Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui strategi dan proses penerapan strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan mufrodat Bahasa Arab. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini antara lain “Apa strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan mufrodat bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas IV Abu Hatim SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung ?”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Abu Hatim SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah siswa 27 orang siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yaitu stratetgi pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kretaif, Efektif dan Meneyenangkan (PAIKEM) dan strategi pembelajaran Ekspositori, dengan penerapannya yaitu guru meyajikan mufrodat atau kosakata dengan lagu nyanyian serta powerpoint dan kartu yang bergambar. Dengan proses kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu guru menyusun mufrodat dengan sebuah lagu, siswa dan guru berdiskusi, guru menulis teks Bahasa Arab dipapan tulis atau menampilkannya diproyektor, guru menyiapkan permainan terkait tema pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan memberikan motivasi disetiap akhir pembelajaran.

Abstract

Review of Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Second Amendment to Law No. 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission. Constitutional Court Decision No. 112/PUU-XX/2022 whose decision accepts all of the applicant's requests. The Constitutional Court is not a fully democratic state institution, because the people do not directly elect the members of the court, and the term of office is more or less closely related to the domain of formulating open legal policy. The leadership of any institution in terms of extending its term of office must be carried out through the law-making council, namely the legislative body. Because officially this institution is appointed as the people's representative, including having a process of public participation. Changes to the terms of office from 4 years to 5 years, as in Law No. 30 of 2002 Article 34, during the process of changing the extension of the term of office of a state institution, it should be given to state institutions that have involvement in the process of drafting Legislative Regulations, which in turn expressly stated in the 1945 Constitution. This normative juridical research was carried out using a statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. In its decision, the Constitutional Court made new norms that are regulatory in nature and do not take into account the opinions of the People's Representative Council and the Government, which is an abuse of authority or is done arbitrarily and exceeds the authority of the legislators. This decision is contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Article 5 Articles 20 and 28 I. As a result of the Constitutional Court's decision being retroactive, problematic and subject to multiple interpretations, if there are parties who justify the decision regarding the existence of the leadership of the Corruption Eradication Commission while in office, theoretically it is feared that it will trigger another petition.

Abstract

This research explores the application of Agile methodology in the development of a web and mobile-based Tracer Study and Career Center application. The primary objective is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of career and educational tracking for users, including students, alumni, and career center staff. The study is motivated by the need to provide a responsive and adaptable solution that can continuously evolve based on user feedback and changing needs. Using Agile methodology, the development process involved iterative cycles of planning, development, testing, and evaluation, ensuring that the application meets high standards of quality and usability. Key features such as educational tracking, work experience logging, and to address the core requirements of the users. The results indicate that the Agile approach significantly improved the application's functionality and user experience. However, further enhancements in the user interface and additional feature adjustments based on ongoing user feedback are necessary. The research concludes that Agile methodology is effective in developing adaptive and user-centered applications, though it highlights the importance of continuous improvement and comprehensive user engagement in future developments. This study provides valuable insights for developers and researchers in the field of educational and career management applications, demonstrating the practical implications of Agile in creating responsive and effective software solutions.

Abstract

This research is based on the poor ability of students to understand Arabic texts and the lack of interest in reading that is owned by students. So, the students have difficulty in understanding Arabic lessons. The problem in this research is "Is the Al-Qiroah method able to improve reading comprehension in Arabic languageand how to increase the use of the Al-Qira'ah method in reading comprehension in Arabic class lessons VII A HafshohDarul Fattah Qur'an Middle School? " while the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Al-Qira’ah method on reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah and to describe the increased use of the Al-Qira’ahmethod in reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah. The type of research that researchers use is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is class VII AHafshoh Middle School Qur'an Darul Fattah amounting to 27 students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle has four learning meetings. In this research, the average value of the students reading comprehension test in the pretest was 60.72, in the first cycle was 66.60 and in the second cycle was 82.02, with the difference in the increase in the pretest to the first cycle increasing by 5.88 points or equivalent to 9.68%. Meanwhile the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 15.42 points or equivalent to 23.15%. It can be concluded that learning by using the Al-Qiro’ah method can improve reading comprehension in Arabic class VII A Hafshoh students at Darul Fattah Qur'an Middle School.

