Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the economic creativity model for Single Parent. The research approach uses the Basic qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and observation by interviewing 26 key informants who live in the villages of Muara Kumpeh, Pudak, Kasang Pudak, Lopak Alai and Sumber Jaya, namely member villages of PUDAK Sandang Pangan Terpadu (PUDAK SAPADU). The data analysis tool uses ATLAS.ti software (CAQDAS / Computer-Aided Qualitative Data Analysis Software program). The results of the study determine that the integrative hybrid model is a single parent creative economic empowerment pattern. The results of the analysis found that the creative pattern of the single parent economy has three models, namely new businesses, single parent businesses and millennial businesses. The research implications of limited capital, ability, and level of education are taken into consideration by single parents in determining business patterns.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the commitment online taxi driver (Go-Jek) based on the components of a commitment that is continuous, affective, normative, and analyze the effect of compensation on performance motorcycle taxi driver online as well as influence commitment, compensation on performance the driver's taxi online (Go-Jek) in the town of Jambi. This research was conducted in the city of Jambi and surrounding areas. The population in this research is the entire taxi driver online (Go-Jek) operating in the city of Jambi and the surrounding area. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The research on using primary data. The main data needed is (1) data on organizational commitment (affective, continuous, and normative) drivers Go-Jek, (2) the compensation data drivers Go-Jek, (3) performance data Drivers Go-Jek. The primary data were obtained directly from the respondent. Data collection using a structured questionnaire, asked respondents to use a questionnaire. This research uses descriptive quantitative and regression analysis.

Abstract

The minimum criteria regarding the qualifications and competencies of lecturers in conducting education require psychological contracts, organizational culture and the strategy of Human Resources (HR) that are used as the basis for work relationships. The main objective of this research is to examine psychological contracts in improving HR strategies with organizational culture as a mediator variable. The method used in this research is kind of descriptive with a quantitative approach and use explanatory surveys. The research target was lecturers at several universities in Jambi Province. The data collection method used is by providing a structured questionnaire aimed at the sample respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) and the software used is smart-PLS. The research hypothesis provides strong support towards the view of psychological contracts has a positive and significant influence in improving HR strategies, psychological contracts have a positive and significant influence in improving HR strategies through organizational culture as a mediator variable.

Abstract

Government agencies are required to observe and manage human resources as the most important element that directly affects the effectiveness of organizational work, especially in the long term. The purpose of this research is to analyze the variable employee engagement, working discipline, job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the DISHUB Jambi. The variables to be researched are Employee's Engagement (X1), working discipline (X2), job satisfaction (X3), employee performance (Y). Research using Fishbone Diagram (fishbone diagram), data collection is done with questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Population in this study amounted to 164 employees of the DISHUB city of Jambi, the size of the samples used in this study amounted to 116 respondents, the final result was 99 respondents who submitted questionnaires to the research team. Data is further processed using SmartPLS programs. From the structural model and the loading value of the item statement, there are several indicators of variables that have a loading value below 0.5. Technical analysis involves the determination of the correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression, then the results are interpreted through the discussion, suggestions, and conclusions of the examined variables. The results gained in this study showed that in variable Employee's engagement, work discipline and job satisfaction were influential positivity and significant to the performance of employees of the DISHUB Jambi City.

Abstract

  In the current era of digitalization, SMEs are required to adapt quickly according to technological developments and increasingly complex consumer needs. . The role of the leader can create a comfortable environment that can encourage increased employee performance to something that contributes to increasing national income in micro, small and large companies. One way to adapt and develop a business that is currently popular is to use social media-based content marketing. The main objective of this research is to determine the role of social media in mediating the influence of leadership on the SME’S performance organization. This study uses a literature and field research design with a quantitative causal approach. Collecting data in the field using a questionnaire measured by several questions related to social media, leadership, and organizational performance. For data analysis using the PLS method and data collection technique using proportionate stratified random sampling.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, Karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi Alat Analisis yang digunkan adalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Kemudian karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan beban kerja melalui kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan Kota Sungai Penuh. Populasi target untuk penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) berjumlah sebanyak 80 orang. Dimana teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan formula Isaac & Michael dengan margin error 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data eskunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kueseioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka, jurnal dan literature lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja dan beban kerja secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui kompensasi sebagai variable intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan Kota Sungai Penuh. Guna meningkatkan komitmen pegawai pada organisasi, Kedepan diharapkan pada pimpinan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Hortikultura dan Perkebunan Kota Sungai Penuh mampu memberikan kenyamanan kerja kepada penyuluh, dengan menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan penuh keakraban, agar pegawai merasa nyaman dalam bekerja dan tidak tertekan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja personel Ditpolairud Polda Jambi, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 56 orang, yang diambil menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Pengambilan data dari sampel menggunakan kuesioner untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least squares path modeling (PLS SEM). Hasil uji direct effect membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Sementara kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji indirect effect membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya pimpinan dalam memperbaiki kualitas kepemimpinan yang diterapkan agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja personel, serta peningkatan supervisi oleh pimpinan di setiap unit satuan di Ditpolairud Polda Jambi, agar didapatkan hasil evaluasi terkait kualitas kerja apa yang harus ditingkatkan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Personality in increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with its impact on Employee Performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency Office of Jambi Province. This type of research is Quantitative Research with a population of 56 people from all employees of the Balitbangda Office. This data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. Based on calculations using SMARTPLS version 4.0, the results show that Employee Personality has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Employee Personality has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of competence on student readiness in the face of the work world or known as the work readiness with confidence as an intervening variable. The target of this research is on Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka  (MBKM) Students Strata 1 Management Studies Program of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Jambi. Population and sample for this study were MBKM students amounting to 190 students with the number of samples 66 students. This research is a quantitative research, the data used in this study obtained through the questionnaire method is composed. Methods of data analysis This research is descriptive statistical analysis using Structural Equantion (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a process of priority using the SmartPLS program (v.3.3.9). The results of this study prove that the competence has a positive and significant effect on the readiness of work, competence has a positive and significant influence on confidence, confidence has a positive and significant influence on work readiness, competence has positive and significant purses on work readiness through MBKM Student Strata 1 State of Management Studies Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Jambi
