Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation model of public information disclosure at MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan in West Sumatra province. This study used content analysis research with the data originating from websites, along with the documents and developments downloaded from the websites related to public information disclosure activities at MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. This study was conducted from November to December 2022. The data validity used source triangulation by validating data in documents on the websites under study in one feature and across features. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The results show that the public information disclosure implemented in MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan was through providing a place and the main website connected to the PPID website. The PPID website contained complete profiles and types of report information following existing regulations. There were types of information and reports with institutional dimensions, and institutional actors, so good and clean institutions could reflect excellent and clean executors.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah adanya guru pendidikan agama Islam berpotensi mengajarkan sikap intoleran kepada peserta didik serta lemahnya pendidikan agama Islam dalam melakukan transfer value. Maka diperlukan Pendidikan agama Islam yang secara integrated cakupan materi dalam kurikulum, metode pengajaran maupun paradigma penyusunan konsep serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran di dalam kelas yang dapat membentuk sikap toleransi pada diri peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembentukan sikap toleransi melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti pada siswa kelas X Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field reserch) pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulai Desember 2017–Mei 2018. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI dan siswa kelas X. Sedangkan informan adalah pengurus Rohis dan Waka Kurikulum. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menguji keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Data dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan sikap toleransi melalui pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti dapat dilihat melalui dua aktifitas di dalam pembelajaran. Pertama saat kegiatan diskusi berlangsung. Kegiatan diskusi  bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mengemukakan pendapat sekaligus mengahargai pendapat anggota kelompok lain yang mempunyai pendapat berbeda dengan dirinya. Kedua yaitu kegiatan penguatan materi yang diberikan guru setelah proses diskusi. Penguatan materi bertujuan untuk memberikan penekanan sikap toleransi yang dicontohkan Rasulullah ketika berdakwah di Madinah. Pembentukan sikap toleransi juga dapat dilihat ketika guru memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa non muslim tetap berada di dalam kelas saat proses pembelajaran PAI berlangsung. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwasannya guru memberikan pelayanan yang sama terhadap seluruh warga kelas tanpa membedakan agama, ras, dan golongan.

Abstract

The global impact of Covid-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life, including in world of education. Therefore, with the implementation of policies for online schools or lecturers, certainly there would also be a corresponding policy for online services. In order to facilitate administrative tasks for both students and lecturers, there is a necessity for an online-supported application, particularly with students population of approximately 4,000. Therefore, FEBI One Touch is an IT-driven application designed to increase both public and academic services within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN RM Said Surakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. In spite the mandatory of implementating FEBI One Touch, it has provided benefits for students and lecturers in terms of general and academic administrartion services. The challenges faced include unsupported mobile phones, users not being user-friendly, and the absence of operational service standards. In the end, it is expected that FEBI One Touch can be integrated with other incoming mail services and follow the standard operational procedures.

Abstract

Female leadership in the college field still shows a small percentage compared to men. On the other hand, there is a leadership dilemma faced by women at the top, between being managerial leaders or academic leaders. This paper aims to describe the model of female leadership in college. This research is qualitative research with a normative approach. The results showed that women who entered the realm of leadership, in general, have a feminist and transformative leadership style. Feminist leadership is a particular characteristic inherent in female leaders, while transformative leadership is a solution to women's leadership dilemmas. Transformative leadership itself prioritizes the process of change and improvement in an organization

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine Harvard University’s financial management strategy using the common size analysis approach in Harvard University’s balance sheet report for the fiscal year 2020-2022; and (2) examine its implications for Indonesian higher education institutions. The analysis is described from 3 perspectives: the perspective of assets, liabilities, and net assets. The research design uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The primary data source is the Annual Financial Report for Years 2020-2022. The analysis technique used is the analysis of common size. The results of this study indicate that from an asset perspective, attention is paid to managing liquidity, investment, and fixed assets. The importance of debt management, deferred income management, and long-term debt monitoring is highlighted from a liability perspective. From a net asset perspective, the strategy includes allocating operational resources, an endowment fund, and project management of profit-sharing agreements. This analysis provides valuable insights for Indonesian higher education institutions in developing financial management strategies. The limitation of this research is the limited focus on the analysis of balance sheet reports from the perspective of assets, liabilities, and net assets of Harvard University. This study does not consider external factors or other variables that may affect the University’s financial management strategy more comprehensively.

Abstract

Sekolah Tahfidz Balita Zahrawain Kleco Surakarta merupakan lembaga pendidikan pra sekolah yang berada di Kleco Surakarta yang bercirikan dan bernafaskan mencetak para penghafal Al-Qur’an sejak dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran menghafal Al-Qur’an di Sekolah Tahfidz Balita Zahrawain Indonesia Kleco Surakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode, sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menghafal Al-Qur’an Balita Zahrawain Indonesia Kleco Surakarta pada masa New Normal dilaksanakan setiap hari senin, selasa, kamis dan jum’at. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dari pukul 08.30- 11.00 WIB. Dalam proses menghafal Al-Qur’an di STB Zahrawain Kleco ada 3 tahap yaitu: pembukaan, inti/materi, dan penutup. Metode yang digunakan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah metode Zahrawain berbasis audio visual yang terdiri dari talqin (menambah hafalan) dan muroja’ah (menambah hafalan). Metode Zahrawain mempunyai beberapa keunggulan, yaitu metode yang menekankan pada kefasihan bacaan dengan adanya video contoh bacaan yang benar, serta proses talqin yang pendek dengan penggalan bacaan setiap 2-3 kata, kata yang terulang sebanyak 3x sehingga mudah diikuti oleh anak usia balita hingga dewasa sekalipun. Hasil menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode Zahrawain yaitu balita mampu menghafal 10 Juz dari Al-Qur’an. Pada Sekolah Tahfidz Balita Zahrawain Balita Kleco balita mampu menghafal 3 juz dari Al-Qur’an, yaitu Juz 30, Juz 29 dan Juz 1. Evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu ujian lisan pada tengah semester dan akhir semester. Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi yaitu peran orang tua dalam memonitoring hafalan santri balita, motivasi siswa dan pemberian reward atau penghargaan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah kondisi suasana hati (mood) peserta didik balita dan disiplin waktu.