Abstract

This research is based on the weakness of students in understanding Arabic materials, including translating Arabic texts and understanding Arabic rules. Therefore, the researcher made an alternative solution by applying the Qowaid wa Tarjamah method, which is a method that emphasizes grammatical analysis and translating Arabic texts. he formulation of the problem in this study is whether using the Qowaid wa Tarjamah method can improve understanding of Arabic and how to improve Arabic understanding of pronouns (dhamir) using the Qowaid wa Tarjamah method. The aim is to improve students' understanding of learning Arabic and apply the Qowaid wa Tarjamah method in the learning process. This type of research uses classroom action research (PTK). This research was conducted in class VII Hafshah SMP Qur'an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung in the 2019/2020 school year. With 25 female students. This research was conducted in 2 cycles with 4 meetings in each cycle. In this study, it was obtained that the average student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 56.84, cycle 1 was 74.64 and cycle 2 was 85.16. Based on these results it can be concluded that using the Qowaid wa tarjamah method can improve students' understanding of Arabic about the material of dhamir muttashil class VII students of Hafshah Qur'an Darul Fattah Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. What researchers do in using this method is to convey the concept of dhamir, provide examples, memorize definitions and translate Arabic texts. Abstract

This research analyzes Al-Muwaththa’, a monumental work by Imam Malik bin Anas, as one of the pivotal books in shaping Islamic law and the dissemination of the Maliki school of jurisprudence in the Islamic world. As a compilation of hadith compiled with a rigorous methodology, Al-Muwaththa’ not only serves as a source of law but also offers a contextual perspective by using the practices of the people of Medina (amal ahl al-Madinah) as one of the legal bases. The main problem discussed in this research is how Al-Muwaththa’ has influenced the development of Islamic law and the relevance of its methodology for Muslim communities in various regions, especially in the context of local cultural adaptation. Through a qualitative approach with a literature review, this research examines Imam Malik's methodology in selecting hadith, integrating ra'y (legal opinion) with traditional sources, and structuring the book based on legal categories. The results of the analysis show that Al-Muwaththa’ has successfully become the basis for the formation of the Maliki school of jurisprudence, which is widely spread in regions such as North Africa and Andalusia. Imam Malik's approach, which combines the chain of transmission of hadith and local practices, provides flexibility in the continuous application of Islamic law. In addition to being recognized as a valid legal reference by great scholars such as Imam Shafi'i, Al-Muwaththa’ also serves as a model for the development of other Islamic law books. The prospect is that the contextual methodology introduced by Imam Malik in Al-Muwaththa’ can continue to be studied as inspiration for adapting Islamic law to modern cultural and social contexts without leaving the essence of religious teachings.

Abstract

This research explores the concept of tauhid in the interpretation of Surah Al-Ikhlas within Tafsir Al-Jailani by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani, using a Sufistic approach. Surah al-Ikhlâś is chosen for its profound emphasis on tauhid, a central teaching of Islam and a significant theme in Sufi tradition. The study aims to analyze how Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani interprets Surah Al-Ikhlas and assess the relevance of his tafsir in the contemporary era. A library research method with a hermeneutic approach is employed to deeply examine the tafsir text and its interpretation of tauhid. This method connects the historical context of the tafsir with contemporary understandings. Primary sources include Tafsir Al-Jailani, supported by secondary literature to enrich the analysis. The findings reveal that Tafsir Al-Jailani highlights the esoteric dimensions of tauhid, particularly Allah’s absolute attribute of "Ahad." This interpretation encourages readers to internalize Allah’s attributes as a source of inspiration and spiritual strength in daily life. By emphasizing the spiritual essence of tauhid, this study contributes to the understanding of Sufistic tafsir and provides insights into the development of spiritual comprehension in Islam, especially in navigating modern challenges.

