Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis profil atau gambaran mengenai kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP yang dapat ditinjau dari kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VII Semester 2. Adapun penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 3 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tirto kelas VII D dengan kemandirian belajar kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Pemilihan subjek penelitian berdasarkan dari teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner kemandirian belajar siswa, tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis, dan wawancara. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis subjek KNN dengan kemandirian belajar kategori tinggi dapat memenuhi memenuhi semua indikator dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis subjek JLP dengan kemandirian belajar kategori sedang hanya memenuhi lima indikator yang ada dalam kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis subjek MF dengan kemandirian belajar kategori rendah hanya mendapatkan dua indikator dalam kemampuan komunikasi matematis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan profil berpikir kritis siswa dalam pemecahan masalah kontekstual matematika pada materi trigonometri ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Pati tahun 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MIPA 9 yaitu 1 siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi, 1 siswa dengan motivasi belajar sedang, dan 1 siswa dengan motivasi belajar rendah. Untuk dapat mengetahui profil berpikir kritis siswa maka dilakukan dengan memberikan tes tertulis pemecahan masalah matematika trigonometri dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan tingkat motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang dan rendah memiliki semua kriteria kemampuan berpikir kritis (clarification, assessment, inference, dan strategies) . Namun profil berpikir kritis antara siswa dengan tingkat motivasi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah berbeda.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 11 Semarang dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika ditinjau dari self confidence. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 11 Semarang yang terdiri dari tiga siswa, satu siswa dengan self confidence tinggi, satu siswa dengan self confidence sedang, satu siswa dengan self confidence rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan angket, tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan self confidence tinggi memiliki kemampuan berpikir yang sangat baik, siswa dengan self confidence sedang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang cukup baik dan siswa dengan self confidence rendah memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang kurang baik.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the problem-based learning model using the Jarimatika method on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of grade 1 students at SD Pandeanlamper 04. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental type. The research design refers to the one-group pretest-posttest which only uses one group as the experimental class. The subjects of this study included 28 grade 1 students at SD Pandean Lamper 04. Data collection techniques with tests with instruments of pretest and posttest questions. As well as interviews as a preliminary study. Data analysis was done using the paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS 25. The prerequisite test showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed because the sig value exceeded 0.05. The results showed that the Jarimatika method affected the problem-solving abilities of grade 1 students at SD Pandeanlamper 04. The results of the paired sample t-test were sig. 0.000 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest in the test of students' mathematical problem solving abilities by applying the PBL learning model with Jarimatika for addition and the average mathematical problem solving ability of students by applying the PBL learning model with Jarimatika for addition was better than before the implementation of the PBL learning model with Jarimatika for addition.

This study contains an analysis of problem-solving abilities on the material of the area of a circular section using a Problem Based Learning model in class VI of SDN Sawah Besar 01, Semarang City. Problem solving abilities are abilities that need to be developed in the 2013 curriculum. Learning models that can be applied to hone problem solving skills include the Problem Based Learning model. The purpose of this research is to analyze problem-solving abilities on the area of circular arc using the Problem Based Learning model. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with a total of 35 students in class VI A, 20 male students and 15 female students as research samples. The results of this study indicate that 26 out of 35 students in class VI A of 35 students meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of 74,28% this shows students can achieve mastery learning with problem solving indicators.

The Pythagorean theorem is one of the materials in geometry and has a close relationship with everyday life. However, many students still have difficulty understanding the concepts and solving problems related to the material. This study aims to develop a learning trajectory that assists students in improving their ability to understand the concept of the Pythagorean theorem using the context of an interactive video-assisted Salt House in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Pegandon. This learning trajectory consists of four activities, namely: (1) finding the concept and formula of the Pythagorean theorem with the help of a video context; (2) finding concepts related to the length of one side of a triangle if two sides are known; (3) determining the type of triangle based on the length of its side; (4) finding and checking related Pythagorean triple number patterns. This study uses design research method which consists of three stages, namely preparing for the experiment, design experiment, and retrospective analysis. The learning approach used is PMRI. The results of the research conducted show that the learning trajectory obtained can improve students' mathematical problem solvings skills on the Pythagorean theorem material

