Abstract

In accordance with Pontianak District Regulation No. 7 of 2005, which formally established Segedong District, it was created by dividing Siantan District, which is now Jongkat District. Document archiving, including the recording of arriving and outgoing letters, is an integral part of the work of the Segedong Camat Office, a government agency in Segedong that provides services. The Segedong Sub-District Office has an issue with document archiving; specifically, they still use an agenda book to manually record incoming and outgoing letters. There is a risk of data corruption or loss while using the agenda book to record letters. The Segedong Sub-District Office is in need of an information system for web-based archiving. The research methodology involves conducting interviews and direct observations of the Segedong District Office's document filing system. In response to the challenges encountered by the Segedong District Office's staff in the process of document archiving, the author proposes the development of a web-based document archiving information system. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed transaction methods across sectors, including product sales. ICT supports information systems that help businesses achieve their objectives. The contraption industry, in particular, has adopted digital platforms to meet market demands, with e-commerce rapidly growing in Indonesia. E-commerce is replacing conventional shopping due to its convenience, comfort, and variety. It relies on WWW technology, databases, email, delivery systems, and payment tools. However, many contraption businesses face challenges in reaching customers effectively due to marketing limitations, disorganized product management, and subpar shopping experiences. To address this, an innovative solution is needed: a web-based online sales platform that simplifies transactions and offers a secure, enjoyable shopping experience. The Gadget-Sale platform aims to meet these needs with a user-friendly interface, comprehensive product catalogs, secure payment systems, and responsive customer service. This platform helps businesses manage inventory, monitor sales trends, and design targeted marketing strategies. Abstract

Efficient and transparent financial management is a crucial factor in optimizing the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), which aim to support rural economic development. BUMDes Jaya Usaha, located in Bhakti Jaya Village, Meliau District, West Kalimantan, faces challenges in accurately and timely recording financial data due to the limitations of conventional methods, which risk errors, delays, and a lack of transparency. To address these issues, this study develops a digital cash book information system using the Waterfall method, which provides a structured approach to meet system requirements. The implementation of this information system is expected to improve the speed, accuracy, and transparency of financial records, thereby supporting BUMDes Jaya Usaha in making more timely and accurate decisions. Additionally, this study is intended to serve as a model for system development for other BUMDes facing similar challenges. Thus, the implementation of this technology is anticipated to contribute to enhancing financial management quality and the welfare of Bhakti Jaya Village residents

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating how far teachers and students really understand the existence of character education in the curriculum, especially through the teaching and learning process in the classroom by using English textbooks as a medium. There were six teachers and six students who participated in this research. A semi-structured interview with a one-on-one interview was conducted in order to see the perspective of teachers and students about character education in their textbooks.  The study revealed that both teachers’ and students’ agreed that character education is essential in creating good individuals with noble characters to tackle moral degradation. Their understanding of character education in the textbooks they were using now was satisfactory. It can be seen through both teachers and students were aware of dealing with character values in the textbooks that embedded in the teaching and learning materials which can be presented both in form of implicit and explicit but they did not know about 18 character values proposed by the government yet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sales accounting information system at the Aditya Jaya Bata Shop. Through observations, interviews, and literature studies, researchers identify the need for a more structured and digital approach. This study uses the Waterfall method in designing a prototype system using Figma, supported by UML modeling devices such as Use Case, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams. The proposed system provides an easy -to -use interface to record, manage, and monitor payments at the Batako Shop. With the application of the interface design that is built in the future it is expected that this prototype can be used to support online buying and selling transactions

Abstract

Permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mayoritas perajin batik di Kabupaten Blora adalah teknik produksi yang sederhana menghasilkan produk batik yang kurang bersaing di pasar luar Kabupaten Blora. Alasan pemilihan topik pendampingan pengembangan variasi produk UKM Batik Kartika adalah karena Batik Kartika mempunyai corak dengan ciri khas yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk dapat menjadi andalan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai diversifikasi pembuatan corak batik dengan menggunakan bahan alami dengan kualitas tinggi sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan batik. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan yang mencakup: 1) pendampingan pencatatan akuntansi usaha; 2) perancangan desain motif batik, penyediaan bahan dan peralatan, produksi; dan 3) penerapan teknik batik cap kertas dan batik tulis dalam proses produksi merupakan pengembangan dari metode batik cap, yang dirancang untuk memberikan efisiensi sekaligus meningkatkan keterjangkauan dalam pembuatan perlatan cap. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terciptanya produk baru berupa kain batik dengan inovasi desain motif yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keragaman atau variasi produk. Signifikansi dari hasil tersebut terletak pada perannya dalam mendorong peningkatan kualitas produk dan pengelolaan usaha batik, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Indikator yang dapat terlihat yakni peningkatan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, inovasi proses produksi, variasi kegiatan pemasaran, prinsip bisnis, dan penggunaan sumber daya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving cognitive empathy among students at SDN 2 Kemiling. Cognitive empathy is a student's ability to understand the feelings and conditions of others and to put themselves in their shoes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and an empathy scale. The results showed that implementing group guidance, consisting of six meetings, increased student activity and participation and improved cognitive empathy scores based on a scale distributed before and after the service. Factors such as cognitive development, mood, and parenting styles also influenced students' empathy levels. These findings indicate that group guidance is an effective strategy for fostering cognitive empathy in elementary school students.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan alat peraga question card untuk mengkaji peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas 5 SDI Al Madina Semarang pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi Sistem Pernafasan Manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dirancang oleh Kemmis dan Taggart, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklusnya mempunyai satu kali pertemuan 2 x 35 menit, dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan non tes untuk pengumpulan data. Instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan instrumen non tes berupa lembar observasi untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa dengan hasil belajar terendah pada siklus I sebanyak 70 dan tertinggi 85 dengan rata-rata 73. Selain itu, nilai terendah pada siklus II adalah 72 dan tertinggi 95. rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa adalah 80. Ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 50% (kelas menengah) dan pada siklus II mengalami pertumbuhan yaitu meningkat menjadi 75,0% (kelas tinggi). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 5 SD Islam Al Madina Semarang.

Abstract

Management of Education Development Contributions (SPP) at the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School plays an important role in maintaining the continuity of education, but is often faced with administrative challenges in recording, monitoring and reporting finances accurately and on time. In the era of digitalization, the use of technology is considered an effective solution in overcoming these obstacles. Through this community service, it offers several solutions to deal with the problems that occur, one of which is the SPP application grant at the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School. Development of the SPP Application as an innovative step to increase administrative efficiency. Based on the analysis, the technology application approach is expected to help the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School improve the SPP administration system, simplify the recording process, financial reporting, and speed up the transparency of SPP payments. The next step is to socialize and implement this application in Islamic boarding schools, with the hope that it can have a positive impact on managers, students and other stakeholders. The main goal is to make the Walisongo Pontianak Islamic Boarding School an example for similar institutions in facing administrative challenges in this era of digitalization. Thus, this service contributes to the development of technology for education and the management of Islamic educational institutions more effectively