Abstract

This study determined the public information disclosure implementation model at the State Islamic University of Walisongo in Semarang. This study used content analysis research, with the data originating from the website, the documents downloaded from the website related to public information disclosure activities at UIN Walisongo Semarang, and the developments uploaded on the website. The data analysis used content analysis through unitizing, sampling, recording-reducing, and inferring or drawing conclusions. The study results showed that the public information disclosure implemented by UIN Walisongo Semarang through the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) institution had its services offline and online. A representative place was provided offline, and the PPID website was separated from the leading website online. The PPID website contained complete information regarding profiles and types of report information by existing regulations. The types of data and reports had institutional dimensions and institutional implementation. Furthermore, it was possible for mutually reinforcing linkages to occur, whereas a good and clean institution reflected an excellent and clean executor or vice versa.

Abstract

This article focuses on implementing curriculum integration in developing leadership and entrepreneurship in mosque manager education at STIDKI Ar-Rahmah. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data were collected using a qualitative approach using interviews with the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Head of Study Programmes, secretary of study programs, lecturers, students, and alumni of STIDKI Ar-Rahmah as well as observations of various related activities. Data analysis used Milles Hubberman interactive data analysis model: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the development of leadership and entrepreneurship is carried out by instilling basic values through several related courses, developed with several student programs managed by BEM, involving students in the management of the foundation's business units, and providing direct experience of the mosque management process in courses held at the stakeholder mosque.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the background of Imran's wife vowing to give up her son to serve in Baitul Maqdis; describe the reaction of Imran's wife after learning that the child she gave birth to was a girl; find out the reason Imran's wife entrusted the care of Maryam to Zakaria as.  This research is a library research. Primary data sources in this study are Q.S Ali Imran verses 35-37 which are reviewed from Tafsir Al-Mishbah, Tafsir Ibn Katsir, Hurlock's Child Development book, and Santrock's Children book. While secondary data sources are obtained from other literature related to parenting girls. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data validity in this research is contingency technique. Furthermore, the technique used in analyzing this data is content analysis. The results showed that: 1) The parenting of girls in Imran's family can be observed from the efforts to fulfill the vow of Imran's wife who gave up her son to serve in Baitul Maqdis. In the perspective of psychology, Q.S Ali Imran [3]:35 describes the prenatal period. The parenting pattern that Hannah applied at that time, namely authoritarian parenting. 2) Then Q.S Ali Imran [3]:36 expresses the disappointment of Imran's wife for giving birth to a girl, trying to accept and give the best name for her child, and asking Allah Swt. so that the child and his descendants are protected from the temptation of the accursed devil. In general, this verse discusses the post-natal period. It is during this period that Hannah applies democratic parenting characterized by giving good names and praying for goodness to child. 3) Maryam was raised and educated under the care of Zakaria as by applying democratic parenting, which is supported by dialogue and supervision as stated in Q.S Ali Imran [3]:37.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui praktik pengembangan kurikulum dan model-model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Metode riset menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan kurikulum yang di lakukan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran menggabungkan beberapa kurikulum diantaranya kurikulum Kementerian Agama, kurikulum merdeka, kurikulum 2013, dan kurikulum ISMUBA. Kurikulum tersebut ditunjang dengan kegiatan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an. Adapun model pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yang digunakan di MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran adalah model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yaitu meliputi mengamati, menanya, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil diskusi. Adapun penerapannya pada pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits yaitu siswa mengamati penjelasanan dari guru, melakukan pertanyaan pada pelajaran yang tidak dipahami, mengeksplorasi materi dari berbagai sumber baik buku maupun internet, melakukan diskusi dengan teman sebaya, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil belajar di depan kelas dan dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. The purpose of the study is to determine the practice of curriculum development and learning models of the Qur'an Hadith in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran. Research methods use qualitative research methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the curriculum development carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran combined several curricula including the Ministry of Religion curriculum, independent curriculum, 2013 curriculum, and ISMUBA curriculum. The curriculum is supported by Qur'an Literacy activities. The Qur'an Hadith learning model used in MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran is a contextual learning model by relating learning to daily life. And using a scientific approach that includes observing, questioning, exploring, associating, and communicating the results of discussions. As for its application to the learning of the Qur'an Hadith, students observe explanations from the teacher, do questions on lessons that are not understood, explore material from various sources, both books and the internet, conduct discussions with peers, and communicate learning outcomes in front of the class and are associated with daily life.
