Abstract

Desa merupakan pemerintahan tingkat paling bawah yang diwajibkan untuk memiliki website dalam memberikan informasi dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sebagimana ditegaskan dalam undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa. Untuk mengsukseskan visi dan misi desa maka diperlukanlah website sebagai wadah penyebaran informasi dan layanan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan Pengabdian ini yaitu dalam rangka optimalisasi Layanan dan Informasi Desa Melalui Pembuatan Website di Desa Teluk Rendah Pasar Kabupaten Tebo sebagai sarana informasi dan layanan bagi masyarakat. Dalam pengabdian ini tim pengabdian menjalin kerja sama dengan Pemerintah desa untuk mengoptimalkan pembuatan website desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  observasi, Koordinasi, merencanakan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam pembuatan website. Hasil dari pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) menunjukan bahwa telah berhasil membuat website desa Teluk Rendah Pasar kurang lebih dalam waktu 3 minggu. Adapun link untuk mengakses website desa sudah dapat diakses dengan URL: https://telukrendahpasar.desa.id/  yang diharapkan nantinya website ini bermanfaat dan dapat membantu perangkat desa untuk memberikan infomasi dan layanan kepada masyarakat desa teluk rendah pasar Kecamatan Tebo Ilir, Kabupaten

Abstract

Era 5.0 yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor kehidupan, terutaman pendidikan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman calon guru tentang pentingnya literasi digital, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan dengan Era 5.0. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dalam serangkaian bentuk sosialisasi yang telah diadakan untuk mahasiswa pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan di Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan partisipatif, mahasiswa pada FTK yang merupakan calon guru dapat memahami pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi dapat meningkatkan kesadaran calon guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran sehingga dapat menciptakan guru yang profesional Artikel ini menyajikan pengalaman dari upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk memperkuat kompetensi calon guru dalam menghadapi revolusi 5.0. Melalui kolaborasi antar lembaga pendidikan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mempersiapkan calon guru yang kompeten, adaptif dan siap menghadapi tantanga Era 5.0 dalam bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplor manajemen perpustakaan dalam pengadaan buku dan pengeluaran buku, hambatan dan upaya yang di lakukan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan di Muaro Sabak Barat Tanjung Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan eksploratif dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data (reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (verification). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen perpustakaan dalam pengadaan dan pengeluaran buku sudah dirasakan cukup baik, dapat dilihat dari manajemen perpustakaan dalam pengadaan dan pengeluaran buku telah sesuai dengan teori-teori yang diterapkan. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengadaan buku. Pertama, kurangnya dana yang dialokasikan. Kedua, kurangnya Koleksi yang ada dan pengeluaran buku yaitu tidak konsistennya staf dalam melakukan penyiangan buku dan pemustaka yang telat mengembalikan buku. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam pengadaan buku meliputi: Pertama, memanfaatkan  dana yang ada. Kedua, menambahkan koleksi perpustakaan dan pengeluaran buku, yaitu: memberi denda bagi pustakawan yang tidak mengembalikan buku pada waktunya dan melakukan penggerakan terhadap staf yang melakukan penyiangan buku. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to explore Library Management in procuring books and issuing books, the obstacles and efforts made at the Library and Archives Service in Muaro Sabak Barat Tanjung Jabung Timur Jambi Province. The method employed in this study is qualitative descriptive research using an exploratory approach and data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction (Reduction), data presentation (Data Display), and conclusion drawing are the data types used in this study (Verification). The results of this study show that the Library Management Process in the procurement and expenditure of books has been felt quite well, it can be seen from the library management in the procurement and expenditure of books in accordance with the theories applied. The obstacles faced in the procurement of books are, First, the lack of funds allocated. Second, the lack of existing collections, and book expenditure, namely inconsistent staff in weeding books and users who are late returning books. Efforts made in overcoming obstacles to book procurement include: First, Utilizing existing funds. Second, adding library collections and book expenditures, namely: giving fines for librarians who do not return books and mobilizing staff who weed books.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation, constraints, and efforts of the zoning system policy on new student admission at State High School 1 Muaro Jambi. This type of research employs qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, collecting data directly in the field through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the zoning system policy is being implemented successfully at Muaro Jambi State High School 1. Its implementation is consistent with Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Policy No. 14 of 2018 and the Juknis of the Jambi Provincial Education Office. However, this cannot be separated from the difficulties encountered, which are as follows: 1) the community's understanding of the zoning system has not been fulfilled; 2) there is fraud when registering; and 3) there is fraud when registering. and 4) unsatisfactory servers. And the efforts made to overcome these obstacles include: 1) instilling a sense of responsibility in PPDB implementers, 2) earlier socialization, 3) guiding students based on their potential, and 4) giving support in the form of wi - fi connectivity and desktops for PPDB implementation.Keywords: Implementation, Zoning System Policy, PPDBAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami implementasi, kendala dan upaya dari kebijakan sistem zonasi pada penerimaan peserta didik baru di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan mendapatkan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi berjalan cukup baik. Penerapannya sesuai dengan kebijakan Permendikbud RI Nomor 14 Tahun 2018 dan Juknis Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jambi. Namun hal itu tidak lepas dari kendala yang dihadapi yaitu: 1) belum terpenuhinya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap sistem zonasi, 2) terdapat kecurangan saat melakukan pendaftaran, 3) menurunnya kualitas peserta didik, dan 4) server yang kurang optimal. Dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan kendala tersebut yaitu: 1) menumbuhkan sikap tanggung jawab bagi pelaksana PPDB, 2) melakukan sosialisasi lebih awal, 3) membimbing peserta didik sesuai dengan potensinya, 4) menyediakan bantuan berupa wifi dan computer untuk pelaksanaan PPDB.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Kebijakan Sistem Zonasi, PPDB

