Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of the Village Fund Allocation in Pematang Tujuh Village, Rasau Jaya Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency, by implementing the principles of Good Governance. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study involved three respondents as sources of information. The findings reveal that the planning stage adheres to the Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014, starting with Dusun Meetings and Village Development Planning Meetings (Musrenbangdes), involving the active participation of the Pematang Tujuh Village community. The Village Institution's involvement in the preparation of the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM Desa) and the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) is discussed in Musrenbangdes meetings, subsequently organized by a special team. The results of these meetings are then displayed on announcement boards and billboards. In the implementation stage, the management of the Village Fund Allocation is carried out by a management team responsible for the Accountability Report (SPJ), involving the Pematang Tujuh Village community in the execution of activities. All activities related to budget implementation are announced on the website and notice boards.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia adalah bahasa nasional yang di pakai oleh Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Dengan perkembangannya, bahasa Indonesia harus menjadi alat komunikasi utama di Indonesia dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi, modernisasi, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Melihat situasi tersebut, maka berbagai pihak perlu melakukan upaya agar bahasa Indonesia mempunyai kedaulatan tersendiri di negara Indonesia, dan bahasa tersebut selalu dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Pada masa perjuangan kemerdekaan, bangsa Indonesia memerlukan alat pemersatu dalam berinteraksi antar suku bangsa di Indonesia. Di Indonesia, bahasa Melayu dipilih sebagai bahasa pemersatu masyarakat. Pada acara sumpah pemuda tanggal 28 Oktober 1928, orang Melayu dinyatakan sebagai orang Indonesia. Keputusan ini sekaligus menandai dimulainya bahasa Indonesia menjadi bahasa nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the mind mapping method on the ability to write biographical texts in class X SMA Negeri 5 Soppeng. The population in this study was 249, while the sample selected in this study was34 students divided into 12 men and 22 women using purposive sampling techniques. Due to the limited sample size, the research design used was a pre-test and post-test group design. The instruments used to collect data are test sheets and observations. Then, data collection techniques were carried out using test and non-test techniques. The data analysis techniques applied in this research are non-parametric descriptive and inferential statistics because the prerequisite tests were not met. The results of data analysis in this study showed that the average student score was 74.91 at the pre-test stage and there was an increase at the post-test stage to 80.05. Then, at the pre-test stage the number of students who completed was only 16 students or 52.94% and there was a change at the post-test stage to 91.17% or 31 students who completed. The results of hypothesis testing also show significant differences between the pretest and posttest stages. NThe significance value in this study is (0.000) smaller than the generally chosen significance level (usually 0.05). This means that there is a significant difference in performance or test results between before (pretest) and after (posttest) a particular intervention or event in the sample being analyzed. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Mind Mapping method is effectively applied in learning Indonesian, especially the subject of biographical texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis model pembelajaran CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) untuk siswa kelas V di MI Al-Muhdhariyah No.07 Tokke, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang sebagian besar belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Modul dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan dan divalidasi oleh ahli materi, media, serta bahasa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul berada pada kategori “layak digunakan dengan revisi ringan”. Implementasi modul menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, dari rata-rata 61,49 sebelum penggunaan modul menjadi 81,24 setelah penerapan. Seluruh siswa berhasil mencapai KKM (100%), dan respon guru serta siswa menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan yang sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, modul ajar berbasis model CORE terbukti efektif dan praktis dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS serta keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kesiapan ibu dalam proses menyusui dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah pemahaman dan praktik perawatan payudara (breast care) sejak masa kehamilan. Banyak ibu hamil mengalami hambatan menyusui akibat kurangnya informasi dan keterampilan perawatan payudara prenatal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada ibu hamil melalui pendekatan partisipatif, sehingga mereka mampu melakukan breast care secara mandiri dan memahami manfaatnya terhadap keberhasilan menyusui. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 September 2025 dan diikuti oleh 10 orang ibu hamil. Metode kegiatan mencakup ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi teknik breast care, serta sesi diskusi dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pentingnya breast care dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi proses menyusui. Pendekatan partisipatif terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta dan mendorong perubahan perilaku positif terkait persiapan laktasi.

