Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui praktik pengembangan kurikulum dan model-model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Metode riset menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan kurikulum yang di lakukan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran menggabungkan beberapa kurikulum diantaranya kurikulum Kementerian Agama, kurikulum merdeka, kurikulum 2013, dan kurikulum ISMUBA. Kurikulum tersebut ditunjang dengan kegiatan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an. Adapun model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yang digunakan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran adalah model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yaitu meliputi mengamati, menanya, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil diskusi. Adapun penerapannya pada pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yaitu siswa mengamati penjelasanan dari guru, melakukan pertanyaan pada pelajaran yang tidak dipahami, mengeksplorasi materi dari berbagai sumber baik buku maupun internet, melakukan diskusi dengan teman sebaya, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil belajar di depan kelas dan dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. The purpose of the study is to determine the practice of curriculum development and learning models of the Qur'an Hadith in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Research methods use qualitative research methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the curriculum development carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran combined several curricula including the Ministry of Religion curriculum, independent curriculum, 2013 curriculum, and ISMUBA curriculum. The curriculum is supported by Qur'an Literacy activities. The Qur'an Hadith learning model used in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran is a contextual learning model by relating learning to daily life. And using a scientific approach that includes observing, questioning, exploring, associating, and communicating the results of discussions. As for its application to the learning of the Qur'an Hadith, students observe explanations from the teacher, do questions on lessons that are not understood, explore material from various sources, both books and the internet, conduct discussions with peers, and communicate learning outcomes in front of the class and are associated with daily life.

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of Islamic religious education in developing religious character in elementary school students. The discussion covers two main aspects, namely developing learning patterns and instilling PAI values. The instillation of Islamic religious values ​​has a crucial role in shaping the character of students who are devout, honest, tolerant and empathetic. Values ​​such as compassion, mutual assistance and respect for fellow humans are at the core of developing religious character. This article also reveals the importance of developing PAI learning patterns which aim to revive something that was once alive and an important part but then experienced setbacks or degradation. In Islamic religious education, new strategies for religious-based character education need to be re-emerged so that it becomes a vital part and can again receive the main focus by all parties. The methodology of this research is qualitative descriptive, this research uses a single case study. Data sources include objects, places, events, informants and documents. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and document analysis. Instilling Islamic Religious Values ​​as a Foundation for Religious Character Islamic Religious Education introduces students to basic concepts in religion such as monotheism, worship, morals and Islamic history. Students learn about the oneness of God, the obligation of worship, and moral values ​​in Islam. It is important for students to understand and appreciate these teachings as the basis for a strong religious character. The process of Islamic religious education in schools has carried out new developments towards character formation so that later it can be reflected in students' life behavior. This development is an effort to revive something that was once alive and an important part but then experienced setbacks or degradation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan di Harvard University. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer adalah Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Tahun 2021-2023. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis common size. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber-sumber pendapatan di Harvard University bergantung pada tiga sumber pendapatan utama yaitu pendidikan atau biaya kuliah, penelitian yang disponsori, dan filantropi. Setiap sumber pendapatan memiliki perbedaan presentase dalam menyumbang pendapatan Harvard University. Selama periode 2021-2023 filantropi menduduki posisi pertama penyumbang pendapatan universitas, disusul biaya pendidikan, penelitian, dan pendapatan lainnya dari luar kegiatan akademik. Pendapatan Harvard University telah dikelola secara transparan dan akuntable oleh Harvard Management Company (HMC) menjadikan keuangan universitas dapat dikelola dengan baik untuk memenuhi berbagai kegiatan operasional universitas dalam berbagai kondisi.

Abstract

In an effort to advance a school, human resource management, especially educators, has a very crucial role. The quality of education refers not only to the end result, but also to the learning process and the human resources involved. In measuring the quality of education, it is necessary to consider a number of factors, ranging from inputs, namely the quality of students and school infrastructure, the learning process that takes place in the classroom, to outputs, namely students' academic achievement and readiness to face future challenges. This study aims to understand the practices, policies and concrete steps taken by SMP 1 Kalikotes towards Human Resource Management (HR) for Islamic Religious Education Teachers (Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam). By focusing on the implementation of teacher resource management, this research will provide information, this research will provide information in revealing the best practices and challenges faced by the school in an effort to improve the quality of education. Field research is a relevant approach to explore the dynamics and challenges faced by schools in managing teacher human resources to improve the quality of education. This research will adopt a case study research design. The results of our research show that SMP 1 Kalikotes Klaten has made significant efforts in teacher training, both through internal and external training. The program of making teaching modules and implementing the independent curriculum is well designed and in accordance with the needs of teachers, helping to improve skills and knowledge in the teaching process.

