Abstract

Law No. 1 of 1974 represents the unification of national laws in the field of marriage, deriving from Islamic law, civil law, and customary law. As society has progressed in the era of modernization and digitalization, this law has presented numerous legal issues, underscoring the need for legal reform to address legal voids and conflicts. Over its 50-year history, at least seven judicial reviews have been initiated, challenging provisions that conflict with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD NRI 1945), particularly those that are inconsistent with principles of justice and human rights for all citizens. This study utilizes normative (doctrinal) legal research methods, incorporating three approaches: statutory, comparative law, and analytical methods. The analysis highlights the necessity of reconstructing Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage to ensure it aligns with principles of justice and human rights, focusing especially on Article 2(1) (regarding interfaith marriages), Article 7 (marriageable age), Article 43(1) (status of children born outside of lawful marriage), Article 57 (mixed marriages), and provisions related to child rights post-divorce.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are considered to be the driving force of the economy in Indonesia, especially in Denpasar. This can be seen from the large amount of state foreign exchange income coming from MSMEs. In the last decade, many micro businesses have emerged, whether in the form of culinary businesses, fashion, agribusiness, and others. Research with the title "Implementation of Management Systems in CV MSMEs. Najwa in the Production of Bali Gebyar Milk Pie in Denpasar", has a problem formulation on how to implement the CV management system. Najwa is good at production management, human resource management, marketing management and financial management in producing typical Balinese souvenirs, namely milk pies, seeing the island of Bali as a tourist destination so it is visited by many tourists. The type of research used is qualitative research, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that implementing management in a company, both large and small companies, is very necessary, because in general every company wants its business to continue running and developing in accordance with the company's goals, namely to make a profit.

Abstract

Nowadays, the need for graduates who have special skills is very much needed. To answer these challenges, MAN 2 Boyolali organizes a skills program for its students. So this research aims to find out how the skills program management is implemented at MAN 2 Boyolali. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to describe the management of the skills program at MAN 2 Boyolali, with a research focus on automotive skills learning program. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques use source triangulation techniques and method triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Hubermen Model data analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research results show that the learning management of the automotive skills program at MAN 2 Boyolali consists of learning planning, implementation, assessing learning processes and outcomes, and learning supervision. 1) Learning planning in the form of preparing the syllabus, making lesson plans and preparing equipment and practical materials. 2) The implementation of automotive learning is going well in a special workshop according to schedule. The learning process takes place with a scientific approach, thereby encouraging students to develop creativity and thinking in the automotive field. 3) Assessment of automotive learning processes and outcomes is based on assessment aspects, which consist of affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects. 4) Supervision of automotive learning is carried out by a special automotive skills coordinator appointed by the madrasa, whose task is supervising the running of the automotive skills program.

Abstract

This study examines the sustainable culture of the Labuhan Aji village community, namely Mappacci at Bugis traditional weddings. Which is where this culture is considered by the community to have an effect on the household that will be fostered by the two prospective brides. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Mappacci culture, what values exist in Mappacci culture, and the purpose of Mappacci. Mappacci culture is carried out at night before the wedding which is carried out by the bride and groom, where this mappacci is to purify themselves and release their maiden period, the process of implementing this mappacci culture is this mappacci culture, namely bridal showers, wearing bodo clothes, khatam Al -The Qur'an and the last one with zanji, the utensils provided are candles, pillows, sarongs, banana leaves, jackfruit leaves, and dun pacci. The values that exist in this mappacci culture are the value of chastity, the value of kinship, and the value of honesty

