Abstract

Background: Pancasila plays an important role in establishing the basic values and ideals of the Indonesian people. The basic values of Pancasila are not only a philosophical foothold for the country, but also a characteristic that the Indonesian people want to build and maintain. The purpose of this study is to analyze the philosophy of life view through improving the quality of human resources with pancasila values. Method: A qualitative approach carried out using research libraries. Results: The approach to the concept of social capital development is one way that can be used for the implementation of Pancasila values as the nation's philosophy of life. In addition, the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out through practice in daily social and cultural life. This includes practices such as maintaining tolerance, respecting differences, mutual assistance, mutual respect, and prioritizing common interests. Conclusion: The implementation of Pancasila values as the nation's philosophy of life can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in environmental development. Pancasila-based education can provide opportunities for individuals to develop the skills and knowledge needed in sustainable environmental development. The values of Pancasila also contain the principles of justice and social justice.

Abstract

Abstract This research wants to explore how product quality, price, and promotion influence the purchasing decisions of Stars Collections cutomers. The population in this study was Stars Collections consumer, with a sample of 85 respondent selected using a accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used a questionnaire, while data analysis employed multiple linier regressions analysis. The results from this study reveal that, on an individual basis, product quality plays a key role in influencing purchase decisions, much like price does, whereas promotion doesn't make a difference. However, when you look at them all at once, product quality, price, and promotion combined do have a notable impact on how customers of Stars Collections decide to buy. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, And Promotion

Abstract

This article discusses the procedure for diagnosing capabilities in a knowledge-based organizational capability development model. This research uses library research. In this study, researchers used two kinds of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection is by tracing sources of literature documentation and library materials that are relevant to the problems studied. The results of the analysis conclude that staff development is an increase in intellectual or emotional abilities needed to do a better job with the principles of growth, change, and reform. Staff development constraints include participants, trainers or infrastructure, development facilities, curriculum, and development funds. An effective staff development model begins with human resource planning, identifying the required capabilities and capacities, Succession Planning, Development Needs Assessment, Development Planning, Development Approach, and Evaluation of Development Success.

Abstract

The population in Indonesia has a variety of ethnicities and different tribes. Some races and tribes greatly influence economic, social, and cultural diversity.   The existence of other nationalities will cause different mentalities so that the work ethic that each individual or group has will also be different. Several factors influence the work ethic, one of which is religiosity and Islamic work ethics. This article aims to analyze the effect of religiosity and Islamic work ethics on the work ethic of Muslim traders. The study's results stated that state financial managers who want the creation of religiosity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on work ethic. Meanwhile, Islamic work ethic variables have a positive and significant impact on the work ethic of Muslim traders.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the most prominent Islamic organization in Indonesia, namely Nahdhatul Ulama, in accelerating halal certification. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the halal certification agency played by Nahdhatul Ulama' has no other purpose than its establishment, namely the existence of a benefit. Maslahah mursalah is the proper basic concept taken to provide certainty of the status of the NU Halal Agency halal certification agency with authority to carry out halal certification. This can be confirmed by lying in the kulliyatul al-khamsah, namely: protection of religion, soul, reason, protection against descent and of property.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Maqasid as-Syaria in Islamic business management. This research is a qualitative research of the library. The study results stated that business activities require good governance, so the business can continue to develop and advance. In addition, Muslims must base business management on the provisions of Shari'a. The practicality of Islamic business management is in line with Maqasid as-Syaria. Where it has fulfilled the element of benefit based on hifdzu ad-dien, hifdzu annafs, hifdzu al-aql, hifdzu an-nasl, and hifdzu al-maal.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic financial system gave rise to Islamic financial institutions, one of whose products is pawnshops. Pawnshops in sharia are known as Rahn which means pawn. Rahn or Pawn is a binding agreement between the creditor and the debtor in a loan and loan transaction by placing collateral on the debt. The purpose of this article is for the Analysis of the Implementation of rahn Law (pawn) in an islamic economic perspective. The method used using a skinative model with an Islamic economic approach and the analysis used is descriptive analysis. The study results show that rahn is allowed in Islamic teachings, its development has also become increasingly prevalent. Rahn is used as an economic support for people in need. The rahn law has also been allowed by islamic clerics and fatwas. However, its activities must be by the conditions, harmony and applicable policies.

Abstract

The use of digital media in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning has become a necessity in the digital era to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes. This study uses a literature review method to analyze various studies related to the use of digital media in PJOK learning. The analysis results show that digital media plays a significant role in improving students' understanding of the material, motor skills, motivation, and learning engagement. Digital media also supports the implementation of blended learning, allowing students to learn flexibly both face-to-face and online. The main obstacles in the use of digital media are varying teacher competencies and limited infrastructure, including internet access. This study concludes that the integration of digital media in PJOK learning, if planned systematically and supported by teacher competency and adequate facilities, can improve the effectiveness and quality of learning overall. These findings form the basis for the development of innovative, interactive, and student-centered PJOK learning strategies.ABSTRAKPemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) telah menjadi kebutuhan di era digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur (literature review) untuk menganalisis berbagai penelitian terkait pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media digital berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi, keterampilan motorik, motivasi, dan keterlibatan belajar. Media digital juga mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning, memungkinkan peserta didik belajar secara fleksibel baik secara tatap muka maupun daring. Kendala utama dalam pemanfaatan media digital adalah kompetensi guru yang bervariasi dan keterbatasan sarana prasarana, termasuk akses internet. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi media digital dalam pembelajaran PJOK, jika direncanakan secara sistematis dan didukung oleh kompetensi guru serta fasilitas yang memadai, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran PJOK yang inovatif, interaktif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract This study aim to examines the effect of training and development on employee career advancement with social capital serving as a mediating variable at the Malang City Transportation Office. A quantitative approach with a confirmatory research design was employed. Primary data were collected through questionnaires administered to 58 civil servants selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique via SmartPLS software. The results reveal that training and development have a positive and significant effect on employee career advancement as well as on social capital. Moreover, social capital exerts a positive influence on employee career outcomes and partially mediates the relationship between training and development and career advancement. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of training initiatives is not solely determined by improvements in individual competencies, but also by the formation of professional networks, trust, and collaborative social relationships within the organization. Consequently, strengthening social capital constitutes a strategic mechanism for enhancing the impact of training programs and supporting sustainable career development among public sector employees.
