Abstract

Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menelusuri apakah tanggung jqwab perusahaan dan praktik bakat menejemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai mediasi dengan perusahaan yang dijadikan objek ialah hotel. bintang empat. di kota batam dengan bantuan sarana google form dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi serta data analisis. Pada hasil pengujian data yang telah dilakukan memaparkan bahwa beberapa variabel independent corporate social responsisibility, promotion practice, performance appraisal Practice memiliki hubungan signifikan positif. terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Ini bisa terjadi dengan adanya dukungan yang baik dari tanggung jawab. Sosial. perusahaan dan praktik manajemen bakat yang. dibantu dengan keterlibatan karyawan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. namun terdapat satu variabel yang berpengaruh negative yaitu succession planning practice.

Abstract

Untuk menjalakan progam CSR di sebuah perusahaan. Diperlukan keterlibatan karyawan dalam mengambil bagian dalam mendukung program CSR agar berjalan lancar dan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pada saat ini para pimpinan berusaha untuk merekrut, menngembangkan, mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas dan yang pekerja keras di perusahaan agar dapat bertahan dan bisa menyaingi para kompetitor yang kompetitor.Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi kasih sayang di perusahaan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterlibatan karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Menurut Queiros, Faria, dan Almeida (2017) Penelitian kuantitatif berfokus pada objektivitas dan sangat sesuai ketika ada kemungkinan untuk mengumpulkan ukuran variabel dan kesimpulan yang dapat diukur dari sampel suatu tertentuPenelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh compassion, corporate social responsibility, meaningfulness dan quality of work life terhadap employee enggagement pada karyawan yang bekerja di hotel Kota Batam dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 115 karyawan mengenai variabel compassion, corporate social responsibility, meaningfulness, quality of work life dan employee enggagement. Deskripsi objek penelitian berdasarkan karakteristik responden pada pada karyawan yang bekerja di hotel Kota Batam berdasarkan lingkup wilayah pekerjaan, jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir dan lama bekerja.kesimpulan nya adalah dari hasil penelitian ini bisa kita lihat bahwa data yang di olah oleh penulis menggambarkan bahwa semua data nya valid dan membuktikan bahwa para hotel yang ada di batam memberikan dampat yang baik pada karyawan saat bekerja.

Abstract

Globalization has encouraged companies to expand their business abroad, and one option is to expand to the Asian continent. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the ease, barriers, and risks of doing business in several Asian countries with fast economic growth, namely China, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method and the technique used is a literature study. The results found are that each country has different easiness, obstacles, and risks for doing business. Some of the ease is Indonesia which is superior in natural resources and strategic location, China which has skilled human resources and adequate infrastructure, Japan which has a high demand for products and well-structured work processes, and Singapore which has stricter regulations. free to do business. On the other hand, some of the obstacles are Indonesia having complicated permits and inadequate infrastructure, China which is constrained by language and employing employees having to go through organizations, Japan with a high bureaucracy and tax system, and Singapore with its public wage regulations and communication media that are limited. Each of the risks lies in inadequate infrastructure in Indonesia, markets that are difficult to access in China, a difficult bureaucratic system in Japan, and a complicated government system in Singapore.

Abstract

Saat ini organisasi lebih menekankan pada usaha yang dapat menghasilkan peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya kinerja yang tinggi artinya produktivitas karyawan juga menjadi lebih besar dan mampu menjalankan tugas dengan hasil yang lebih baik di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh dari employee abilities, esprit de corps, trust dan recognition & reward terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini menguji data dari sebanyak 285 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari rumah sakit tipe B di Batam, yaitu yaitu RS Awal Bross, RS Budi Kemuliaan, RS BP Batam dan RS Embung Fatimah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji data kuantitatif yang diuji berdasarkan data dari membagikan kuesioner berisi pernyataan dari variabel yang diteliti, kemudian diuji datanya dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan positif dari empat variabel independen yang diuji yaitu employee abilities, esprit de corps, trust dan recognition & reward terhadap employee performance. Dengan hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen rumah sakit di Batam untuk menjadi referensi dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Salah satu cara yang dilakukan produsen untuk meningkatkan penjualan adalah melalui kegiatan promosi. Kegiatan promosi biasanya digunakan oleh perusahaan yang bernama bauran promosi. Bauran promosi terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan seperti periklanan, penjualan langsung, promosi penjualan, dan publisitas. Dalam rangka menjalankan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat melalui kegiatan kerja praktek, maka penulis merancang sebuah cara untuk dapat lebih memperkenalkan usaha melalui bauran promosi. Bauran promosi ini merupakan cara melakukan kegiatan untuk lebih mengenalkan pada pelanggan dan mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli dan menggunakan produk-produk yang dipasarkan. Dengan program kerjasama dengan mitra usaha untuk menerapkan bauran promosi ini, mitra usaha mendapatkan manfaat dengan peningkatak kualitas usaha. Semakin banyak pelanggan yang mengetahui tentang kebradaan mitra usaha yang dalam ini mampu mendorong pelanggan untuk menjadi pelanggan setuia dan juga mendapatkan pelanggan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah membeli produk pada mitra usaha.