Abstract

Sejak diperkenalkan pada awal Sejarah islam, fiqih mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan, terutama dalam menghadapi sebuah tantangan zaman modern yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran dan sumbangsih Ibnu Katsir dan Wahbah Zuhaili dalam perkembangan dan pembaruan yang terjadi dalam dunia fiqih, serta faktor-faktor yang mendasarinya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran yang berbeda antara Ibnu Katsir dan Wahbah Zuhaili dalam perkembangan dunia Fiqih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kajian literatur terhadap berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti kitab tafsir klasik ushul fiqih, literatur kontemporer, dan artikel ilmih. Pendekatan fikih dan historis digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ushul fiqih mengalami perubahan dari masa klasik hingga masa kontemporer. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ushul fiqih mengalami penyesuaian dan evolusi untuk menjawab isu-isu kontemporer seperti ekonomi syariah, perbankan, asuransi dan lainnya. Salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi perkembangan ushul fiqih dalam dunia kontemporer adalah globalisasi, yang telah membawa tantangan baru dalam berinteraksi dengan berbagai budaya dan sistem hukum. Selain itu, perubahan sosial dan polotik memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pandangan ushul fiqih terhadap isu-isu yang lebih modern. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang perkembangan ushul fiqih dan relevansinya dalam menghadapi zaman modern dengan melihat kedua mufasir fikih antara Ibnu Katsir dan Wahbah Zuhaili yang memiliki perbedaan latar belakang zaman. Di harapkapkan penelitian ini dapat membuahi kontribusi positif bagi perkembangan dalam dunia fikih.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam Kerandangan diketahui menjadi habitat yang potensial bagi berbagai jenis ular. Melihat tingginya dinamika perubahan habitat ular yang menjadi saat ini sehingga penelitian ini menarik untuk dilakukan pada empat perwakilan tipe habitat di blok pemanfaatan yaitu hutan sekunder, riparian, ekoton, dan pekarangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman, kemerataan, kesamaan, dominansi dan pola sebaran jenis ular. Metode yang dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu visual Ecounter Survey (VES). Pengamatan ular dilakukan pada pagi dan malam hari di Taman Wisata Alam kerandangan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan sebanyak 15 jenis ular yang tergolong dalam 7 family. Tingkat keanekaragaman tertinggi ada pada habitat hutan sekunder dan dinilai 1.73. Tingkat kemerataan tertinggi ada pada habitat pekarangan dengan nilai 1. Tingkat kesamaan jenis antara 2 tipe habitat berbeda yang tertinggi ada pada habitat riparian dengan pekarangan. Tingkat dominansi jenis pada masing-masing tipe habitat yaitu, di hutan sekunder jenis yang dominan yaitu trimeresurus insularis, di riparian jenis yang mendominan yaitu trimeresurus insularis, dendrelaphis pictus dan malayophyton reticulatus, di ekoton jenis yang dominan yaitu trimeresurus insularis, psammodynastes purverulantus dan naja sputatrix, di pekarangan jenis yang dominan yaitu trimeresurus insularis, gonyosoma oxycephalum, malayophyton reticulatus, dan cylindrophis ruffus. Pola sebaran ular yang didapatkan dari hasil perhitungan dengan indeks morisita adalah berkelompok (clumped).

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) are a form of student activity that involves going directly into the community to apply the knowledge gained in college to help solve problems and empower local communities. The KKN activities carried out in Janapria Village, Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency, by Mataram University students certainly consist of various activities with the main target being the utilization and development of village potential. The aim of implementing this KKN activity is to help the community develop the potential of underdeveloped villages, one of which is the use of cow dung waste into organic fertilizer and decomposer. There are 5 methods used in this activity, namely: (1) Survey and mapping method (2) Social approach method, (3) Participatory method, (4) Mentoring method, and (6) Evaluation method. The output of this activity is a product in the form of organic fertilizer and decomposer. The people of Janapria Village, especially farmers and livestock breeders, have the awareness to utilize the local potential of the village, namely livestock manure into something of economic value. Thus, this activity was generally successful in increasing the understanding and participation of the Janapria Village community in using livestock waste wisely for the sake of agricultural sustainability and a sense of caring for the environment.
