores of participants following the program, indicating the effectiveness of the One Day Two Eggs Movement in enhancing understanding of the role of animal protein in stunting prevention. Furthermore, participants demonstrated strong enthusiasm to apply and disseminate the acquired information within their respective communities. Based on these findings, the One Day Two Eggs Movement can be recommended as a practical community-based educational strategy that is easy to implement, provides direct impact, and holds potential to be integrated with posyandu activities as well as maternal and child health programs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of diction, cohesion, and coherence in the text of President Jokowi's speech on the commemoration of World Anti-Corruption Day 2023 through the perspective of Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis. Data collection was carried out using the Listen and Record technique. Then, the data was analyzed using the critical discourse analysis theory of the Norman Fairclough model which only focuses on the dimension of the text through the selection of diction, cohesion, and coherence in the speech text to understand the message about anti-corruption conveyed and its impact on public perception. The results of the analysis show that although the speech has a good structure and careful use of language, there are contradictions in the delivery that can cast doubt on the government's commitment to eradicating corruption. This study emphasizes the need for concrete actions that accompany speeches to achieve the goal of effective corruption eradication.

Abstract

The effectiveness of operations and the success of achieving the goals of an organization is determined by how much motivation is given by members to optimize their performance. Therefore, the element of human resources (HR) needs special attention, handling and treatment in addition to other factors because of its departure as the subject of implementing the policies and operational activities of an organization in line with the objectives of the organization itself. An additional effort is to increase the availability of facilities that are expected to help employees carry out their duties and functions efficiently and effectively. Among the problems faced by employees in Gunung Sugih Sub-district, Central Lampung Regency are as follows: less than optimal work ability, such as employees' lack of understanding of the latest technology and science, which is considered as one of the factors that hinder their performance; less motivation, which is shown by employees only waiting for orders from superiors and being less productive; and poor work performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods, namely research methods that use data in the form of numbers in analyzing the facts found which aim to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The analysis used is simple and multiple regression. This study used 40 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine. The effect of Work Ability on employee performance, the effect of Work Motivation on employee performance, the effect of Work Ability and Work Motivation together on employee performance there is an effect of Work Ability (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 71.1%. There is an effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of 79.3%, there is an effect of Work Ability and Work Motivation together on Employee Performance of 80.8%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terdapat pada CV. Sriwijaya Elektrik adalah proses pembelian dan transaksi penjualan masih manual dengan menggunakan buku besar dalam setiap pencatatan nya, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan yang akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi CV. Sriwijaya Elektrik dan pembuatan laporan kepada pemilik toko masih membutuhkan banyak waktu sehingga tidak efisien. Tujuan merancang suatu sistem informasi pembelian dan penjualan ini dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan admin dalam memproses pengolahan data yang ada saat ini. Perangkat aplikasi yang telah dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans 8.0.2 dan penyimpanan data pada database MySQL dapat memberikan kelancaran dalam proses menginput dan penyimpanan data-data serta laporan-laporan yang diberikan kepada pemilik toko. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu Waterfall dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan tahapan-tahapan seperti rekayasa sistem, analisis, desain, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini menciptakan suatu sistem informasi pembelian dan penjualan dapat memudahkan pihak toko dalam proses pendataan data barang, data pembelian barang, data penjualan serta data return pembelian yang lebih baik dan akurat.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Pembelian, Penjualan, Desktop
