Abstract

Introduction: Youth in Rumahtiga State, as one of the backbones of the country's development, which actually has direct contact with the country's government, is a potential resource to encourage the government in running the government. For this reason, this service is considered important to carry out, in order to provide legal understanding for the community, especially the Youth of Rumahtiga State, regarding the importance of the responsibilities and contributions of Youth in the field of State Government as well as the role of youth in the Parentah House Polemic in Rumahtiga State.Purposes of Devotion: Providing capacity strengthening to Rumahtiga Youth in relation to responsibility towards the State in terms of the Determination of Parentah House Points, which is still a polemic.Method of Devotion: The method used is in the form of group discussions involving youth groups in several youth organizations in Rumahtiga.Results of the Devotion: From the presentation of the material, and several questions and discussions, it was found that so far youth groups in Rumahtiga State have not been accommodated enough to contribute in the field of government, regarding the equal role of youth in the Parentah House Polemic in Rumahtiga State which is resolved in the realm of law is the right step.

Abstract

Hospital administrators' services should be directed towards their goals, but in reality this is not always the case. For this reason, implementation behavior must be able to be measured through legal regulations. This article has discovered the principle of legal certainty for good hospital management in Indonesia. Using normative legal research methods, the principle of legal certainty in the administration of hospitals in Indonesia is found through division of labor by specializing the work of medical staff and corporate staff using the same methods and procedures which are guided by the principles: (1) Division clear work; (2) Condition factors of the community served; (3) humanitarian goals and equality before the law; (4) Hospital By Laws which are guided and based on and in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution which consist of corporate by laws, medical staff by laws, Nurse By Laws and Other Health by laws, which have so far been only corporate by laws and medical staff by laws. These principles should be made positive, so that benefit and justice for all parties can be realized for the sake of legal certainty for better health services in hospitals in Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kisah nabi Yusuf yang difokuskan pada mimpi yang ia lihat di masa kecilnya. Kisah ini dimuat dalam QS Yu>suf ayat 4 yang mana pada ayat tersebut nabi Yusuf menceritakan mimpinya secara detail kepada sang ayah, sehingga menimbulkan kecemburuan saudara-saudaranya. Mimpi yang dilihat oleh nabi Yusuf kemudian menjadi nyata dan disebutkan di dalam QS. Yusuf ayat 100. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui apa makna mimpi nabi Yusuf yang disebut dengan ru’yah shalihan dan menjadikan sosok Nabi Yusuf sebagai teladan, baik dalam kesabarannya, ketaataannya kepada Allah, dan kecerdasannya. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah library research atau kepustakaan yaitu dengan merujuk kepada kitab tafsir, buku, jurnal serta penelitian yang relevan dengan kisah Nabi Yusuf. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode tahlili yaitu menyajikan informasi terkait surah Yusuf dengan menguraikan asbab an-nuzul, munasabahnya, analisa mufradat dan interpretasi mufasir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mimpi nabi Yusuf melihat sebelas bintang serta bulan dan matahari bersujud kepadanya merupakan salah satu tanda kenabian. Sebelas bintang dalam mimpinya ditakwilkan dengan saudara nabi Yusuf yang berjumlah sebelas, matahari dan bulan adalah ayah dan ibunya. Mimpi tersebut benar terjadi ketika Nabi Ya’qub beserta ibu dan sebelas saudara Nabi Yusuf mengunjunginya ke Mesir seraya bersujud di hadapannya.

Abstract

This research aims to elaborate on the Muslim community's response to implementing spaced prayer rows in mosques during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the factors causing this resistance. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological and sociological approach. Primary data consists of regular congregation members and administrators of several mosques in the Gowa Regency. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that community resistance to the implementation of distance rows is due to two main factors, namely cognitive factors and depressive policies. Cognitive factors show that people do not understand the law properly regarding emergency conditions in the implementation of worship. Meanwhile, repressive policies are more about approaches that do not accommodate the cultural situation of society, including cognitive factors. This has an impact on the society’s disobedience to government calls and regulations as well as ulama fatwas as a form of resistance to those rules.

Abstract

Written evidence in debt transactions is increasingly needed in current credit activities to avoid various kinds of risks that might occur during the activity process. This needs to be studied in the perspective of Islamic law to find out the essence of the urgency of having written evidence in the view of Islam, either based on the verses of the Qur'an or with the opinion of the scholars on this matter. This research is a qualitative descriptive research and is a library research using primary and secondary data sources by examining various Islamic literature that talks about these matters, both classical and contemporary references. The results of this study are first, that debt is something that is not prohibited in Islamic religious teachings, but in practice it must be in accordance with Islamic law so that it does not eliminate the elements of mutual help and compassion in it. Second, the Qur'an explains that the existence of written evidence in debt transactions is something very important, so that the Qur'an provides rules for this and provides certain conditions for someone who makes such written evidence. In addition, to strengthen the position of written evidence, the Qur'an recommends having witnesses in a debt transaction. Islamic scholars have various opinions on the written evidence law. Some scholars say that it is not obligatory and some scholars say it is obligatory. The main purpose of such written evidence is to avoid any misunderstandings that may occur between the parties conducting these debt transactions at a later date regarding these debt transactions.