Abstract

Fenomena bullying masih menjadi salah satu persoalan sosial yang sering dijumpai di lingkungan sekolah. Sejumlah penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program anti-bullying telah banyak dilaksanakan, efektivitasnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks lokal, budaya sekolah, serta keterlibatan guru dan orang tua. MI Al-Mukrimin Talaga Desa Sengeng Palie Kecamatan Lappariaja dipilih sebagai lokasi pengabdian karena hasil observasi awal dan wawancara dengan guru menunjukkan kasus perundungan, khususnya dalam bentuk verbal dan sosial, yang relatif lebih menonjol dibandingkan sekolah sekitar. Hal ini menegaskan adanya gap kontekstual yang perlu diintervensi secara khusus melalui pendekatan partisipatif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman. Bullying dapat muncul dalam bentuk fisik, verbal, sosial, maupun cyber, dengan dampak negatif bagi korban, pelaku, maupun saksi, mulai dari trauma psikologis, penurunan prestasi akademik, hingga gangguan emosi jangka panjang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi berbasis partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi, penyusunan materi, serta pembelajaran interaktif melalui presentasi, video, diskusi, simulasi, dan permainan edukatif. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran siswa mengenai bentuk, dampak, dan strategi pencegahan bullying. Siswa juga lebih aktif dalam diskusi, menunjukkan empati, dan berani menolak perilaku perundungan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu mengenai efektivitas pembelajaran partisipatif dan berbasis pengalaman dalam menumbuhkan karakter positif, sekaligus memberikan bukti kontekstual baru pada sekolah dasar di wilayah pedesaan. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi anti-bullying di MI Al-Mukrimin tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman dan empati siswa, tetapi juga mendukung terbentuknya budaya sekolah yang ramah anak, aman, dan bebas dari perundungan

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada anak-anak Panti Asuhan Asrama Yatim Piatu Al-Amin Kota Bengkulu. PHBS memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah berbagai penyakit menular maupun tidak menular dan membentuk kebiasaan hidup sehat sejak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, dilakukan survei lokasi dan penyusunan materi serta media penyuluhan. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, dilakukan edukasi PHBS menggunakan metode ceramah dengan media leaflet dan diskusi. Pada tahap evaluasi, pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai PHBS setelah diberikannya edukasi. Rata-rata skor pre-test peserta adalah 46,6%, sementara setelah edukasi rata-rata skor post-test meningkat menjadi 85,2%. Peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada pengetahuan mengenai cara menggosok gigi, waktu mencuci tangan, dan kebersihan diri. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode penyuluhan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi langsung dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak mengenai pentingnya hidup bersih dan sehat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong anak-anak untuk menerapkan PHBS dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan derajat kesehatan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Pop Up Book media "Ayo Siaga Bencana" (Let's Be Prepared for Disaster) to foster disaster mitigation awareness in early childhood. The development model used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), but this study is limited to the limited scale implementation stage. The research approach uses mixed methods with children aged 5-6 years old group B at the Kembangan District PAUD institution. Needs analysis was conducted through observation, interviews, and teacher and parent questionnaires. The Pop Up Book product was validated by three experts (material, media, and practitioners) with very high feasibility percentage results, respectively 87.5% (material experts), 95% (media experts), and 87.5% (practitioner experts). The trial was carried out in stages (individual, small group, large group) in three PAUD institutions, then a limited scale implementation was carried out on 10 children in group B of Al-Ikhlas Joglo PAUD. The results showed a teacher response of 97.5% (very good category) and a child response of 95% (very good category). Thus, this Pop-Up Book is deemed suitable, engaging, and effective as a disaster mitigation learning medium for early childhood. This medium can increase children's attention, enthusiasm, and understanding of simple disaster management steps, making it an innovative alternative for preparedness education in early childhood education (PAUD).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Andiarta Muzizat, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative method was employed, with a population consisting of 70 respondents. Saturated sampling was used, resulting in a total sample size of 70 respondents. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the physical work environment (X1) significantly affects employee performance (Y), with the regression equation Y=14.523+0.655X_1. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated T-value greater than the table value (3.846 > 1.995), leading to the rejection of Ho1 and acceptance of Ha1. This indicates a significant effect of the physical work environment on employee performance. Similarly, work motivation (X2) significantly influences employee performance (Y), with a regression equation of  Y=14.434+0.615X_2. The hypothesis test showed a calculated T-value exceeding the table value (3.098 > 1.995), resulting in the rejection of Ho2 and acceptance of Ha2, confirming a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous effect of the physical work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) is significant, as shown by the regression equation Y=8.903+0.509X_1+0.307X_2. The hypothesis test indicated a calculated F-value higher than the table value (8.414 > 3.13), leading to the rejection of Ho3 and acceptance of Ha3. This means both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The monitoring and evaluation system is a routine process of collecting data and measuring progress on program objectives/monitoring changes, which focuses on processes and outputs. Monitoring involves accounting for what is done. Monitoring involves observing the quality of the services provided while evaluation is the use of social research methods to systematically investigate program effectiveness/assess the program's contribution to change (goal/objective) and assess the need for improvement, continuation or expansion of the program (recommendations). The first aim of this system is to be able to process data efficiently and accurately, the second aim is to assist the financial management unit (UPK) in inputting loan fund installments to make it easier to process data so as not to make calculation errors and record errors and to improve services to Community Self-Help Groups (KSM) better as borrowers, the third objective is to facilitate monitoring of loan fund evaluation which can be monitored and evaluated at any time, both the rate of return of loan funds and the level of loan fund congestion. In this system, the interface-based monitoring and evaluation model is one of the services provided by the operating system as a means of interaction between the user and the operating system. The interface is an operating system component that comes into direct contact with the user. This application was created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and a Client Server-based MySQL database.