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the moral educational values in Imam al-Syafii poem, which are consisted of nineteen verses. The method used is qualitative descriptive using structural approach. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the compliances and deviations of the principle of cooperation in the speech of Arabian humorous story "Nawadir Juha Li Al-Athfal”, (2) the speech context in the story. This research used descriptive methods with qualitative approach. The focus of this study was the speech of compliances and deviations of cooperation principle which was used in Arabian humorous story by using methods and techniques to collect the data. In the provision of data, note and record technique was used, namely selecting the text and recording data that contained speech of compliance and deviation toward the principles of cooperation. The result of this research showed the speech of Arabian humorous story "Nawadir Juha Li Al-Athfal” contained elements of compliance and deviation toward the principles of cooperation with all of four maxims: maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of relevance, and maxim of manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengobatan tradisional Bebubus Mangkung yang ada di Dusun Tutuk Desa Jerowaru Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengobatan tradisional Bebubus Mangkung merupakan teknik pengobatan secara non medis yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi alternatif dan lebih cenderung digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai sarana penyembuhan penyakit di Dusun Tutuk Desa Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori perilaku sosial Max Weber untuk menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi dalam masyarakat terkait kecenderungan masyarakat yang lebih memilih pengobatan tradisional daripada pengobatan secara medis. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui apa yang menjadi alasan masyarakat memilih pengobatan tradisional daripada memilih pengobatan secara medis. Disamping itu, dalam mendeskripsikan perilaku masyarakat yang ada di Dusun Tutuk Desa Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, yang berarti yaitu mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap responden yang dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi dalam penelitian agar mendapatkan informasi yang aktual. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa makna Bebubus Mangkung bagi masyarakat dusun Tutuk Desa Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur adalah (a) sebagai obat sasak (b) Mengandung Nilai sosial dan Kekeluargaan, dan kecenderungan masyarakat memilih pengobatan tradisional Bebubus Mangkung sebagai sarana penyembuhan penyakit, dilatarbelakangi oleh dua faktor yakni faktor, (a) keyakinan, (b) faktor kebudayaan, dan (c) faktor ekonomi.

Abstract

Saat menikah, anggota keluarga bangsawan, khususnya wanita, diharuskan mencari pasangan yang sesuai dengan status sosialnya menurut adat Sasak. Jika tidak, mereka akan kehilangan warisan dan ditendang keluar dari faksi bangsawan. Namun, laki-laki diizinkan menikah dengan bangsawan atau rakyat biasapenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata cara dan akibat perkawinan antara bangsawan dan rakyat biasa Di Desa Suradadi, Kecamatan Terara, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan eksplorasi subyektif dengan menggunakan persepsi, pertemuan, dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan informasi, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari, kepala desa, perintis tegas, perintis konvensional, perintis pemuda, dan daerah setempat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang proses dan akibat perkawinan tersebut.Dari hasil penelitian ini memberi gambaran bahwa dampak merarik masyarakat bangsawan dengan masyarakat biasa meliputi dua hal yaitu: Pertama,ketika pihak perempuan menikah sama masyarakat biasa maka nanti keturunannya mengikuti keturunan ayahnya dan tidak mempunyai gelar kebangsawanannya. Kedua, harta warisa akan hangus ketika seorang perempuan menikah sama masyarakat biasa.

Abstract

As online learning continues to be implemented post-pandemic, the use of video conferencing applications in higher education remains high. Some research shows that video conferencing, such as Zoom and Google Meet, has a positive impact on the online learning process. However, video conferences can only partially bring the natural atmosphere into the virtual classroom. As one of the video conferencing platforms, Gather Town offers new features that can create a virtual classroom atmosphere like a real class. This study aims to describe online lecture activities using Gather Town and students' perceptions of the application. The results show that Gather Town is easy to use and offers a new atmosphere in online learning. The results of student perceptions also show that Gather Town is easy to use, can inspire motivation and interest in education, is applicable, stimulates critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and is consistent with real-world contexts and student characteristics.

Abstract

The tradition of roah segare is known by the people of Kuranji Dalang village as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT for having bestowed natural products on the community through the implementation of the roahsere tradition. On the other hand, this tradition is expected to further strengthen human friendship among humans and to familiarize humans with nature. The implementation of this roah sere tradition in practice indirectly actualizes the educational values of the Qur'an, including the first value of deliberation in Q.s al-syura/42:38, which has implications for the division of work they do, the second is the value of habituation, which has implications for the hereditary tradition, the three exemplary values in Q.s. Al-Ahzab/33:21, which has implications for strengthening good values in this tradition, the four values of brotherhood in Q.s al-Hujurat/49:10, which have implications for cohesiveness and unity in performance, the five values of cooperation and mutual assistance in Q.s. al-Maidah/5:2 which has implications for smoothness and ease in implementing the roah segare tradition, and the six social welfare values in Q.s al-Hasyr/59:9 which has implications for social care among human beings.
