Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen kontrol diri menggunakan Rasch Model. Terdapat berbagai pengukuran instrumen yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya, penelitian menggunakan metode Rasch Model merupakan metode terbaru yang dianggap modern, efisien dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan instrumen berupa kuesioner dengan sampel responden 50 siswa SMP dan SMA sederajat di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Rasch Model dengan aplikasi Winstep versi 3.73. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Cronbach Alpha sebagai representasi dari interaksi antara person dengan keseluruhan item, sebesar 0,73 tergolong dalam kategori bagus. Sedangkan nilai Person Reliability sebesar 0,72 tergolong dalam kategori cukup. Sementara itu, Item Reliability sebesar 0,86 termasuk dalam kategori bagus. Oleh karena itu, instrumen yang telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk membantu sebagai need assesmen siswa atau untuk menemukan gambaran keadaan siswa sebelum mengembangkan program. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesejahteraan psikologis siswa SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden merupakan siswa kelas X SMAN Tasikmalaya yang berjumlah 591 siswa terdiri dari 180 siswa laki-laki dan 411 siswa perempuan. Selain itu, siswa yang menjadi responden berada pada masa remaja yang berusia 14 hingga 17 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Skala Kesejahteraan Psikologis terdiri dari 58 item dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 163 siswa berada pada skor tinggi, 427 siswa pada skor sedang, dan 1 siswa berada pada skor rendah. Sedangkan rata-rata kesejahteraan psikologis laki-laki yaitu 201 dan rata-rata kesejahteraan psikologis perempuan yaitu 200. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar kesejahteraan psikologis siswa berada pada skor sedang dan laki-laki memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih tinggi. Gambaran kesejahteran psikologis siswa dapat menjadi acuan dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Kata kunci: kesejahteraan psikologis, bimbingan dan konseling, siswa SMA

Abstract

Selama sepuluh tahun terakhir, penelitian mengenai pengembangan program bimbingan untuk meningkatkan empati masih terbatas dibandingkan dengan penelitian korelasi antara empati dan kompetensi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang program bimbingan pribadi-sosial yang meningkatkan empati melalui analisis mendalam. Metode penelitian melibatkan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Data dianalisis dengan filter, analisis bibliometrik, kata kunci, sintesis, dan visualisasi menggunakan Vos Viewer. Temuan penelitian: 1) Asesmen empati menggunakan skala dengan empat indikator Eisenberg, 2) strategi bimbingan termasuk role playing, sosio drama, dan pelatihan empati, 3) strategi konseling mengusung pendekatan humanis dan experiential, 4) media seperti buku, film, lingkungan, dan photo voices digunakan. Simpulan, program bimbingan pribadi-sosial yang kembangkan empati berfokus pada melatih kognitif dan afektif siswa dalam berempati. Kata kunci: bimbingan, empati, siswa, pribadi-sosial

Abstract

Career adaptive ability is able to express appropriate behavior in dealing with changing conditions. If individuals have high career adaptability skills, it will be easier for them to face challenges in achieving success. This study aims to describe the description of career adaptability. The method used in this research is quantitative, and the research design used is a survey. Respondents in this study were 325 students in class XI of a high school in Bangka Belitung Province. Collecting data in this study used a career adaptability instrument which was developed from various definitions of experts and has been previously validated. The career adaptability instrument consists of 60 statements and covers three aspects. It can be concluded that students' career adaptability skills are in the quite capable category with a percentage of 67.7%. This means that several aspects and dimensions of career adaptability are still lacking. Keywords: career adaptability, students, high school

Abstract

The attitude of religious tolerance needs to be instilled and improved early on in students who are in school. This research aims to test the effectiveness of sociodrama technique that can empirically increase religious tolerance in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Margahayu. This research uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with non-equivalent pretest-postest control group design. Data collection using religious tolerance instruments. Data analysis used non-parametric statistics. The participants in this study were students of class X-IA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Margahayu, totalling 34 people. Sampling in this study used random sampling technique. The results showed that the Sociodrama technique was empirically proven to be effective in increasing religious tolerance with an Asymp. Sig (2 tailed) of 0.030 is smaller than α. 0.05. The conclusion is that the sociodrama technique is empirically proven to be effective in increasing students' religious tolerance. Keywords: sociodrama, religious tolerance, student

