Abstract

Fire is a serious threat that can cause major losses, both material and non-material. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based fire monitoring system at the Tangen District Office to detect fires early. This system uses smoke, temperature and fire sensors integrated with a NodeMCU microcontroller to process data in real-time. Data from sensors is analyzed to detect signs of fire, and notifications are sent instantly via the Telegram application and accompanied by alarm activation. Tests show that the system has a detection accuracy rate of up to 95% in detecting various types of fire media, such as wood, paper and plastic, with an effective sensor distance of up to 20 cm. This system is able to reduce response time by up to 70% compared to conventional methods, increasing the readiness of officers in handling fires. It is hoped that the results of this research can minimize the risk and impact of fire, as well as significantly increase building safety

Abstract

The jumbo iced tea business is growing rapidly, but one partner in Solo faced challenges in manual transaction recording and sub-optimal stock management due to sales fluctuations. This problem has an impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This research aims to design and build a point of sales application with sales prediction features using random forest regression algorithms that are able to cope with non-linear data and have high accuracy. The method used is waterfall, which includes the stages of identification and planning, analysis, system design, implementation, and maintenance. The dataset for prediction is taken from historical daily sales data, with variables used including day of the week, weekend status, previous day's sales, and average sales of the previous 7 days. The test results show that the random forest regression model with a total dataset of 30 data has a good level of accuracy, with an average absolute error percentage of 2.85%. The application system developed is able to improve the operational efficiency of the jumbo iced tea business, support better decision making, increase profitability, and improve customer satisfaction through more structured stock and transaction management

Abstract

Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 51/POJK.03/2017 requires public companies to publish a Sustainability Report to the Financial Services Authority and public disclosure. The Sustainability Report functions to respond to challenges in fulfilling sustainability strategies, intended to motivate companies to take advantage of opportunities and mitigate risks so that they can meet stakeholder expectations. Materiality has a fundamental role in the development and preparation of Sustainability Reports. Regulations in the European Union have made it mandatory to apply double materiality as an approach to disclosing material topics in sustainability reporting, which is regulated in Directive (EU) 2022/2464. Double materiality is based on identifying material issues from two perspectives: environmental and social materiality (outward impact) and financial materiality (inward impact). This research aims to analyze the initial application of the double materiality approach to the Sustainability Report 2023 of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the energy sector (IDXENERGY) and the basic material sector (IDXBASIC). Researchers conducted content analysis on companies registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange which are classified in the energy sector and basic material sector based on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Industrial Classification or IDX-IC. The results reveal the voluntary implementation of the double materiality approach in several companies in the energy sector and basic material sector. This research also shows the suitability of the selection of sustainability topics in the report with the GRI Standards for the oil and gas sector (GRI 11), coal sector (GRI 12) and mining sector (GRI 14).

Abstract

Baturraden people use a combination of red ginger rhizomes and lemongrass leaves for the treatment of masuk angin. This study aims to evaluate the quality profile of red ginger and lemongrass crude drug, total flavonoid content (TPC), total phenolic content (TFC), and the antimicrobial activities of their combination water extracts. The quality of both crude drugs was standardized to Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopeia (IHP). The TPC and TFC of red ginger and lemongrass combination in five different ratios were determined by standard UV-Vis spectrophotometry methods. The antimicrobial activity was evaluated using the microdilution method against patient-isolated multidrug-resistant (MDR) Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Lemongrass crude drugs were of good quality, while red ginger did not meet the acid-insoluble ash and volatile matter content requirements. The combination showed the highest TFC in a 75:25% ratio, while that of TPC was 50:50%. All combinations of lemongrass and red ginger extracts inhibited MDR Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 0.16 mg/ml. Candida albicans were more susceptible to the combination extracts. Red ginger rhizomes and lemongrass leaves 75:25% and 50:50% ratios showing comparable effects to the respective components. Hence, the combination of red ginger and lemongrass in 75:25 and 50:50% ratios potentially developed further for their masuk angin efficacy.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Anestesi spinal merupakan salah satu tehnik dari anestesi regional yaitu  dengan tindakan penyuntikan obat anestetik lokal ke dalam cairan serebrospinal di dalam ruang subaraknoid di daerah vertebra L2 - L3 atau L3 - L4 dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan anelgesi setinggi dermatom tertentu dan relaksasi otot rangka. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan hemodinamik meliputi tekanan darah sistolik, frekwensi denyut jantung dan tekanan arteri rerata pada pasien pre anestesi spinal dan post anestesi spinal. Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan dilakukan secara observasi nilai hemodinamik pasien pada pre dan post anestesi spinal, data diolah dengan pmenggunakan Paired T test dan Wilcoxon test.  Hasil: nilai tekanan darah pada pre dan post anestesi tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan sedangkan frekwensi tekanan nadi mengalami perubahan signifikan dari mean 78 menjadi mean 86 dan untuk tenanan arteri rerata mengalami perubahan signifikan dari mean 69,1 menjadi mean 93,2. Kesimpulan: tekanan darah sistolik tidak berpengaruh terhadap tindakan anestesi spinal namun mempengaruhi tekanan arteri rerata pasien dan frekwensi denyut jantung.

