Abstract

Abstrak_ Pantai Merpati berada di kabupaten Bulukumba yang memiliki Potensi Wisata Kuliner, industri perikanan dan tempat pertunjukan musik.  Kondisi Perumahan Permukiman yang kurang layak. Kurangnya sarana fasilitas kesehatan dan prasarana jalan di area permukiman nelayan tersebut, Tujuan desain ini untuk memperbaiki permukiman nelayan ini yang masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk yang ada di permukiman nelayan tersebut. Kondisi yang di desain mencakup model rumah tinggal, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana penunjang  serta penataan permukimannya.  Metode pembahasan diawali dengan pengumpulan data yang diolah melalui analisis dan sintesis data yang kemudian diproses menjadi sebuah konsep perancangan  lalu ditransformasikan ke dalam bentuk grafis dengan menggunakan metode ekplorasi desain. Hasil Desain berupa Site Plan dan bentuk unit hunian serta fasilitas penunjangnya.Kata kunci : Permukiman nelayan; Pantai. Abstract­_ Merpati Beach is located in Bulukumba district which has Potential of Culinary Tourism, fishery industry and music venue. Condition of Housing Settlements that are less feasible. Lack of health facility facilities and road infrastructure in the fisherman's settlement area, the purpose of this Design is to improve the fisherman's settlement which is still not meet the needs of the population in the fisherman's settlement. Conditions that are designed include residential model, facilities and supporting facilities and settlement arrangement. The method of discussion begins with data collection processed through analysis and synthesis of data which is then processed into a design concept and then transformed into a graphical form using the method of design exploration. Design Results in the form of Site Plan and the form of residential units and supporting facilities.Keywords :  Fisherman's Settlements; Beache.

Abstract

This study evaluates the maturity level of various domains within the COBIT framework in an organization, as well as identifies the gap between current performance and expected performance. The collected data indicates significant differences in maturity levels for domains APO.07, DSS02, DSS.03, DSS.04, DSS.05, and MEA.01, with an average gap of 2.11. Based on these findings, various actions are recommended to improve maturity levels, including increased training and development, adoption of process automation, periodic assessments, improved monitoring and reporting, and more effective risk management. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to reduce the existing gap and enhance overall operational efficiency. Abstract

The problem faced by ITBA Dian Cipta Cendikia is related to the assessment of the learning process which is currently still being carried out through filling out questionnaires by students and interviews. The assessment calculation process is still done manually, there needs to be a system that processes data on outstanding lecturers so that from this award all lecturers are motivated to develop their abilities.This research aims to select the best lecturer using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The criteria used in this study include teaching experience, quality of research or academic contributions, involvement in academic activities, quality of presentation or ability to deliver material, openness to students, and the relevance of the material to the course. The weights for each of the seven criteria were determined through AHP, while TOPSIS was used to determine the best lecturer based on relative preference values. The results of the study indicate that Akni Widyastuti has the highest relative preference value, namely 0.700. The calculations carried out show that the AHP and TOPSIS methods provide structured and objective results in determining the best lecturers based on various relevant criteria.   Keywords: Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), TOPSIS, Decision Support System.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Akad Khiyar Aib terhadap minat konsumen dalam transaksi online, khususnya di Toko Diana Olshop Klampis Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan populasi 250 konsumen dan sampel 23 konsumen yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai T hitung sebesar 3.670 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti variabel Akad Khiyar Aib berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat konsumen, dengan kontribusi sebesar 18%, sementara 82% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, praktik khiyar di Toko Diana Olshop Klampis sesuai dengan prinsip transaksi syariah. Kata Kunci: Khiyar, Minat, Konsumen, Toko

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil observasi dan wawancara di SMA N 1 Kecamatan Kapur IX yaitu rata- rata nilai siswa masih di bawah KKM, rendahnya nilai rata-rata siswa diduga karena kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kurang berkembang. Pada saat mengerjakan soal kemampuan literasi matematis siswa terlihat masih belum bisa memenuhi indikator literasi matematis. Rumusan masalah pada penelitain ini yaitu “Bagaimana Kemampuan Literasi Matematis Siswa Kelas XI SMA N 1 Kecamatan Kapur IX ?”.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA N 1 Kecamatan Kapur IX yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pemilihan kelas XI MIPA 1 ini karena kelas XI MIPA 1 merupakan kelas yang ketuntasannya paling rendah diantara kelas XI lainnya dan siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 masih banyak yang kurang mampu menyelesaikan soal-soal yang menuntut kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui soal tes literasi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukka n bahwa dalam menjawab soal tes kemampuan literasi matematis pada soal tes yang di ujikan kelas XI MIPA 1 yang terdiri dari 5 soal, berada pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 39,41. Nilai rata-rata persentase untuk indikator pertama formulate yaitu 64,4% dengan kategori rendah, indikator kedua employ yaitu 57,7% dengan kategori rendah, indikator ketiga interprete yaitu 54,4% dengan kategori rendah, secara keseluruhan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 berada pada kategori rendah.