Abstract

This study aims to produce an analytical description of the background, understanding, form, and process and reveal the characters in the local wisdom of rewang in the people of Jotosanur Village, Lamongan, East Java Province. Based on the scope of the study, the characteristics that can be adopted, developed, and integrated into learning activities in elementary schools are revealed. The methods include a literature review and field studies using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies on primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study show that in the Rewang local wisdom of the Jotosanur village community, there is the main character of gotong royong. In contrast, the supporting characters include the characters of harmony, caring, and togetherness. The characters contained through rewang can be adopted, developed, and integrated into learning activities in schools as an innovative learning strategy in elementary schools to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Especially in elements 1) global diversity, namely to know and appreciate the culture of the Lamongan region, being able to communicate and interact with others, and responsibility for the implementation of diversity and elements 2) cooperation which includes collaboration, caring, and sharing. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan deskripsi analitis tentang latar belakang, pengertian, bentuk, proses, dan mengungkap karakter yang terdapat dalam kearifan lokal rewang pada masyarakat Desa Jotosanur, Lamongan, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dalam budaya terdapat karakter yang bisa diinternalisasi dalam sebuah pembelajaran, termasuk budaya rewang. Berdasarkan lingkup kajian tersebut, diungkap karakter yang dapat diadopsi, dikembangkan, dan diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kajian literatur dan kajian lapangan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan Miles dan Huberman yaitu 1) mereduksi data yang diperoleh dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan tujuan penelitain, 2) mendisplay data hasil reduksi, dan melakukan verifikasi kesimpulan terhadap data yang diperoleh. Hasil kajian ini, bahwa dalam kearifan lokal rewang masyarakat desa Jotosanur terdapat karakter utama gotong royong, sedangkan karakter penunjang meliputi karakter kerukunan, peduli, dan kebersamaan. Karakter-karakter yang terkandung melalui rewang dapat diadopsi, dikembangkan, dan diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah sebagai sebuah strategi pembelajaran inovatif di Sekolah Dasar untuk menguatkan profil pelajar Pancasila utamanya pada elemen 1) berkebhinekaan global yaitu untuk mengenal dan menghargai kebudayaan daerah Lamongan, mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi terhadap sesama, dan tanggung jawab terhadap implementasi kebhinekaan dan elemen 2) gotong royong yang meliputi kolaborasi, kepedulian, dan berbagi terhadap sesama. Karakter-karakter dari budaya di Indonesia sangat banyak sekali untuk diintegrasikan dalam sebuah pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Self-esteem in adolescent students is one of the important aspects that must be developed to have self-confidence, respect for themselves, be motivated to study religion and general knowledge, and socialize with other students. This survey aims to examine the reliability and validity of the student self-esteem questionnaire using the Rasch model. Participants were 117 young students consisting of 41 boys and 76 girls. The quantitative approach is used as a research method and there are 40 items with a scale of 4 as the answer choices. The results of data analysis showed that the Cronbach Alpha value of 0.84 was included in the high category. The Person Reliability value of 0.78 is included in the good category. From the results of the analysis, it is known that there are 26 out of 40 valid items and the Item Reliability value is 0.97 with a special category so that to examine the self-esteem of student students, it can be measured using this instrument.

Abstract

This study identifies the weak self-acceptance of people living with HIV/AIDS which results in destructive behavior that results in denial, withdrawal, fear of rejection in the environment, anxiety which adversely affects their mental health, depression, isolation and even suicidal tendencies. The quantitative research method with a cross- sectional design used a self-acceptance questionnaire sampling technique which was adapted based on the theory of Carol Ryff (1996). Participants were one hundred from five hospitals in West Java. The results of the study show that people with HIV/AIDS can accept their condition, although in some aspects they are still in the low category.

Abstract

 The procrastination behavior experienced by students is very disturbing, which can negatively affect students' lives. There are several research findings regarding the application of counseling services to overcome procrastination with various cognitive theory treatments. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review (SLR) method. The steps in carrying out the SLR method are by compiling statements related to the research carried out, conducting searches with systematic literature reviews, identifying, assessing, analyzing, and compiling reports.

Abstract

Schools are important role in preparing students to face their future, but students often experience anxiety when deciding about their careers. This study aims to identify career problems encountered by students and see the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in helping students overcome this anxiety. The research method used was a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire given to 78 students of grade XI high school in Bogor Regency. The results showed that most students experienced a moderate level of career problems. The most prominent aspect is career choice anxiety, where students feel fear and anxiety in making decisions about the career that will be undertaken. To overcome anxiety in career selection, this study recommends using several strategies or techniques by counseling teachers. These strategies include the application of group guidance techniques, modeling techniques, and individual counseling.