Abstract

Surakarta, sebagai kota wisata populer di Indonesia, menawarkan berbagai pilihan hotel dengan fasilitas dan harga beragam, namun banyaknya alternatif sering menyulitkan wisatawan dalam memilih akomodasi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi hotel berbasis website menggunakan metode knowledge-based dengan pendekatan constraint-based. Metode knowledge-based memanfaatkan pengetahuan domain untuk memberikan rekomendasi, sementara constraint-based membatasi pilihan berdasarkan kriteria spesifik seperti lokasi, harga, dan fasilitas. Sistem ini dirancang agar mudah diakses melalui internet, memungkinkan pengguna memasukkan preferensi untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi hotel yang relevan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang akurat dan relevan, mempermudah wisatawan dalam memilih hotel di Surakarta, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi rekomendasi di bidang pariwisata.

Abstract

Data mining adalah proses menemukan bagaimana hubungan dalam data yang tidak diketahui oleh pengguna menyajika dengan cara yang dapat dipahami sehingga hubungan menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan. Setiap sekolah memiliki sebuah masalah dalam nilai KKM siswa. Jika banyak siswa yang nilai tidak tercapai nilai KKM akan menjadi sebuah pekerjaan sekolah dalam hal ini. Dalam hal ini sekolah membutuhkan sebuah penerapan datamining yang dapat melakukan prediksi ketercapain nilai KKM siswa. Agar sekolah mendapatkan informasi siswa yang diperkirakan tidak tercapai nilai mata pelajaran. Sehingga sekolah dapat melakukan sebuah tindakan untuk masalah ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan prediksi ketercapaian nilai KKM siswa dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Dalam melakukan pengukuran tingkat akurasi ketepatan hasil naïve bayes dalam melakukan prediksi ketercapain nilai KKM dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran. Atribut yang digunakan adalah nilai raa-rata UTS gasal, pendidikan orang tua, bimbingan belajar dan presensi kehadiran. Hasil pengujian dengan 600 record dengan porsi 75% data latih dan 25% data uji. Sistem menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 78%.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is the need to monitor the number of people entering and exiting a meeting room automatically and accurately. The objective of this study is to develop a system for monitoring the number of people in a meeting room using IoT technology to improve the efficiency of room capacity management. The method used in this research involves the application of an Arduino Uno microcontroller with HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors to detect object movement and display the results on an LCD in real-time. The test results show that the system successfully detects the number of objects entering and exiting the room accurately. The LCD display shows numbers corresponding to the changes in the number of people inside the room with labels "In" and "Out." The first test showed that when 25 objects entered and 6 objects exited, the remaining number of visitors was 19. In the second test, with 7 objects entering and no objects exiting, the number of visitors inside the room was 7. The third test showed 23 objects entering and 3 objects exiting, leaving 20 people in the room. The fourth test, with 14 objects entering and no objects exiting, showed 14 people inside the room. The fifth test, with 10 objects entering and no objects exiting, resulted in 10 people remaining in the room. Overall, the test results indicate that the system functions well in detecting the number of people in the room in real-time and can be used for efficient room capacity monitoring.

Abstract

Leaves and flowers of rose periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don) are used for traditional diabetes management in Banyumas, Indonesia. This study evaluated the selected quality characters, total flavonoid content (TFC), total phenolic content (TPC), and the antioxidant activities of rose periwinkle crude drugs. Plant materials were collected from three locations in the Baturraden and Sumbang subdistricts and dried using an artificial heat drying rack to obtain crude drugs. The crude drugs' quality characters, TFC, TPC, and antioxidant activities were evaluated using standard methods. The quality characters of the crude drugs were specified as follows: loss on drying (9.12±0.50%), total ash (8.20±0.71%), acid-insoluble ash (0.24±0.06%), water extractable (28.82±6.77%), and ethanol extractable (35.17±1.79%). The chromatographic profile was generated from chloroform-methanol (8:2) separation over silica GF254. The TFC and TPC were 7.66±0.48 mg Quercetin equivalent (QE)/g and 7.27±1.07 mg Gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g, respectively. The antioxidant activities were 148.95±12.00 Trolox equivalent (TE)/g for DPPH radical scavenging activity and 651.14±77.91 mM TE/g for FRAP. The DPPH radical scavenging activity and FRAP were weakly to moderately correlated to TPC and TFC. The phenolic compound and flavonoid contents of physicochemically-characterized rose periwinkle were not significantly correlated to their antioxidant activities.

Abstract

Dalam reformasi birokrasi, evaluasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) menjaddi salah satu hal yang diperhatikan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terutama untuk memperbaiki tata kelola pemerintahan guna meningkatkat efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Akan tetapi setiap ASN memiliki kemampuan kompetensi, produktivitas, dan kontribusi yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengklasifikasian kinerja untuk menentukan potensi, menilai pencapaian, dan menentukan langkah-langkah yang tepat bagi setiap pegawai. Dalam pengklasifikasian penilaian kinerja sering kali bersifat subjektif dan kurang berbasis data, yang dapat menyebabkan penanganan yang tidak efektif dan tepat sasaran sehingga pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan atau rekomendasi masih belum tepat sasaran. Untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan data kinerja pegawai sesuai dengan tingkatannya maka peneliti mengimplementasikan metode Naïve Bayes dalam mengklasifikasi data kinerja PNS di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian menggunakan data kepegawaian dari aplikasi SIMPEG yang mencakup atribut seperti nama, NIP, golongan, pendidikan, hasil kerja, perilaku kerja. Data tersebut diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat kelas kinerja: sangat baik, baik, butuh perbaikan dan kurang. Model yang dikembangkan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, dan recall untuk memastikan performa algoritma. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa akurasi data yang benar mencapa 94%, akurasi data yang salah sebesar 6%, pressision sebesar 93,6% dan recall sebesar 100%. Dengan demikian hasil ini telah memenuhi ekspektasi peneliti.
