Abstract

Sampah laut meningkat secara drastis yang sejalan dengan peningkatan populasi, kunjungan wisatawan, dan eksplorasi sumber daya pesisir dan laut. Wilayah taman nasional laut merupakan studi kasus yang sempurna untuk sampah laut karena memiliki ekosistem yang paling rentan. Pantai Sombu merupakan salah satu kawasan perlindungan laut di Taman Nasional Wakatobi (TNW). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode garis pantai NOAA dan pemodelan emisi udara menggunakan aplikasi IWM2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi rata-rata sampah laut diperkirakan 0,67 unit dan 0,036 kg per m2 dengan komposisi didominasi oleh jenis plastik yaitu 57,71% berdasarkan jumlah dan 48,74% berdasarkan berat. Jumlah dan komposisi sampah laut diperkirakan menghasilkan emisi udara yang berimplikasi pada perubahan iklim sebanyak 52 kgCO2/tahun; 23 kgCH4/tahun; dan 541 kgGWP/tahun.

Abstract

This research is a response to challenges in school library management, including manual data management and the need for effective human resource management. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which consists of several stages such as preliminary studies, development, and product determination. The purpose of this study was to produce an effective training design to improve the quality of web-based library management in Labuhanbatu Regency. The training was aimed at library heads, library staff, and prospective library heads in secondary schools in Labuhanbatu. The needs analysis stage involved interviews and questionnaires to training participants, which indicated the need for increased knowledge in the management of web-based library information systems. The development process included designing a training model, creating training modules, training materials, and web-based training media. The training combined practical and theoretical models, with simulations of the use of web-based library information systems. Evaluation was conducted through performance tests and validation by experts. The evaluation results showed that the training design was rated as excellent by the experts, with an average score of 86.70% for the material and 89.30% for the media. The final product is considered internally valid and can be implemented. The scores from the questionnaire test of the trainees showed the success of the training with a percentage of 76.11%. Statistical tests showed that participants' knowledge increased significantly after the training. The N-Gain Score value of 62.68% indicates that the training model is quite effective.

Abstract

Guru dapat memodifikasi kelas mereka sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa mereka jika mereka terlebih dahulu memahami hubungan yang ada antara berbagai gaya belajar siswa mereka dan kapasitas mereka untuk bekerja melalui tantangan matematika, seperti soal cerita menggunakan pecahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan mengkategorikan keterampilan pemecahan masalah anak sekolah dasar di kelas lima sehubungan dengan gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kinestetik mereka terkait dengan penyelesaian masalah kata pecahan. Penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif karena dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 64 To'bulung Kota Palopo yang terletak di Kecamatan Bara. Penelitian melibatkan partisipasi enam siswa, dengan dua siswa dari masing-masing tiga mode pembelajaran (visual, auditori, dan kinestetik) mengambil bagian. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan prosedur wawancara, pemeriksaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan kuesioner tentang gaya belajar yang berbeda. Selama penyelidikan ini, kami menggunakan teknik analisis data yang didasarkan pada model Miles dan Huberman. Pendekatan ini meliputi reduksi dan penyajian data, serta interpretasi dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Keandalan data dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode yang disebut triangulasi teknis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi ketersediaan dan kondisi fisik sarana serta prasarana pendidikan jasmani di SMP Negeri Pontianak Barat. Tujuan evaluasi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dari fasilitas olahraga yang tersedia, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah tersebut. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini akan mengungkap sejauh mana fasilitas yang ada mendukung kegiatan fisik siswa dan apa yang perlu diperbaiki atau ditambahkan untuk menyempurnakan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan checklist yang dirancang khusus untuk menilai sarana dan prasarana olahraga di SMP Negeri Pontianak Barat. Checklist ini mencakup berbagai elemen penting seperti ketersediaan fasilitas olahraga, kelayakan penggunaan fasilitas, serta kondisi fisik dari setiap sarana yang ada. Dengan memanfaatkan checklist ini, peneliti dapat mengumpulkan data secara sistematis dan mendetail mengenai keadaan fasilitas olahraga di sekolah tersebut. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan checklist akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penilaian terhadap setiap sarana dan prasarana akan didasarkan pada tingkat kerusakan, yang dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga kategori: ringan, sedang, dan berat. Melalui analisis ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang kualitas dan kelayakan fasilitas olahraga yang ada, serta untuk menentukan area mana yang memerlukan perbaikan segera atau penambahan fasilitas. Hasil dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berharga bagi pihak sekolah dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan tindakan perbaikan yang tepat dan efektif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani di SMP Negeri Pontianak Barat, sehingga dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih optimal dan berkualitas bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate a clinical supervision implementation model of the PEDAGOSUP-based clinical supervision model in improving the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers at the Santa Lusia Virgini Foundation, Pematangsiantar, with a focus on the model developed meeting the standards of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness for use. The type of research used in this study is R&D (Research and Development). Model development refers to the ADDIE research and development model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 50 elementary school teachers at the Santa Lusia Virgini Foundation, Pematangsiantar. The research location was carried out in 3 elementary school units under the auspices of the Santa Lusia Virgini Foundation, Pematangsiantar, namely Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Elementary School, Santa Lusia Siborongborong Elementary School, and Santa Maria Dolok Sanggul Elementary School. The result show that the supervision program has increased the pedagogical competence of teachers in cycles I, II, and III by 37.50%; 62.50%; and 100.00%, respectively. That implementation of clinical supervision is effective and can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at the Santa Lusia Virgini Foundation