Abstract

Warung Parahyangan is a business engaged in the culinary field, where the food served is mostly Sundanese specialties. Since the pandemic, the income earned by Warung Parahyangan has decreased because the business of Warung Parahyangan is run without the help of social media or other applications, only depending on consumers who come to the shop. However, at the beginning of 2022, when schools have started to conduct learning offline, it will provide a slight increase in income, because the main target of the shop is school students whose school is located right in front of the shop. However, most of the school students have lost interest in eating at Warung Parahyangan, apart from being afraid of going out of school considering the pandemic is not over yet, also because many new students don't know about Warung Parahyangan. based on existing problems, we help implement promotional strategies with the help of social media. The promotion strategy that we use is the creation of digital posters, Instagram accounts and also go-food accounts so that they can help build image and consumer loyalty to Warung Parahyangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan di perusahaam sparepart alat berat yang ada di Kota Batam. Adapun variabel indpenden yang digunakan yaitu compensation, work-life balance, career development, workload dan work environment. Sementara variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu employee loyalty dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik purposive sampling merupakan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 311 orang dimana merupakan karyawan di 9 perusahaan sparepart alat bereat dan lori yang ada di Kota Batam. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0 untuk dapat menjelaskan keterkaitan yang terjadi diantara variable yang berhubungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa compensation, workload dan work environment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee loyalty. Work-life balance dan career development tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee loyalty. Job satisfaction diketahui mampu memediasi hubungan antara compensation terhadap employee loyalty dan work environment terhadap employee loyalty. Job satisfaction juga memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee loyalty.

Abstract

The End-of-Year Assessment is an activity carried out by educators to measure students' competency achievements at the end of the even semester. The implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency already uses an online system or information technology-based approach with a Local Area Network (LAN) network. Some of the challenges faced in the implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School include a lack of facilities, unstable internet connectivity, no specific time limit for the assessment, insufficient teacher competence in handling the assessment, with 40 percent of teachers not fully understanding the 2013 Curriculum. Some teachers still face difficulties in conducting the end-of-year assessment at the elementary school level. The objective of this research is to understand, describe, and analyze the implementation of the End-of-Year Assessment at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research employs a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. The Management Implementation Theory according to Henry Fayol (2004:37) is used in this research, which consists of Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordinating, and Supervising. The results show that some aspects are running well, while others are facing challenges, such as the End-of-Year Assessment implementation at the North District Elementary School in Ogan Ilir Regency. The planning involves holding meetings for the formation of the assessment committee based on the official decree, but there are challenges related to inadequate facilities like computers, limited internet connectivity, and insufficient teacher competence in conducting the End-of-Year Assessment.

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the relationship connection the Independent variables, namely Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Leadership, and the Dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, which is mediated by Motivation. The data collection technique used was primary by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study collected data from 280 respondents distributed to restaurant employees in Batam, Indonesia. To test these variables using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods. The research results are that Organizational Culture got positive significant towards employee performance. Work environment got positive significant towards employee performance. Leadership got positive significant towards employee performance. Motivation got positive significant towards employee performance. Organizational culture got positive significant towards motivation. Work environment got positive significant towards motivation. The leadership got positive significant towards motivation. Organizational culture got positive significant towards employee performance which are mediated by motivation. Work got positive significant towards employee performance variables which are mediated by motivation. Work environment got positive significant towards employee performance variables which are mediated by motivation. This proves that motivation can mediate those variables.
