Abstract

Perkembangan kerja jarak jauh melalui Work From Home (WFH) memberikan fleksibilitas bagi karyawan, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan pola kerja yang tidak seimbang dan meningkatkan risiko burnout. Permasalahan tersebut mendorong perlunya analisis yang mampu mengidentifikasi kombinasi perilaku kerja yang berkaitan dengan tingkat burnout secara lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola asosiasi perilaku kerja karyawan selama WFH dalam mengidentifikasi risiko burnout menggunakan algoritma FP-Growth. Dataset publik dari Kaggle diolah melalui tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD), meliputi seleksi data, praproses, transformasi data, penerapan FP-Growth, pembentukan association rule, dan evaluasi menggunakan support, confidence, serta lift. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola dengan screen_time_hours rendah, breaks_taken tinggi, work_hours rendah, dan meetings_count rendah cenderung berasosiasi dengan burnout_risk rendah. Seluruh aturan yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai confidence tinggi, yaitu 0,872–0,907, serta nilai lift di atas 1, yang menunjukkan hubungan positif antarvariabel. Dengan demikian, FP-Growth efektif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola perilaku kerja yang berkaitan dengan risiko burnout pada karyawan WFH.

Abstract

Depression among college students is a mental health issue that impacts quality of life and academic performance. However, factors influencing depression levels such as lifestyle, demographics, and psychological factors have not yet been analyzed in an integrated manner. This study aims to develop a depression severity classification model using the Random Forest algorithm based on these factors. The dataset consists of 1,998 records with 16 features selected through the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process. To address data imbalance, the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was applied. The results show that the Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 97.88% and an AUC of 0.998. Feature importance analysis indicates that the variables Symptoms, Nervous Level, and Employment Status are dominant factors in determining depression levels. Based on these results, the model is capable of effectively classifying depression levels and has the potential to serve as the basis for an early detection system in the university setting.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat platform e-commerce telah memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya pada marketplace seperti Tokopedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola keputusan pembelian produk makanan dan minuman serta merumuskan implikasinya terhadap strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dataset sebanyak 9.711 ulasan pelanggan yang diperoleh melalui Kaggle. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Naive Bayes untuk klasifikasi keputusan pembelian ulang dan FP-Growth untuk menemukan pola asosiasi antara rating, harga, dan keputusan pembelian. Tahapan praproses meliputi pembersihan data, transformasi atribut, diskretisasi, serta pemrosesan teks menggunakan TF-IDF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Naive Bayes menghasilkan akurasi 60,18% dengan precision kelas Y sebesar 94,30%, namun recall masih dipengaruhi oleh ketidakseimbangan data. FP-Growth menunjukkan bahwa rating bintang 5 merupakan faktor paling dominan dalam pembelian ulang, dengan kombinasi rating bintang 5 dan harga sedang menghasilkan confidence tertinggi sebesar 98,6%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan dan mendukung perumusan strategi CRM yang lebih terarah.

Abstract

Visuospatial processing is one of the important aspects of everyday life, whether it is to travel or to recognize the location of objects around. Visuospatial processing can be improved in various way, one of which is by using repetition. WorldVenture app was created to help its users improve their visuospatial capability by remembering landmarks in the city where they live. WorldVenture was created using flutter framework with five steps, namely literature study, data and information collection, application designing, testing, and evaluation. This app will have three main features: Flashcard, Quiz, and Notes. WorldVenture testing result, using questionnaires, showed 64,5% people out of 30 respondents rated WorldVenture excellent for improving visuospatial capabilities and as many as 35.5% of respondents rated it good.

Abstract

LAZNAS LMI Regional Office of South Sumatra is an institution engaged in the field of religion and humanity. One of the services provided by the LMI Regional Office of South Sumatra is a donation service. However, the service is still not effective and efficient. Based on the results of the questionnaire on donation services at the LMI Regional Office of South Sumatra, the calculation results. obtained Net Promoter Score1 of -61.6% which indicates a negative value. This shows the need to improve donation services in order to create loyalty. The E-CRM concept aims to provide satisfaction and increase loyalty. Therefore we need a donation service information system that can make it easier for both LMI and donors. As well as a measurement that measures the loyalty of donors using the Net Promoter Score calculation method and the FAST system development method. From the measurement results of Net Promoter Score2, the calculation results are 77%, this shows that the loyalty of donors has increased towards the improvement of donation services at LMI Regional Office of South Sumatra.