Abstract

Madrasah that excel have a vision and mission to improve the quality of education. The principal of the madrasah has a big influence in improving student academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the transformational leadership strategies of madrasah principals in an effort to improve academic achievement of students at MTs Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research is a case study research. Test the validity of the observation data using triangulation of sources and methods, data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the principal has a goal to improve student academic achievement. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the principal of the madrasa has the perspective that student academic achievement is the vision and mission of the madrasa. The strategy carried out by the head of the madrasa is to determine the goal, namely to conduct an evaluation to determine the vision and mission of the madrasa. Growing people or staff, is done by facilitating teachers to improve their competence, Rearranging the organization by collaborating with the external environment of the madrasa and creating a climate of collaboration within the madrasa's internal environment, building instructional programs such as holding superior class program classes, empowering MGMP, conducting activity evaluations and conducting routine coordination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembuatan kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan di Kota Surakarta selama kurun 2005-2006. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kota Surakarta, Dewan Pendidikan Kota Surakarta, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat (LSM). Informan adalah Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Surakarta, Badan Perencanaan Daerah (BAPEDA), organisasi profesi guru, media massa, dan lembaga pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pemerikasaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuat kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan masih berdasarkan pada aturan dan bottom up. Partisipasi diawali dengan public hearing, pengisian angket, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan ditutup dengan public hearing. Masyarakat yang terlibat adalah guru dan kepala sekolah, siswa sekolah menengah, LSM, Dewan Pendidikan Kota Surakarta, Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kota Solo, kelompok pinggiran di Surakarta, Pemerintah Kota Surakarta, dan akademisi perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci:      partisipasi masyarakat, kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan

Abstract

The catering business is one of the businesses that is in great demand as a business opportunity. Bu Eny's catering was a food service business, especially snacks and packaged foods on a micro scale. This business was classified as a micro business because its annual sales have not reached IDR 300 million. Bu Eny Catering's biggest problem in serving consumers was the limited equipment to support the speed of the production process. Another problem was that marketing methods are still dominated by the dissemination of information via WhatsApp (WA) and mouth to mouth, there was no financial bookkeeping or purchasing of materials. The aim of this community service program was to assist Bu Eny's Catering in developing its business both in terms of facilities, marketing, as well as production and financial management. Method of catering assistance was planned in the form of increasing production speed, improving financial and production management, as well as marketing development. The results of this assistance were able to increase gross income by 4.1% and 16.5% in August and September 2023 respectively compared to July 2023. Production was more controlled with the production control board. Financial management was also more organized by using an income and expenditure book which was filled in every day. Marketing methods have been enhanced by the use of WhatsApp for business, but the impact cannot yet be measured. Based on the results of the mentoring program, the development of micro businesses to increase their competitiveness needs to be developed in many sectors. Micro-industry assistance has been proven to be able to increase its competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce competition in micro industries.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have made a significant contribution to efforts to educate the nation's generation. However, in the contemporary era, Islamic boarding schools cannot avoid the influence of modernization, especially with advances in science and technology. Islamic boarding schools are faced with challenges that arise due to changing times and modern life. The ability of Islamic boarding schools to respond to this challenge is a benchmark for the extent to which they can follow the flow of modernization. Azyumardi Azra presents solutions to overcome these problems. For the first issue, he suggested updating management and leadership systems by transforming centralized leadership into collective management. The second problem can be addressed through the contextualization and improvisation of learning methods, even by building new paradigms that adopt emancipatory paradigms. The third problem can be addressed by a similar approach, namely linking the curriculum to the needs of the times. Finally, the fourth problem can be overcome by implementing the legal rule "Al-Mukhafazatu 'ala al-qadim al-ashalih wa al-akhzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah," which means preserving good Islamic values while taking new values that are in accordance with the context of the times, in order to achieve methodological accuracy in enlightening the nation's civilization.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan guru seringkali dikaitkan dengan gaji tetapi kenyataan pada guru-guru TK Aisyiyah di Kartasura menunjukkan bawah gaji ternyata bukan ukuran utama kesejahteraan bagi mereka.  Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Aisyiyah Kartasura membangun cara pandang kesejahteraan terhadap guru-guru mereka dan apakah cara pandang tersebut sesuai degan nilai keyakinan guru terhadap kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi multi-kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap kepala sekolah dan guru, observasi langsung dan analisis dokumen. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan pengamatan berulang. Analisis data mengacu pada model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aisyiyah membangun konsep kesejahteraan guru berdasar cara pandang agama terhadap profesi guru sebagai profesi mulia yang balasannya lebih dari sekadar gaji tapi rezeki dalam artian luas. Mayoritas guru Aisyiyah telah menghayati konsep kesejateraan yang sama sehingga mereka mampu bertahan pada profesi mereka dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Guru-guru merasa sejahtera dibuktikan dengan masa kerja yang lama meskipun gajinya di bawah standar minimum secara kualitatif menunjukkan keberhasilan internalisasi kesejahteraan guru Aisyiyah sesuai dengan teori Person-Organization Fit.

Abstract

Female leadership in the college field still shows a small percentage compared to men. On the other hand, there is a leadership dilemma faced by women at the top, between being managerial leaders or academic leaders. This paper aims to describe the model of female leadership in college. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that women who entered the realm of leadership, in general, have a feminist and transformative leadership style. Feminist leadership is a particular characteristic inherent in female leaders, while transformative leadership is a solution to women's leadership dilemmas. Transformative leadership itself prioritizes the process of change and improvement in an organization