Abstract

The importance of the process of evaluating information system security for a company, organization, or government agency whose goal is to carry out early detection of information leaks and even disruption of information systems. In this research conducted at SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. The research being conducted was to determine the level of readiness and governance of information security based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standardization by using tools, namely the KAMI Information Security Index Version 4.2. In this research the method used to carry out the data collection process is to make direct observations on the objects used as research and questions and answers with the IT department that handles related information systems. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the maturity level of information security is that at the level of need for electronic devices, a score of 20 points is in line with the high KAMI index and is still Level I to Level II. Even though the result of the readiness assessment has a value of 245, this is a safety level of 1 which applies to SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL. To achieve a qualification level in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard, SMKN 1 SRAGI LAMSEL must improve information security internally and externally, in this case external parties, and carry out security assessments on an ongoing and continuous basis.

Abstract

Proses pengajuan pembiayaan yang memakan waktu lama menjadi tantangan signifikan bagi perusahaan pembiayaan dan nasabah. Persetujuan pembiayaan membutuhkan informasi yang lengkap, namun penggunaan formulir berbasis kertas serta keterbatasan teknologi memperlambat proses ini, sehingga penggunaan formulir berbasis kertas menjadi tidak efektif. Digitalisasi layanan menjadi sangat penting bagi industri finansial. Saat ini, lamanya proses pengajuan mulai dari pengisian formulir, pengumpulan dokumen hingga persetujuan menyebabkan penurunan kepuasan nasabah, mengganggu operasional perusahaan, serta mengurangi efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sistem loan origination dirancang untuk menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pembiayaan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan framework Scrum dalam pengembangan sistem loan origination, yang bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan sistem, memastikan hasil yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dan mempercepat proses persetujuan pembiayaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to overcome the gap between ideal conditions and real conditions in the field, especially problems in learning Arabic. In this case, learning the nahwu rules with the source of learning is the book of Imrity. This book contains 254 nahwu rules with explicit explanations. The learning objectives are still in the level one cognitive domain, namely memorizing. So this research develops a learning model that aims to improve their cognitive at C4, C5 and C6 levels. This research method uses the development and research model developed by Borg and Gall. In its development research focuses on developing teaching materials. The results of this study suggest that the results of the validation of the teaching materials developed received a score of 90, which is very good. The results of the media validation included the display aspect of good value with 70 while the value of the usage aspect had good value with a score of 67. Based on the test results in the control class a score of 76 and in the Experiment class a score of 86. So the results of the analysis with SPSS 22 obtained a value of Sig.(2- tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 so that the test results on decision making in the T-Test test are Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Rejecting Ho and accepting Ha, the development of HOTS-based Arabic learning can help students learn Arabic at C4, C5 and C6 levels.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing students' difficulties by looking at student mistakes in answering questions and writing literacy according to their own understanding abilities, then analyzing what factors caused students to make mistakes in solving transformation material questions. The research method used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class XI MIPA 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Kapur IX District who had studied transformation material including Translation, Reflection, Rotation and Dilation. From the results of the tests given, the most frequent errors were 23% or only 7 students who answered correctly in the dilation submaterial. The fewest errors occurred in the translation submaterial, namely 35% or as many as 11 students who answered correctly. Overall, the errors of class XI MIPA 2 students are dominant in the form of errors in using formulas so that many formulas are used backwards and forwards and they are not proficient in multiplying in matrix form which is caused by an inactive or only teacher-centered learning method, and also a lack of effort. done in working on the questions given, not careful and in a hurry in solving the questions given.

Abstract

This research is a study that examines the causes and effects of the two variables, namely choosing the wrong major with student academic grades based on literature review with quantitative research dimensions, with the theme raised is The Effect of Choosing the Wrong Major on Student Academic Values ​​at BKI UIN KHAS Jember Study Program, There are two important questions in this research. First, is there any effect of choosing the wrong major for BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program students? Second, is there a relationship between choosing the wrong major and the academic grades of BKI UIN KHAS Jember students. The purpose of this study was the first to find out the percentage of students choosing the wrong major for the BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program on academic scores. Second, to find out the relationship between choosing the wrong major and the academic scores of BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program students. This study uses a quantitative approach using simple linear regression data analysis techniques, normality test, scatter plot heteroscedasticity test, and glejser heteroscedasticity test. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature (Library Research). In carrying out these three tests, the sample used was 31.1% of the total 2021 BKI students, namely 138 students. The results of the study concluded that choosing the wrong major (X) had no positive effect on academic value (Y) with an effect of 11%. This effect means that the higher the wrong choice of major will not affect academic grades.