Abstract

The use of LMS in the learning process of PPG Pre-service students has not yet been widely researched. This research aims to analyze and explain the responses of Pre-Service PPG students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar towards the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the learning process. This research is categorized into qualitative descriptive research. A total of 42 Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students participated in this research. Data was collected through questionnaires and unstructured interviews, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that student responses come from four categories, namely experience using LMS, benefits and advantages of LMS, challenges faced, and understanding of the material. The majority of students stated that the LMS made a significant contribution to understanding the learning material, most of them rated the LMS as a tool that was “very helpful” or “helpful” in the learning process. This research also shows that the main challenges faced are related to accessibility, especially in terms of networks and limited internet access. The implications of these findings include the need to improve technology infrastructure, increase support, and train students and lecturers in using the LMS. Apart from that, the integration of technology in the higher education curriculum is also an important aspect that needs to be considered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Ummi method in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an learning at SDIT Ikhtiar UNHAS Makassar. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis. The Ummi method, which is based on easy, fun, and heart-touching learning, has had a significant impact on improving students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an. The results of the study showed that students were able to read the Al-Qur'an with correct tajwid, improve the makhraj of letters, and strengthen memorization of the verses of the Al-Qur'an. In addition, this method is effective in building students' discipline and love for the Al-Qur'an, as seen from the enthusiasm and active participation of students in the learning process. This approach also encourages students' emotional involvement, which contributes to more meaningful learning. The results of this study recommend the Ummi method as an effective Al-Qur'an learning model to be applied in other elementary schools. Thus, this method not only improves students' technical competence in reading the Al-Qur'an, but also forms positive characters and attitudes towards the holy book. This study contributes to the development of Al-Qur'an learning methods based on the integration of educational and character values. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode Ummi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di SDIT Ikhtiar UNHAS Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumentasi. Metode Ummi, yang berprinsip pada pembelajaran yang mudah, menyenangkan, dan menyentuh hati, telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu membaca Al-Qur’an dengan tajwid yang benar, memperbaiki makhraj huruf, serta memperkuat hafalan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Selain itu, metode ini efektif dalam membangun kedisiplinan dan kecintaan siswa terhadap Al-Qur’an, terlihat dari antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini juga mendorong keterlibatan emosional siswa, yang berkontribusi pada pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan metode Ummi sebagai model pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang efektif untuk diterapkan di sekolah dasar lainnya. Dengan demikian, metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan sikap positif terhadap kitab suci. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran Al-Qur’an berbasis integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan dan karakter.

Abstract

Abstract: The relationship between continuity and differentiability in graphical problems are two concepts that students are pivotal in understanding derivative concepts. However, researchers rarely pay attention to how students understand the relationship between Continuity and differentiability or vice versa. This study investigates students' understanding of the relationship between continuity and differentiability. This study is exploratory and focuses on the meanings students construct. The participants were 195 third-year undergraduate students from various Indonesian universities. A questionnaire and interview were used to collect data. Ten of the participants agreed to an in-depth interview for exploration and clarification. Thematic analysis was used to deduce patterns from participants' responses based on the findings. The results indicated that students construct three types of meanings when they solve problems: physical, analytical, and covariational. The findings could serve as a conceptual framework for future learning processes emphasizing continuity and differentiability. Abstrak: Hubungan antara kontinuitas dan diferensiasi dalam soal grafis merupakan dua konsep yang sangat penting bagi siswa dalam memahami konsep turunan. Namun peneliti jarang memperhatikan bagaimana siswa memahami hubungan antara Kontinuitas dan diferensiasi atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengetahuan siswa tentang hubungan antara kontinuitas dan diferensiasi. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dan berfokus pada makna yang dibangun siswa. Pesertanya adalah mahasiswa S1 tahun ketiga dari berbagai universitas di Indonesia yang berjumlah 195 orang. Kuesioner dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Sepuluh peserta menyetujui wawancara mendalam untuk eksplorasi dan klarifikasi. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk menyimpulkan pola tanggapan peserta berdasarkan temuan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa membangun tiga jenis makna ketika mereka memecahkan masalah: fisik, analitis, dan dan kovarian. Temuan ini dapat berfungsi sebagai kerangka konseptual untuk proses pembelajaran di masa depan yang menekankan kontinuitas dan diferensiasi.

Abstract

This study identifies the factors underlying the development of junior high school teacher performance in Banda Aceh, focusing on the efforts of the city government in developing teacher performance. The methods used are case studies and phenomenology, with primary data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from literature reviews. Before the development program, only 60% of teachers had a bachelor's degree in education, but after two years of professional initiatives, this figure increased to 85%. Classroom observations showed a 30% increase in student engagement, and 75% of teachers felt more confident after attending subject training. The survey showed a 40% increase in the use of innovative post-training teaching methods, as well as a 20% increase in student test scores in schools implementing the program. These findings underscore the importance of strategic policies, in accordance with Qanun Aceh No. 9 of 2015, to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design an application for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar and to apply the a priori algorithm for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are that based on application testing carried out on Gtmetrix, the results for pageSpeed Score 96% YSlow Score 90%, which means the program can function properly and based on program functionality testing with blackbox that the application is valid and can be applied. The conclusion of this research by applying the Apriori algorithm. This application displays the priority of procurement requests in the form of print and atk categories based on the categories of goods that are frequently requested and can display the scheduling of procurement of goods to restock goods by looking at the functions of the red, orange and green buttons on the application.