Abstract

Introduction: There is no regulation explaining the re-election of village heads.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the arrangements for re-election of simultaneous village head elections, to find out and analyze the legitimacy of re-election arrangements for simultaneous village head electionsMethods of the Research: This research used normative research method.Results of the Research: The results of the study, it was found that re-election was not regulated in Indonesian legislation even though there were settlement disputes which culminated in the process of resolving village head elections to legal remedies and the validity of re-election was invalid, if fraud and injustice were found in village head elections and carried out based on the applicable statutory provisions, so that there must be arrangements regarding re-election.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the theoretical conception of the science of amtsāl in the Qur'ān, then its relevance and contribution to the implementation of the contents of the Qur'ān. This study is necessary because the Qur'ān has a strategic position in the movement of the life activities of Muslims. In addition, the Qur'ān is not only valuable reading but also guidance for humans in the aspects of worship, faith, and morals. One of the methods that can be used to understand the verses of the Qur'ān properly, correctly, and comprehensively, one of which is through the sciences of amtsāl Qur'ān, because in the Qur'ān there are verses matsāl. This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. This research found that several things, including: First, the term amtsāl of the holy Qur'ān is a parable or expression with a beautiful style set by Allah SWT. through the holy Qur'ān in the form of a short, clear, and concise expression to serve as a good role model in order to increase faith in Allah SWT. Second, there are four kinds of amtsāl, namely amtsāl qissah, amtsāl lil hal, amtsāl al-wasfi and amtsāl al-i'tibar. While in understanding amtsāl there are three, namely amtsāl musarrahah, amtsāl kaminah, and amtsāl mursalah. Third, the term amtsāl of the holy Qur'ān shows several benefits to facilitate its use, namely showing something that is ma'qul into a concrete form, so that it can be felt or easily understood by humans, revealing essences and suggesting something that is not appearing as if it becomes visible, or making the unseen as if it can be witnessed immediately, also provides motivation for things that are liked. The results of the study show that the theoretical conception of the science of amtsāl Qur'ān has relevance in understanding the content of the verses of the Qur'ān in which there are verses of tamtsīl. This conclusion theoretically contributes to understanding the Qur'an properly and correctly while at the same time being able to ground the teachings that originate from the Qur'ān.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the definition of prohibited sentences in the Koran. A prohibition is a demand to abandon an action from a higher party. This article explains the various structures of prohibitive sentences in the Al-Qur'an, which give rise to various variations in meaning depending on the perspective from which a commentator analyzes them. Apart from that, this article also explores the prohibition on disobedience to parents in Qs. al-Isra/17:23 based on the interpretation of the ulama. This research provides results with the first main interpretation, the prohibition sentence is a demand to abandon an action from a higher party, namely a demand to abandon something ordered by Allah SWT. Second, the prohibition sentence has several forms including; Prohibited sentences are in the form of sharih (clear), non-sharih, rhetorical form of kalam khabar (statement), and rhetorical form of kalam istifham (question). Third, in Qs. al-Isra/17:23, there are also obligations of a child to his parents, namely not to speak harshly or not to shout at them for bad actions, to speak good words to them, to humble themselves before their parents, and to ask for love from Allah for them. both, namely praying for both of them to be given grace.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to gain a comprehensive understanding of online buying and selling practices from the perspective of the Quran. This study involves the analysis of principles outlined in the Quran that can be applied to online commerce in the present-day context. The research findings demonstrate that online transactions, when examined through the lens of the Quran, should adhere to principles of justice, honesty, transparency, avoidance of usury, consumer protection, and contract fulfillment. While the Quran does not explicitly address online buying and selling, the principles contained within it can be effectively applied to ensure that these transactions align with Islamic values. The research underscores the significance of consulting qualified experts in interpretation (tafsir) and Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) to attain a deeper understanding of these principles within the specific context of online commerce. By adhering to the Quranic principles, individuals engaging in online buying and selling can foster an environment of fairness, integrity, and ethical conduct. This research serves as a valuable guide for Muslims seeking to navigate the realm of online commerce in a manner that upholds the teachings and values of Islam. It highlights the importance of incorporating the Quranic principles into contemporary business practices and emphasizes the need for continuous consultation with experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of these principles in the context of online buying and selling. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Article 34 paragraph 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that the state is responsible for providing health service facilities and adequate public service facilities to the community. Furthermore, Article 45 paragraph 1 letter a of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation "states that supporting facilities for the implementation of road traffic and transportation include sidewalks, the provision of which is provided by the local government. “Article 113 paragraph 1 letter a government regulation number 79 of 2013 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation Networks states that sidewalks are also a form of public service provided by the government as supporting facilities for road traffic and transportation in the form of provisions for pedestrians. Article 11 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 38 of 2004 concerning Roads "states that sidewalks are useful spaces for pedestrians. In accordance with the problems raised, the type of research used in this writing is normative juridical legal research. Legal research is a process of discovering legal rules, legal principles and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues faced. The Ambon City Government regarding changing the function of sidewalks in Ambon City is currently not in accordance with Article 4 paragraphs 3 and 4 of Ambon City Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2014 concerning the Arrangement of Street Vendors, which states (3) Locations that cannot be designated as business premises for street vendors The five are as follows: within government agencies, within schools, within places of worship, around market locations, on roofs and sewers, in city parks and green lanes, around monuments and hero's graves, throughout the body road.