Abstract

Accurate lead scoring systems have become a strategic necessity for organizations operating in data-driven marketing environments, as they enable systematic identification of high-value customer prospects to maximize sales conversion efficiency. A fundamental challenge confronting conventional classification models is the class imbalance inherent in real-world marketing data, which induces majority-class bias and substantially reduces sensitivity toward minority-class prospects. This study proposes a Random Forest (RF)-based lead scoring prediction model integrated with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to address this limitation systematically. The dataset employed is the Lead Scoring Dataset from Kaggle, comprising 9,240 customer prospect records from an educational company with a class imbalance ratio of 1.59:1. Preprocessing included missing value treatment, removal of attributes exceeding 40% data loss, mode-based imputation, and categorical feature encoding. Following an 80:20 stratified split, SMOTE was applied exclusively to the training set to produce a balanced class distribution and prevent data leakage. The RF model was configured with n_estimators = 100, max_features = 'sqrt', and class_weight = 'balanced'. The proposed RF+SMOTE model achieved accuracy of 88.80%, precision of 86.44%, recall of 84.13%, F1-Score of 85.27%, and AUC-ROC of 0.9453, outperforming the baseline across four of five evaluation metrics. The most notable improvement was observed in recall, with a gain of 1.26 percentage points. Stratified 5-Fold Cross-Validation confirmed robust generalization capability, with AUC-ROC values consistently ranging between 94% and 95%. These findings demonstrate that the hybrid RF+SMOTE approach effectively enhances high-potential prospect detection while maintaining overall model stability for real-world Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment.

Abstract

Transformasi menuju ekonomi digital di Indonesia dihadapkan pada tantangan krusial berupa meningkatnya serangan fraud yang semakin canggih. Penelitian ini mengajukan sebuah pendekatan unsupervised learning untuk mengenali pola serangan fraud generasi baru sebagai dasar penguatan kapasitas supervisi institusional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi anomali tanpa bergantung pada label historis yang ada dengan memanfaatkan algoritma ensemble Isolation Forest. Model berhasil memetakan karakteristik transaksi yang mencurigakan berkat penerapan rekayasa fitur yang mendalam, yang mencakup analisis perilaku, korelasi alamat, dan ekstraksi sinyal dari IP. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan unsupervised ini mampu mengidentifikasi 18% dari total kasus fraud yang telah dilabelkan, membuktikan relevansinya dalam menangkap sinyal serangan yang sesungguhnya. Lebih penting lagi, analisis kualitatif terhadap anomali yang ditemukan berhasil mengkarakterisasi sebuah Pola Serangan Senyap, yaitu kombinasi multi-faktor risiko yang berpotensi terlewatkan oleh sistem deteksi konvensional. Temuan ini menyajikan sebuah wawasan baru bagi institusi regulator untuk beralih dari supervisi reaktif ke penemuan ancaman proaktif, yang pada akhirnya mendukung terciptanya ekosistem keuangan digital yang aman dan berkelanjutan sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs).

Abstract

Customer churn prediction is a crucial aspect of the banking industry for maintaining customer loyalty and reducing the cost of acquiring new customers. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system capable of predicting potential customer churn using the Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM) algorithm. The dataset used is the Bank Customer Churn Dataset, consisting of 10,000 customer records with 14 attributes. The research stages include exploratory data analysis and preprocessing, which involves data cleaning, categorical feature encoding, feature engineering (BalanceSalaryRatio, TenureByAge, CreditScoreGivenAge), and data balancing using SMOTE to address class imbalance. The GBM model was trained on the balanced dataset and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The evaluation results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 83.95%, with a recall of 67.32% for the churn class, indicating a strong capability in identifying customers at risk of churn. Feature importance analysis reveals that Age and NumOfProducts are the most dominant features, contributing approximately 77% to the prediction. The model was then implemented in a Flask-based web application with an HTML and CSS interface, enabling non-technical users to perform real-time churn predictions. This system is expected to assist banking institutions in designing more targeted and data-driven customer retention strategies.
