Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy in the influence of glass ceiling perception and organizational culture on women's career development. The study population was female state civil servants occupying Echelon II, Echelon III, and Echelon IV positions in the Rejang Lebong Regency Government totaling 141 respondents. This study used a survey method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire. To certify the validity and reliability of the instrument will be tested through SPSS and data analysis will be carried out with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM PLS). The results showed that the perception of the glass ceiling did not affect women's career development. Organizational culture positively influences women's career development. Self-efficacy has a positive effect on women's career development. The study found that self-efficacy cannot mediate glass ceiling perceptions of women's career development. However, self-efficacy mediates organizational culture towards women's career development

Abstract

Education is a very important and necessary thing for everyone. Therefore, there are still many people who, despite already working, wish to continue their studies to a higher level for various reasons. However, in reality, based on a preliminary survey that has been conducted, many students experience conflicts during their studies. Hence, the need for this research. This study aims to investigate the effects of resilience coping and sustainable self-management on work-school conflict, as well as the functions of school and management assistance because of what they frequently feel that their academic obligations and professional expectations are out of balance. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, Master's students at Mercu Buana University were participated in this study. A survey was used to gather data, and SEM-PLS was used for analysis. The test results that have an influence in reducing work-school conflict are resilience coping and sustainable self-management, moderated by school support. This research is expected to provide practical suggestions on how workers who continue their education can effectively manage conflicts between working and study Based on the reference sources and the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory used as the theoretical foundation of this research.

Abstract

Purpose — This research aims to investigate the influence of agile leadership in Islamic schools  on work commitment, using organizational culture as a mediator.Method — This research employed quantitative causality methods. The study's population comprised all 31 teachers from Azhari Islamic School Rasuna, all of whom were included as samples. The data analysis utilized Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).Result — The research findings demonstrate a positive influence of agile leadership on organizational culture. However, agile leadership does not significantly affect teacher work commitment, and organizational culture does not mediate the influence of agile leadership on teacher work commitment.Contribution — This research contributes to the existing literature by addressing a gap in previous research, which had not examined the influence of agile leadership on work commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Provinsi Riau yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Provinsi Riau. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuisioner terhadap sampel penelitian. Adapun sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik Sensus. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Artinya semakin baik dan tinggi tingkat budaya organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya jika semakin rendah tingkat budaya organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin maka akan berimbas semakin rendahnya tingkat kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran sistem nilai kolektif organisasi sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan visioner dan perilaku kerja sukarela (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB) di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Studi dilakukan terhadap aparatur sipil negara pada kantor kecamatan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap 64 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengonfirmasi bahwa budaya organisasi berperan sebagai mediator parsial dengan tipe complementary mediation. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem nilai bersama tidak hanya menjembatani, tetapi juga memperkuat pengaruh positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kontribusi ekstra-peran aparatur. Secara spesifik, dimensi budaya organisasi seperti kesadaran diri, karakter kolektif, dan orientasi kinerja berfungsi sebagai pemicu utama yang mengubah inspirasi kepemimpinan menjadi aksi nyata berupa perilaku kerja sukarela. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mendorong OCB sangat bergantung pada kekuatan budaya organisasi yang mendasarinya. Oleh karena itu, upaya peningkatan kinerja kelembagaan perlu mempertimbangkan pembangunan budaya organisasi yang kondusif sebagai strategi penguatan yang krusial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi yang berfokus pada karyawan tetap perusahaan jasa pengurusan transportasi perusahaan yaitu PT Mitra Intertrans Forwarding. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan analisis data dengan program SmartPLS 4. Penentuan sampel menggunakan program power analysis G*Power dan pendekatan non-probability sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 216 responden karyawan di seluruh departemen atau bagian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik secara signifikan memengaruhi keterikatan karyawan. Lebih lanjut, keterikatan karyawan terbukti berperan secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi intrinsik untuk meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan khususnya di perusahaan jasa pengurusan transportasi dan secara umum di industri logistik.
