Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Jawaahirul Hikmah Besuki-Tulungagung tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Jawaahirul Hikmah Besuki-Tulungagung Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan populasi 65 siswa dengan sampel 56 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi ekonomi dan perilaku konsumtif secara parsial dengan t hitung 2,163 > t tabel 2,006 (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara teman sebaya dan perilaku konsumtif secara parsial dengan t hitung 2,832 > t tabel 2,006 (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi ekonomi dan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif secara simultan dengan F hitung 14,424 > F tabel 3,17. Hasil persamaan regresi Y = 21,410 + 0,303X1 + 0,372X2

Abstract

The restoration of mangrove planting in the coastal area of ​​Gunung Anyar Village was carried out as a mitigation measure. The mangroves here function as a barrier when high tide occurs. With the mangroves, the tidal waves that occur can be muffled by the mangroves so that the impact of damage that occurs on land can be minimized. This is reinforced by the existence of government regulations with the aim of minimizing disaster damage, namely Law no. 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management. The action of planting mangrove plants in one area of ​​Surabaya City, especially the Gunung Anyar sub-district, Rungkut District is a series of community service activities for lecturers and students at Merdeka University Surabaya in 2022. This area has the potential for beaches to be used as new land for the development of mangrove plants because it is a coastal area that Of course, it is very vulnerable to seawater abrasion. The purpose of this service activity is to mitigate disasters, especially the risk of seawater abrasion, flash floods as well as to increase the potential of local areas in developing mangrove tourism, as well as improving brackish water ecosystems, especially fisheries development.

Abstract

Agricultural education at an early age is very important because considering that today's children tend to be minimal, therefore learning about agriculture starts from around the world in order to produce capable farmers and become professional experts in the field of agriculture. The introduction of agricultural education must be implemented from an early age in children, so that it creates a love for the surrounding environment. One of them is using the school yard to always look beautiful, beautiful and attractive by cultivating various kinds of horticultural and other commodities. One of them is the introduction of vegetable plants, which aims to increase students' awareness of the environment by providing illustrations of the impact of planting on the environment. The results of this service have had a positive impact on PAUD Mutiara Hati Palm Spring students, providing additional knowledge on how to cultivate vegetables.