Abstract

Student management is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of education. It involves the efficient and effective management of all activities related to students and other resources to achieve educational goals. The main objective of this research is to analyze the planning, development, and evaluation of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An- Nizham in Jambi City. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation methods, involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, and the committee. The results of this research reveal that, first, the planning analysis at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nizham in Jambi City includes ari analysis of prospective students' needs, the admission process, student selection, orientation, placement, grouping, and student reporting. Second, the development efforts include instilling discipline through dhuha prayer every morning, leadership training in organizational activities, and counseling provided by guidance counselors. Third, student evaluation uses benchmarks to calculate students' achievement scores and evaluates curricular and extracurricular outcomes as measures to assess students' development according to their talents and interests.

Abstract

An educational institution must engage in marketing as it becomes mandatory. An educational institution's marketing function should be implemented with the intention of improving the institution's reputation and attracting new students. Social media plays a significant part in marketing as a networking platform. This is due to the potential communication function of social media. Therefore, an educational institution must implement a marketing strategy to keep and pique the attention of parents and the community by implementing a digital-based marketing strategy through social media. The goal of this study is to investigate and evaluate social media-based digital marketing methods for educational institutions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Islamiyah. This study used a qualitative approach combined with a descriptive analysis technique. direct interviews with important parties, including teachers, school officials, and social media managers. The study's findings demonstrate that social media in the forms of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube are utilized to promote educational institutions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Islamiyah. Whereas Whatsapp is used to answer questions from guardians and prospective student guardians which is used as a medium to communicate directly in order to register prospective students via online.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplor Strategi Branding Image dalam Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat Strategi Branding Image Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tungkal Ulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan eksploratif dengan menggunakan insrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kondensasi data (Condensation), penyajian data (Data Display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (Verification). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan daya saing di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tungkal Ulu dengan perencanaan yaitu melakukan sosialisasi meningkatkan prioritas kedisiplinan dan meningkatkan kegiatan extrakurikuler yang lebih efektif serta gratisnya uang komite perbulan dan uang biaya masuk tanpa di pungut biaya. Pelaksanaan Branding Image oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan daya saing di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tungkal Ulu yaitu kepala sekolah dan panitia masuk ke setiap kelas VI (enam) dengan bersosialisasi mempromosikan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tungkal Ulu, selanjutnya kepala sekolah menjelaskan kepada murid kelas VI (enam) tentang pilihan program extrakurikuler sesuai minat dan bakat mereka, setelah itu kepala sekolah menjelaskan kepada murid-murid kelas VI (enam) tentang sudah gratisnya uang komite perbulan dan uang biaya masuk tanpa di pungut biaya di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tungkal Ulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership strategy used in improving members' skills and to find out the stages and inhibiting factors of activities related to improving the skills of members in the Organizational Special Activity Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross Voluntary Corps at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Higher Education. This research is field research, namely by collecting data in the field. This study uses interview techniques, observation, and interviews. The research results show that the Indonesian Red Cross Volunteer Corps Leadership Strategy to Improving Member Skills, namely providing teaching material and practice in accordance with the skills in their respective fields. The stages of activities involved in improving members' skills are basic room education and training, field education and training, permanent member education and training, joint training with Basarnas, basic organizational leadership training, and weekly member training. As for the supporting factors, the leader always instills a positive spirit in the members in the process of improving their skills of the members. While the inhibiting factors are first, the implementation of the role of administrators is not in accordance with basic organizational leadership training, second, some members have not been able to manage time between academics and organizations so members tend to do excessive activities, and third, regarding campus funding for organizational activities sometimes not according to what the manager said.

Abstract

Extracurricular management of the Scout Movement in developing student leadership character is part of education in madrasah, which also supports the goals of national education to develop student character. The purpose of this research is to explain how the extracurricular Scout Movement is managed in its role in developing student leadership character at Madrasah Aliyah Riyadhul Jannah Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the extracurricular management of the Scout Movement that is applied uses four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, which in its application continues to be maximized. The implementation of the extracurricular scout movement is carried out by coaching and habituation, the results of which have an impact on students to be able to apply it in their daily lives. activities carried out include routine training which includes a buffer system, marching, basic leadership training, wandering and so on, so that students are able to dare to appear in public, lead and work well in teams, and have better ethics and manners, and from these scouting activities directly or indirectly the leadership character of students can develop well.

Abstract

The purpose of the research are to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors and efforts was done by the leadership in improving Education Services in Ma'had Al-jami'ah The State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi that still unoptimal. This research used qualitative approach which is a method that is used to find the broadest knowledge of the research objects at the time the research was conducted. The approach used in this research is descriptive research approach. The findings and analysis research are, namely 1) Educational services at Ma'had Al-jami'ah The State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi include services provided through Academic division, Tahfiz division, Religious division, and Students division. 2) The inhibiting factors are facilities and infrastructure, those are still inadequate in improving educational services, scheduling of College learning and Ma’had learning often collide, workloads are not balanced with existing employees, and the lack budget for improving the employee competency. And supporting factors of human resources recruited through alumni of Boarding School, employee dedication on their work, facilities and infrastructure. 3) The Leadership Efforts in improving education services, namely by increasing discipline, conducting training, proposing the addition of employees who are not balanced with their workload, conducting work evaluation meetings, discussing intensively with the rector regarding facilities and infrastructure, having an audience with the college authorities about learning schedule.
