Abstract

The main goal of health agencies is patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is formed from the success of health agencies in curing patient illnesses. This study investigates the influence of image and patient involvement on patient trust. Also investigate whether patient beliefs are a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of patients at the Tritya Surabaya eye clinic. Using a purposive sampling method, and a research sample of 70 respondents, the data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that image and patient engagement make a positive contribution to patient trust. Research also proves that patient trust mediates the relationship between patient involvement and patient satisfaction, while it does not mediate the relationship between image and patient satisfaction. This study contributes to understanding patient behavior by using a framework of patient trust and satisfaction in medical eye clinics, which can also be applied to other public companies.

Abstract

Abstract Performance and engagement of employee could drop anytime, the company’s inability to provide work-life balance could even lead to quiet quitting that if ignored could increase employee turnover. The purpose of this study is to give information about the connections about quiet quitting based on the previous studies. The methods used for this bibliometric analysis were to merge the use of Publish or perish software to find previous studies with keyword “quiet quitting” and the use of VOSviewer software to cluster and to visualize its items of study. The results of this study were in the span of 2022-2024 there were 996 studies about quiet quitting, VOSviewer clustered the items into 5 (five) cluster and visualized the connection between items, publication year, and topic density or publication frequencies. The visualizations results showed that these items have connections between clusters, these items of study are quiet firing and disengagement both have a connection of their own, the next items were the great resignation, management, work-life balance and job burnout each items have a connection with job satisfaction. This study also find that job burnout and job satisfaction were the items of study which have relatively small density because it was mostly studied in the year of 2024. This study concluded that the connection between items of study quiet firing and disengagement are worth paying attention to whenever discussing quiet quitting also job burnout and job satisfaction were the items of study which connections on quiet quitting were rarely studied.  Abstrak Kinerja dan keterlibatan pegawai dapat menurun setiap saat. Ketidakmampuan perusahaan untuk memberikan work-life balance dapat mengarah kepada quiet quitting yang apabila diabaikan akan dapat meningkatkan turnover pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi terkait hubungan yang ada pada quiet quitting berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian analisis bibliometrik ini adalah menggabungkan software publish or perish dalam mencari penelitian terdahulu dengan kata kunci “quiet quitting” dan penggunaan software VOSviewer dalam mengklaster dan memvisualisasikan butir-butir penelitian tersebut. Hasil yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini adalah pada rentang waktu 2022-2024 terdapat 996 penelitian terkait quiet quitting, VOSviewer mengklaster butir-butir tersebut menjadi 5 (lima) klaster dan memvisualisasikan hubungan antar butir, tahun publikasi dan densitas topik atau frekuensi penelitian. Hasil visualisasi menunjukkan bahwa butir-butir ini memiliki hubungan antar klaster, butir penelitian quiet firing dan disengagement memiliki hubungannya tersendiri, butir berikutnya adalah the great resignation, management, work-life balance dan job burnout masing-masing memiliki hubungan dengan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa job burnout dan job satisfaction merupakan butir penelitian yang memiliki densitas relatif kecil karena lebih sering diteliti pada tahun 2024. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan butir penelitian quiet firing dan disengagement patut mendapatkan perhatian terkait hubungannya dengan quiet quitting serta job burnout dan job satisfaction merupakan butir penelitian yang jarang diteliti hubungannya dengan quiet quitting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa topik penelitian keputusan investasi saham beserta trendnya serta untuk mengetahui topik lain yang dapat digunakan sebagai variable penelitian di masa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik melalui aplikasi publish or perish dengan database goggle scholar. Setelah hasil penelitian dilakukan pada artikel journal, diperoleh 117 artikel dari 200 artikel hasil pencarian awal. Hasil penelitian kemudian disusun melalui aplikasi mendeley dan divisualisasikan melalui aplikasi VOSviewer untuk melihat trend penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa klasifikasi topik keputusan investasi saham terbagi menjadi 3 cluster yang terpusat individual investor, dan financial lietrascy sebagai factor luar. Covid merupakan faktor eksternal keputusan investasi saham. Penelitian ini terbatas pada jumlah kurangnya variasi topik penelitian yang ditinjau serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses the influence of Team Member Exchange (TMX) and Competency on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data was collected from 100 employees of PT Techmicron Batam City using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results show that Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Team Member Exchange (TMX) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, Competency has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of PT Techmicron Batam City Employees. The implications of this research are the importance of compensation in building job satisfaction so that it can increase employee work productivity, as well as the importance of building Team Member Exchange (TMX) relationships in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset yang dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan perusahaan untuk menjadi lebih baik dan lebih maju. SDM merupakan aspek terpenting dalam perusahaan di antara sumber daya lainnya. Organisasi yang efektif harus mampu untuk menemukan, mendayagunakan, mempertahankan, dan mengembangkan manusia untuk mencapai hasil yang dicita-citakan.Konstanta sebesar 5,5918 berarti apabila variabel independen dalam hal ini adalah pelatihan kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja sama dengan nol, maka harga saham adalah sebesar 5,5918. Koefisien regresi pelatihan nilainya sebesar 0,472, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan pelatihan kerja naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,472. Koefisien regresi kompensasi nilainya sebesar -0,209, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan kompensasi naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami penurunan sebesar -0,209. Koefisien regresi disiplin kerja nilainya sebesar 0,916, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan disiplin naik sebesar satu satuan maka harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,916. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, serta tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, service quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE). The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 consumer respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The research results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.05, which equals 0.05, and a calculated T value greater than the T table value, namely 2.101 > 1.98498. Therefore, it can be concluded that the promotion variable significantly influences customer satisfaction. The service quality variable significantly influences customer satisfaction as well. This is proven by a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05 and a calculated T value greater than the T table value, specifically 3.935 > 1.98498. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the price perception variable also significantly influences customer satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated T value greater than the T table value, specifically 2.765 > 1.98498. Overall, it can be concluded that the variables of promotion, service quality, and price perception collectively have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is supported by the F test results, where the F table value is 1.98498 with a significance value of 0.000, indicating 0.000 < 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 = 0.05 dan nilai T hitung > T tabel yakni 2,101 > 1,98498 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.017 < 0.05 dan nilai T hitung < T tabel 3,935 > 1,98498 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai T hitung > T tabel 2,765 > 1,98498 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Persepsi Harga bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji F. Di mana nilai F tabel sebesar 1,98498 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000, sehingga nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Social Media Marketing, Price Perception, and Location on Purchase Decisions at Cafe Titikalamangsa Deltasari in Sidoarjo. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire method containing statements regarding the variables being studied. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (2) Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (3) Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (4) Social Media Marketing, Price Perception, and Location have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Cafe Titikalamangsa Deltasari in Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara Social Media Marketing, Persepsi Harga, dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Titikalamangsa Deltasari di Sidoarjo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan mengenai variabel yang diteliti. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian hipotsis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (2) Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (3) Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, (4) Social Media Marketing, Persepsi Harga dan Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Cafe Titikalamangsa Deltasari di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth (WOM), Brand Image, and Physical Evidence on Consumer Satisfaction and Purchase Decisions for typical Madurese tuna fish paste products in Pamekasan. The research method used is a quantitative approach through surveys with multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that WOM, Brand Image, and Physical Evidence significantly influence consumer satisfaction. Positive WOM has a strong influence in increasing consumer trust and expectations, while a Brand Image that highlights local culture increases the emotional value of the product. Meanwhile, physical evidence such as attractive and hygienic packaging plays an important role in forming perceptions of quality. Consumer satisfaction functions as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between independent variables and purchasing decisions. Satisfied consumers tend to make repeat purchases and provide positive recommendations to others. The implications of this research underscore the importance of marketing strategies that focus on managing WOM, strengthening brand image, and improving the quality of physical product elements to support loyalty and market growth.

Abstract

One of the things that can improve performance is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of employee empowerment and work engagement on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Using saturated sampling method, 66 employees were surveyed. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that employee empowerment and work engagement contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee empowerment and work engagement on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the key drivers of customer loyalty, both for products and services. This study investigates the influence of service quality, brand image, and cost on customer satisfaction, as well as whether customer satisfaction serves as an effective mediator. The research surveyed general patients of Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with specific considerations, resulting in 154 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality, brand image, and cost contribute positively to customer satisfaction. The study also confirms that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, brand image, and cost with customer loyalty. This research contributes to understanding operational management by applying the framework of service quality, brand image, and cost in the context of healthcare service providers.
