Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide training in the preparation of working capital for residents of Titi Putih village, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra by identifying the allocation of the Production budget, Raw Material Budget, Labor Budget and Sales Budget so that the ideal Working Capital scheme with a certain point of sale will generate cash flow. predictable entry so that people can avoid loans from moneylenders and banking institutions. The method used is a pattern of socialization, training, strengthening governance and monitoring and evaluation. The participants of the activity were residents of Titi Putih village, Batubara. The results show that with the Applied Excel application feature training related to the Preparation of Working Capital by identifying the allocation of the Production budget, Raw Material Budget, Labor Budget and Sales Budget so that the Working Capital scheme will be able to identify certain sales points that will generate cash inflows.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to carry out a Feasibility Study Analysis which includes an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analysis, Payback Period and loan repayment analysis to the Buluh Cina Village government, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict, Deli Serdang and provide training on digital financial reports. Methods The training provided to the residents of Buluh Cina Village, Hamparan Perak Sub-district was carried out by making presentations to villagers who had the potential to run a business, this was carried out by the Service Team who served as resource persons. In this training, the Service Team also provides appropriate technology assistance in the form of: Excel Feasibility Study application in the form of entering elements of Income, Expenses, Bank Interest, Rate of Return, Payback Period and Decisions taken. The results achieved are the availability of a Feasibility Study Analysis application as well as a digital Financial Report application so that institutionally it meets the requirements as an adequate business organization. The advice given in this activity is to carry out monitoring and evaluation of the application of the Business Feasibility Study application and the application of Financial Statements.

Abstract

Abstract-This research is a research that aims to produce Gandang dance learning products in the form of interactive multimedia using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker program for high school level. The packaging stages used in this research are the stages of packaging according to Cracker Jack in the stage of product completion. The research method used is a mixed method, namely quantitative descriptive which is qualitatively known as it is known that the validated data is then narrated. The sample in this study was the resource person, the gandang dance and two dancers from the students of the Dance Education Study Program. Packaging is carried out in three stages. First, collect materials, process the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker, and evaluate the product in terms of language, layout, background, and suitability of the material through a validity test and then it is ready to use. This procedure can be achieved through collaboration using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker program. The results obtained are based on the feasibility test with a score of 72 by material experts and the results of the feasibility test with a score of 74 by media experts. The percentage of eligibility for material experts is 98.6% and the percentage of media eligibility is 96%. Thus, the results of the research on the packaging of Gandang dance learning in the form of interactive multimedia based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker for the high school level are included in the very appropriate category for use in the field. Keywords: Packaging, Gandang Dance, Interactive, Kvisoft Flipbook Maker.  Abstrak - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran tari Gandang dalam bentuk multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan program Kvisoft Flipbook Maker untuk tingkat SMA. Tahapan pengemasan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahapan pengemasan menurut Cracker Jack dalam tapah penyelesaian produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode campuran yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif yang dikualitatifkan sebagaimana diketahui bahwa data yang divalidasikan lalu dinarasikan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah narasumber, tari gandang dan dua orang penari dari mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Tari. Pengemasan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pertama mengumpulkan bahan, proses pengerjaan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker, dan evaluasi produk dari segi bahasa, tata letak, background, dan kesesuaian materi melalui uji validitas dan kemudian siap digunakan. Prosedur tersebut dapat dicapai melalui kerjasama dengan menggunakan program Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan uji kelayakan dengan skor 72 oleh ahli materi dan hasil uji kelayakan dengan skor 74 oleh ahli media. Persentase kelayakan ahli materi adalah 98,6% dan persentase kelayakan media 96%. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian pengemasan pembelajaran tari Gandang berbentuk multimedia interaktif berbasis Kvisoft Flipbook Makeruntuk tingkat SMA termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan di lapangan. Kata Kunci: Packaging, Gandang Dance, Interactive, Kvisoft Flipbook Maker.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertutujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk penyajian tari Mogaele di desa Bawonahono Kecamatan Fanayama Kabupaten Nias Selatan dengan menggunakan analisis Komarrudin(2001: 53) sedangkan teori bentuk penyajiannya berpedoman dengan teori menurut Sal Murgiayanto (1983: 19). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Busana yang digunakan laki-laki ialah baru hada, saraewa, öndröra, rompi adat, laeru, dan kalabubu. Sedangkan wanita menggunakan baru, gu™I, stage, ra™i, lembe, saeru dalinga, ni fatö-fatö, dan gala danga. Properti yang digunakan yaitu : toho, baluse, tolögö untuk laki-laki dan bola nafo untuk perempuan. Dengan Musik iringan eksternal göndra, aramba dan faritia, untuk musik internal ialah syair. Dari analisis yang penulis lakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa setiap komponen dalam tari mogaele saling berhubungan, seperti Afo berhubungan dengan Bola Nafo, syair berhubungan dengan ragam gerak,  saraewa berhubungan dengan Ondrora, Tologu berhubungan dengan Ondrora, Stage berhubungan dengan Gu™i.

Abstract

Introduction: This study examines the influence of digital resilience and service quality on the switching intention of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Aceh, with subjective norm as a mediating variable. The purpose is to understand both the direct and indirect effects of these variables in shaping customer loyalty within the context of Islamic banking. Methods: This quantitative research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 to analyze data collected from 100 respondents. Results: Based on the hypothesis test results obtained through the bootstrapping procedure, all paths between constructs in this research model show statistical significance at the 5% significance level. This is indicated by T-statistic values ≥ 1.65 and p-values ≤ 0.05. Conclusion and suggestion: These findings suggest that technological performance and service delivery alone are not sufficient; social perceptions and community norms also play a vital role in customer retention. Therefore, to reduce the intention for switching, BSI must integrate digital excellence with strategies that build and sustain positive public perception and social support. This study emphasizes the need for a balanced approach between technical capability and socio-cultural engagement in Islamic banking services.