Aritmatika sosial merupakan materi yang sangat penting dikuasai oleh siswa, namun siswa masih kesulitan dalam menguasai dan memahami materi tersebut. Kesulitan tersebut dapat menghambat siswa menuju langkah selanjutnya yaitu penyelesaian soal. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pendesainan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan dan media inovatif, salah satunya menggunakan PMRI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah design research yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu: preliminary design, design experiment, retrospective analysis. Penelitian ini merumuskan Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) dalam tiga aktivitas yaitu: (1) aktivitas menemukan konsep persentase dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kontekstual yang ada di dalamnya; (2) aktivitas menemukan konsep untung rugi serta persentasenya dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kontekstual yang ada di dalamnya; (3) aktivitas menemukan konsep bruto, netto, tara beserta persentasenya dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kontekstual aritmatika sosial. Rancangan tersebut diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat memahami konsep dan memecahkan masalah matematis dalam materi aritmatika sosial.

This research is an exploratory study to show the relationship between mathematics and culture. This study aims to explore the culture of the traditional activities of the Central Java Rewandha Sesaji tradition which contains mathematical concepts. This research uses ethnographic methods. Data collection techniques use ethnographic principles such as observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes with ethnographic descriptions. The results of the research show that in the traditional activities of the Central Java Rewandha Sesaji tradition there are several mathematical concepts, such as nets and the surface area of a cylinder, the surface area of a cone, the Pythagorean theorem, the area of a circle, the circumference of a circle, parallel lines and quadrilaterals. Several mathematical concepts resulting from the exploration of these traditional traditions can then be used as context in learning to support students' numeracy skills. The results of this research can be used as inspiration for further research to explore other cultural traditions that can be used as a context for realistic mathematics learning that is more fun and meaningful.

Students need to master conic material when studying curved-sided geometric figures. However, cone material is still difficult for students to understand. Therefore, this research aims to create a learning trajectory that can make students understand the concept of cones using the context of the mitoni tradition in class IX SMP. Using the design research method, this method has three stages, namely preliminary design, design experiment (pilot experiment and teaching experiment), and retrospective analysis. This research was designed and developed using the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. The research subjects consisted of 32 class IX students at SMP Negeri 39 Semarang, which was carried out from August to September 2023. The results of this research were a learning trajectory that included a series of learning processes with three activities, namely observing videos of the mitoni tradition to find the elements of cones; find the formula for the surface area of a cone; determine the formula for the volume of a cone; and solving contextual problems related to cones. This activity was carried out to increase students' understanding of cone material. The research results show that the context of the mitoni tradition can help students understand the concept of cones. Apart from that, the results of this research present alternative local wisdom that can be used in mathematics, especially in cone materials.

Abstract:Some students have difficulty understanding the concept of building a flat side room resulting in a decrease in interest in learning mathematics. This study aims to produce a student learning trajectory in understanding the material of building a flat side room using the context of traditional Central Javanese food assisted by Adobe animate. This research is a design research that refers to the stages proposed by Susan McKenney. Data was collected through video recordings of learning activities, observations, interviews, and written data. The HLT design of the flat side space building material contains 5 characteristics of PMRI as developed by Arthur Bakker. The results showed that 5 student activities are expected to motivate and inspire teachers in carrying out learning to provide understanding of concepts to students, especially about building flat side spaces.Abstrak:Beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep bangun ruang sisi datar sehingga terjadi penurunan minat belajar matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan lintasan belajar siswa dalam memahami materi bangun ruang sisi datar menggunakan konteks makanan tradisional Jawa Tengah berbantuan adobe animate. Penelitian ini merupakan design research yang mengacu kepada tahapan yang dikemukakan oleh Susan McKenney. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekaman video kegiatan pembelajaran, observasi, wawancara, dan data tertulis. Rancangan HLT materi bangun ruang sisi datar memuat 5 karakteristik PMRI seperti yang dikembangkan oleh Arthur Bakker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 5 aktivitas siswa yang diharapkan dapat memotivasi dan menjadi inspirasi bagi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran agar memberikan pemahaman konsep kepada siswa khususnya tentang bangun ruang sisi datar.
