Abstract

Gudang Village is one of the villages in Tanjung Sari District, Sumedang Regency, West Java that uses groundwater as source of clean water. The Community Service activity aims to deliver introduction about clean water quality standard and also to conduct groundwater quality testing in community housing. Results showed temperature and total dissolved solid (TDS) parameters still meet the quality standard. Meanwhile, 35,29% of groundwater visual looks turbid and smelly. The pH value of groundwater showed about 88,24% of groundwater has pH value <6.5. In general, groundwater in Desa Gudang are safe as source of clean water

Abstract

The availability of clean water is a crucial aspect of water security efforts to achieve national resilience. However, several regions in Indonesia still experience limited clean water supply in terms of quantity. Cipageran Village is one of the area that experienced limited clean water supply. Clean water distribution in the area is still inadequate. Therefore, residents of Cipageran Village drill wells to obtain clean water. Clean water sourced from these wells requires planning for distribution to residents' homes. Therefore, a technical plan for the clean water distribution network from the drilled wells to residents' homes is needed. The results of the technical planning for the clean water distribution network using the Epanet 2.2 software were then socialized to residents. In addition, the budget plan required to build the clean water distribution network was also delivered to residents. This socialization was expected to provide residents with the information needed to build a clean water distribution network from the drilled wells to residents' homes.

Abstract

Buying and selling online dropshipping system is an online buying and selling system that is carried out through social media, aiming to make it easier for sellers and buyers. In the mechanism of buying and selling online, the dropshipping system found several problems, such as the law on the goods being traded, there is an element of ambiguity. Buying and selling like this will be detrimental to both the buyer and the seller because the seller who acts as a dropshipper will find it difficult when the buyer complains about the incompatibility of the goods he ordered. This thesis reports the results of the research, with the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the mechanism for buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency? (2) Why does the online buying and selling mechanism with the dropshipping system often cause problems at Diza_Olshop? (3) How is the analysis of Islamic Economic Law on buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop?. This research approach is a type of field research. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that: (1) The online buying and selling mechanism with a dropshipping system at Diza_Olshop is based on a greeting contract, (2) It often causes problems at Diza_Olshop due to internal factors. (3) Analysis of Islamic Economic Law, buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at the Diza_Olshop is permissible if it is in accordance with the salam sale and purchase contract and does not contain elements of gharar, usury, other evils and aims to help each other.

Abstract

Tidak pernah dibayangkan sebelumnya bahwa wabah pandemi corona virus disease 2019 (covid-19) melanda dunia pada tahun 2020 termasuk juga di negara Indonesia. Keadaan ini memberikan dampak secara global yang berpengaruh pada tingkat kestabilan ekonomi, sosial dan keamanan bagi negara yang terkena covid-19 tersebut. Beberapa negara harus menerapkan lock-down untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 di antaranya Thiongkok, Spanyol, Perancis, Italia. Pemerintah Indonesia sangat serius menangani permasalahan wabah ini dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perppu) nomor 1 tahun 2020 tentang Kebijakan Keuangan Negara dan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan Untuk Penanganan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dan/atau Dalam Rangka Menghadapi Ancaman Yang Membahayakan Perekonomian Nasional dan/atau Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan, yang telah ditetapkan menjadi Undang-Undang No.2 Tahun 2020 sebagai landasan yuridis bagi langkah-langkah penanganan wabah corona oleh pemerintah.