Abstract

Service quality is a measure of how well the level of service provided is able to match customer expectations. Patient satisfaction is an evaluation or assessment after using a service, that the selected service at least meets or exceeds expectations. This type of research is a descriptive study using a cross sectional analytic study design. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Dr. General Hospital. RM. Djoelham Binjai. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique of 75 people. The results of hypothesis testing to see the relationship between variable X and variable Y are with a significant level (α) = 5% (0.05) and df = 1, the results are p.value = 0.000 at df = 1 where sig < (0.000< 0.05) then H0 is rejected so it can be concluded that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2021. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the hospital management to further improve the quality of service in order to increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran Word Square terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDN Minasa Upa Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Word Square terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDN Minasa Upa Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian true eksperimental bentuk Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Desain ini menggunakan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol yang akan diberi tes awal dan kelompok eksperimen diberikan media pembelajaran. Setelah diberikan perlakukan maka kedua kelompok akan diberikan tes akhir. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV B dan C SDN Minasa Upa Makassar sebanyak 65 siswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA kelas IV SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar sebelum menerapkan media pembelajaran word square dikategorikan masih cukup (sedang). Nilai rata-rata pre-test adalah 70.00 dengan menggunakan instrument tes kategori sangat tinggi 0%, tinggi 21.21%, sedang 66.67%, rendah 6.06%, sangat rendah 6.06%. Setelah menerapkan media pembelajaran word square dikategorikan baik (tinggi). Nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 87.12 dengan menggunakan instrument tes dikategorikan sangat tinggi 45.45%, tinggi 48.49%, sedang 6.06%, rendah 0%. Nilai thitung. sebesar 7.331 yang lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel.= 2.040. Kriteria dalam uji hipotesis ini yaitu apabila thit > ttab artinya Ho ditolak dan jika thit < ttab maka Ho diterima. memberikan arti thit > ttab artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima membuktikan terdapat pengaruh sebelum dan setelah penerapan media pembelajaran word square terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV SDN Minasa Upa Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan model problem based learning terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal HOTS pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent control group, dengan dua kelompok yakni kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data dalam penelitian ini di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistic deskriptif dan statistic inferensial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model problem based learning (PBL) pada mata pelajaran IPA terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan soal HOTS siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Inpres Barombong III. Hal ini terlihat pada rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol yang hanya mencapai 76, sedangkan rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen mencapai 89. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample test diperoleh nilai thitung = 15.840, sedangkan nilai ttabel = 1.729. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh karena thitung > ttabel (thitung = 15.840 > ttabel = 1.729), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Jelai (Coix Lacryma Jobi.L) seeds are grains that have the potential to be processed into herbal teas which are served either hot or cold. Jelai tea can be processed through a high-temperature roasting process to enhance the aroma and taste. Temperature and length of roasting time are factors that affect grain characteristics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of temperature and roasting time on water content, color of barley powder and the effect of temperature and roasting time on pH, total dissolved solids, and organoleptic of jelai tea. The study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors: (t) roasting temperature (180oC, 200oC, 220oC) and (f) roasting time (5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes). The roasting temperature and time reduced the water content of jelai powder from 11.04% to 1.57% (wb), increased the dissolved solids from 0.26 oBrix to 5.16 oBrix, and lowered the pH from 7.04-6.79. The higher the temperature and roasting time, the darker the color of the powder and the barley tea (brown), increase the burning aroma (burn aroma), nutty smelling, burn flavor and the sour taste of jelai tea. The highest results were obtained at 220oC combined roasting time of 10 minutes and 15 minutes. Overall, the level of panelist acceptance of jelai tea was in the rather favorable category for all treatments (2.77 – 3.42).

Abstract

Karekter adalah ciri unik seseorang yang menggambarkan sikap mental dalam menghadapi sesuatu hal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang karakter baik. Matode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dengan cara  koordinasi, persiapan administratif, sosialisasi, pelatihan karakter baik bagi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Sibolangit Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pengbadian Masyarakat ini menghasilkan pemahaman dan peningkatan karakter setiap siswa. Pelatihan karakter sangat perlu dilakukan di sekolah ini sebagai tindak lanjut bagi siswa yang memiliki karakter rendah.

Abstract

The research being conducted investigates the effect of governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and profitability on the value of firms. The audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioners represent the corporate governance variables applied in this study. The research population covers firms in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, consisting of a sample size of 15 enterprises observed over four years. The testing methodology employed is panel data regression using Eviews. The findings indicate that business value is influenced by corporate governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and profitability simultaneously. Partial testing suggests that the audit committee, independent board of commissioners, risk management, and compliance positively affect the firm's value. On the contrary, both managerial ownership and institutional ownership have adverse effects, but profitability does not affect the firm's value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher performance through the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision by school principals. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers of UPT SPF SD Negeri 3 Kasimpureng. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interview, observation and documentation study. Data were analysed using reduction, presentation and conclusion techniques. The results showed: (1) The coaching-based academic supervision programme is made based on one of the school's strategic plans, namely improving teacher performance in managing effective learning; (2) The implementation of coaching-based academic supervision uses practical, objective, humanist, sustainable and constructive principles through approaches and techniques based on teacher characteristics; (3) School principals provide guidance and coaching, then teachers are recommended to attend training, technical assistance, and competency improvement workshops; (4) Supporting factors for coaching-based academic supervision are teachers‘ willingness to learn, teachers’ good perception of coaching-based academic supervision, principals' knowledge, and harmonious relationships among school members. The obstacles in coaching-based academic supervision are the principal's sudden external activities that disrupt the supervision schedule. There are no senior teachers who can assist the principal. Teachers were unable to attend the scheduled class visits.
