Abstract

Heavy metal contamination of traditional herbal medicine (jamu) is a threat to humans, especially at levels above known threshold concentrations. Traditional herbal medicine found in Banda Aceh City – Indonesia, polluted by heavy metals cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), and mercury (Hg) was performed. Heavy metal analysis used Flame - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS) and Chemical Vapor Generation - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (CVG - AAS) methods. The validation of the method was performed to obtain more accurate heavy metal analysis results for the samples. Heavy metal contamination, especially Pb metal, with concentrations of 4.32 ± 0.14 mg/Kg to 29.25 ± 0.24 mg/Kg. The Cd metal contamination was only found in herbal medicine sample E with a concentration of 0.80 ± 0.02 mg/Kg, above the threshold. The Hg metal contamination was also found with concentrations of 0.20 ± 0.01 to 2.14 ± 0.06 mg/Kg, and some were not detected. The government should be very concerned about stopping the distribution of herbal medicine that can be harmful to health and should inspect drug stores that still sell herbs that do not have established standards.

Abstract

Abstract. Forecasting Indonesia's rainy and dry seasons is increasingly complex, requiring effective forecasting methods. This research is focused on rainfall forecasting in Jakarta, which includes Kemayoran Station and Tanjung Priok Station, using the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN model. In ARIMAX modeling, the exogenous variable involved is the humidity variable. The accuracy results of the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN model will be compared with the ARIMAX model. The results of this study show that the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN model provides better accuracy. At Kemayoran Station, the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN (1,0,0) model with 1 hidden layer shows a lower MAPE, 21.145%, than the ARIMAX model. Meanwhile, at Tanjung Priok Station, the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN (1,0,0) model with 2 hidden layers has a lower MAPE, which is 37.416% compared to the ARIMAX model. The results show that the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN model provides better accuracy than the ARIMAX model in rainfall modeling in Jakarta. Applying the Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN model at Kemayoran Station produces better accuracy than the application at Tanjung Priok Station. Keywords: ARIMAX, Hybrid ARIMAX-ANN, Rainfall

Abstract

This article explores the concept "Preaching Bill Hikmah" (wisdom-based preaching) in the context of pluralism through Jürgen Habermas' communication paradigm. This article discusses the importance of ethical communication in da'wah, emphasizing the need for integrity on both the part of the preachers and their audiences. This article explains how Habermas's notion of communicative action can provide a framework for building interreligious dialogue, promoting tolerance and understanding. Reinforcing the idea of pluralism, this study highlights the importance of creating space for interfaith dialogue and emphasizes the need to unite various interpretations of Islam to counter radicalism and increase community cohesion. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that Jürgen Habermas's communication paradigm, especially the concept communicative action, can be adapted in the context of da'wah to encourage inclusive, tolerant and ethical dialogue. This allows da'wah to become a unifying tool in a pluralistic society, where wisdom-based communication can reduce potential conflict, fight the spread of radicalism, and strengthen social harmony.

Abstract

This research discusses rainfall modeling using ARIMA and ARIMAX models in Jakarta. This is important because rainfall forecasting in Jakarta has a significant impact on flooding and infrastructure. The focus of this research is on significant ARIMA and ARIMAX models, which are then subtotaled using ensemble averaging. Humidity and temperature variables are of particular interest in ARIMAX modeling due to their high correlation with rainfall. This quantitative research uses secondary data analysis from Tanjung Priok and Kemayoran Stations through the BMKG website, from July 2018 to June 2023. Cuanbet88 merupakan salah satu portal link slot gacor 777 resmi untuk generasi muda, cukup dengan situs slot777 pasti gampang menang 2025. The results obtained at Tanjung Priok Station there are five significant ARIMA models and three significant ARIMAX models. While at Kemayoran Station there are 6 significant ARIMA models and two significant ARIMAX models. After using the ensemble averaging method on both ARIMA and ARIMAX models, the resulting SMAPE value is not better than the best ARIMA or ARIMAX models at both stations. Of all the models performed, the best model in forecasting with the smallest SMAPE is ARIMAX (0,0,1) at Tanjung Priok Station which is 37.83% and at Kemayoran Station which is 27.59%. This research provides new insights and significant contributions in understanding and developing rainfall forecasting in Jakarta using the ensemble averaging method.

Abstract

Graph theory plays a crucial role in various fields, including communication systems, computer networks, and integrated circuit design. One important aspect of this theory is product cordial labeling, which involves assigning labels to the vertices and edges of a graph in a specific way to achieve a balance. Despite extensive research, the product cordial labeling of scale graphs has not been thoroughly explored. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating whether the scale graph  can be labeled in a product cordial manner. To achieve this, we followed a three-step methodology: first, we identified the vertices and edge notations of the scale graph ; second, we assigned binary labels (0 and 1) to each vertex and edge to identify a pattern; and third, we proved that this pattern meets the criteria for product cordial labeling. Our findings reveal that the scale graph does indeed support product cordial labeling, thus confirming it as a product cordial graph. This research not only advances our understanding of graph labeling but also provides practical insights that can be applied to optimize network structures and address complex problems in science and engineering.Graph theory plays a crucial role in various fields, including communication systems, computer networks, and integrated circuit design. Abstract

Textbooks One of the components of the learning system that plays an important role in achieving Standard Competencies and Basic Competencies is textbooks. Textbooks are books used as textbooks in certain fields of study, which are standard books compiled by experts in their fields for instructional purposes and objectives, which are equipped with teaching tools that are harmonious and easy to understand by users in schools and universities so that they can support a teaching program. The important elements in the definition of textbooks are as follows: (1). textbooks are textbooks intended for students at a certain level. (2). Textbooks are always related to certain subjects. (3.) Textbooks are standard books. (4). Textbooks are written for certain instructional purposes. (5). Textbooks are written to support a certain teaching program. (Arifin, 2009) With the existence of textbooks, teaching and learning activities in schools become smoother and more effective. With the existence of textbooks, students' basic skills and knowledge have been obtained before entering the classroom so that during the classroom they can be used for activities to strengthen memory, understand concepts, think critically, and develop knowledge.