Abstract

Introduction: Stroke can be prevented early by identifying stroke risk factors. One of the efforts made to detect early is by screening for stroke risk using the Risk Stroke Scorecard which has been established by the National Stroke Association. It is hoped that early detection can help the public in knowing their health status, especially the risk of stroke. Objective: To detect early risk of stroke in women in the Lempake Community Health Center work area, Samarinda City. Method: This activity will be carried out in 2 sessions, namely the first session is for early detection of stroke and then continued with education regarding stroke risk prevention. Results and Conclusions: Most of the community service participants were aged between 19-44 years and had the status of housewives. The results of stroke risk detection showed that 18 participants (60%) were at moderate risk of stroke. Continuous detection and education need to be carried out to prevent stroke.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini mengalami peningkatan jumlah kasus Tuberkulosis (TBC) sehingga menduduki peringkat kedua di dunia. Salah satu kelompok usia yang rentan dan beresiko terkena TBC adalah lansia. Lansia saat ini dominan dirawat di rumah oleh pelaku rawat (caregiver) perempuan. Hal ini berimplikasi pada beban ganda yakni tugas dan tanggung jawab merawat lansia dan keluarganya. Beban perempuan akan semakin bertambah akibat dari kondisi penyakit TBC lansia. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan edukasi pencegahan, resiko penularan, perawatan dan terapi komplementer akupresur penyakit tuberkulosis pada pelaku rawat perempuan (caregiver) keluarga lansia. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 17 September 2023 di kelurahan Lempake kota Samarinda. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 1 (satu) hari yang dibagi menjadi dua sesi yaitu sesi pendidikan kesehatan tentang penyakit tuberkulosis, cara penularan, faktor resiko dan cara perawatannya. Selanjutnya, dilanjutkan dengan sesi kedua berupa demonstrasi dan simulasi intervensi terapi komplementer akupressur untuk mengatasi gejala-gejala yang dirasakan penderita TB. Peserta diberikan daftar pertanyaan (pre-test) sebelum materi dimulai. Evaluasi kegiatan diberikan daftar pertanyaan yang sama (post-test). Hasil edukasi mengenai penyakit TBC didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga lansia dimana hasil pre-test didapatkan rerata nilai sebesar 2,5 sedangkan rerata nilai hasil post-test sebesar 4,5. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan, resiko penularan, perawatan penyakit tuberkulosis dan keterampilan akupresur untuk mengatasi gejala yang dirasakan orang dengan tuberkulosis. Edukasi dan peningkatan keterampilan pada keluarga lansia mengenai penyakit TBC dan terapi akupressur diharapkan diimplementasikan secara berkala oleh petugas kesehatan.

Abstract

A right issue is a business activity that has the potential to impact the quantity and value of shares available on the market and contains crucial information that shareholders may utilize to increase their earnings in the future. Since the market may respond to the rights issue announcement, the information contained in the announcement becomes significant. A right issue is a current share issuance in which the company grants its existing shareholders the right to purchase new shares. Each existing shareholder is given the option to purchase a number of new shares from the company at a predetermined price and time. The purpose of this research is to examining variations in the stock price before and after the right issue. This study was carried out on financial institutions that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021-2023 period. Event research is often used to test the information content of an event, such as the notification of the rights problem. The sampling method using the purposive sampling method. 26 banking companiess were chosen as examples based on the predefined criteria. Secondary data from Yahoo Finance is the kind of data that was used. 2021-2023, daily stock price data from Indonesia Stock Exchange website . The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is used in the data analysis procedure by using the Eviews 12 program. The outcomes demonstrated that the outcomes yielded values of 0,0986; 0,4429; 0,1925; 0,0999. As a result, the analysis suggests that the price of the shares did not significantly change before or after the rights issuance.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out how effective stochastic oscillator and moving average convergence-divergence (MACD) technical analysis is in yielding capital gain and abnormal return, viewed from descriptive analysis, analysis of effects, and disparity test analysis by using some theories and previous research results. This research uses daily stock closing price data from the issuers in banking su-sector of the research period of 2015-2019. The research employs descriptive analytic approach, regression analysis and disparity test, supported by IBM SPSS version 25 software. The result of the descriptive analysis shows that buy and sell stochastic oscillator and MACD signals are effective in yielding capital gain. The result of regression analysis shows that gain signal yielded by indicator of Stochastic Oscillator and MACD has significant effects on capital gain in which the probability value (Asymp. Sig) of Stochastic Oscillator on capital gain is 0.000, and the probability value (Asymp.Sig) of MACD on capital gain is 0.000. The result of the disparity test analysis shows that there is no difference in abnormal return in the pre and post appearance of gain signal in Stochastic Oscillator and in MACD

Abstract

Islamic banking, an indicator of the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia, where if the Indonesian people are asked about the Islamic economy, then the first thing to highlight is Islamic banking. Currently, the increase in Islamic financial institutions such as Islamic banks has increased significantly. Banuak people who are currently starting to believe in sharia mining lemabags, even so Islamic banks must continue to supervise products in Islamic banks. In the development of Islamic financial institutions, it is certainly inseparable from the Sharia Supervisory Board, which is one of the characteristics compared to conventional banks. Sayriah financial institutions have DPS in governance, where this DPS has a function to supervise the application of sharia principles in each product, besides that DPS must also supervise sharia guarantees, both from the guarantee mechanism to the execution of guarantee collection carried out by Islamic financial institutions.
