Abstract

The creative industry has become one of the most strategic sectors in global economic development, including in Indonesia. Hive Studio Agency, a digital creative startup, offers graphic design, website development, and digital solutions such as domain and hosting. Despite significant growth potential, the company faces challenges due to intense competition and a lack of an adaptive business model. This study analyzes the company's strategy using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach to identify key elements for improvement. Findings indicate that Hive Studio Agency can enhance competitiveness and sustainability by refining value propositions, optimizing customer relationships, and strengthening key partnerships. The research contributes to developing actionable strategies for Hive Studio Agency and provides insights for other startups in navigating the dynamic digital creative industry.

Abstract

Indonesia's creative economy sector has shown significant growth, driven by increasing consumer demand for artistic and personalized products. However, many products in the gift and craft market remain conventional, lacking interactive digital features that appeal to younger consumers. This study addresses this gap by integrating Augmented Reality (AR) technology into Dollipop Bouquet, a personalized doll bouquet, using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology. The research involved six stages: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. By leveraging AR, Dollipop Bouquet allows customers to personalize their gifts with interactive features such as video collages and photo-based markers, accessed via an AR application. The findings demonstrate that AR integration enhances product appeal, providing a unique and meaningful gifting experience. Dollipop Bouquet is the first in Indonesia to combine AR with doll bouquets, marking a breakthrough in the creative industry. This study contributes to the development of AR applications in multimedia-based businesses and highlights its potential for broader applications in personalized marketing and digital interaction. Future research should explore more advanced AR features, such as AI-driven personalization or geolocation-based AR, to further enhance user experiences and expand technological applications across industries.

Abstract

The development of photography technology and the need for digital marketing have encouraged photographers to utilize online media as a promotional tool. This research aims to plan the development of a Content Management System (CMS)-based portfolio website for photography businesses using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD approach ensures that the website design meets the needs of users through iterative stages, including needs analysis, prototype design, and evaluation. The results show that the designed website is able to fulfill the main user needs, such as easy-to-update photo galleries, informative service pages, and responsive contact forms. WordPress CMS was chosen due to its ease of use and design flexibility. With the implementation of UCD, the user satisfaction score increased from 70% to 90%. However, improved security features are recommended to prevent unauthorized access to the photo gallery. This research contributes to the development of efficient digital media to improve the competitiveness of photography businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors influencing the marketing strategy of Tagify, a business engaged in the design of lanyards and ID cards. Using a descriptive qualitative analysis method, the study collects secondary data from literature reviews related to marketing strategies and SWOT analysis. The findings reveal that Tagify's strengths lie in creative design, fast production capability, and flexibility in meeting customer demands. However, the main challenges are limited production capacity and suboptimal use of social media for marketing. Significant opportunities exist in the growing demand for custom products in corporate sectors and large events, while the primary threat comes from intense price competition. The implications of this research show that SWOT analysis is crucial in formulating effective marketing strategies to address challenges, seize available opportunities, and strengthen Tagify's competitive position in the market.

Abstract

Angka prevalensi gizi kurang dan gizi buruk anak di Indonesia masih tinggi. Penelitian sebelumnya mengindikasikan status gizi berkaitan dengan praktik rutin pilihan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan mendorong aksi kolektif komunitas dalam menciptakan camilan berkualitas berbahan pangan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Kegiatan pemberdayan masyarakat meliputi peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, khususnya kepada pengelola pangan keluarga dan kelompok pedagang komunitas. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan peserta (64%) meningkat keterampilannya dalam membuat camilan alternatif berkualitas (es krim susu kambing & tepung pisang) secara aman dan higienis, serta menciptakan branding produk sendiri. Pendampingan masih terus dilakukan. Pengamatan pada perilaku peserta pelatihan, mengindikasikan bahwa mereka mulai mengevaluasi praktik lama dan mempraktikan pilihan camilan baru. Ini artinya, struktur baru mulai terbentuk dan struktur lama yang mendukung praktik pemberian camilan tidak berkualitas, mulai surut. Tindak lanjut kegiatan PPM adalah mendampingi para pengelola pangan dan para pedagang untuk menguatkan pola asuh pangan camilan berkualitas bagi anak, mempromosikan camilan berkualitas dari bahan lokal, dan memberi insentif bagi penggerak komunitas atas upaya mengorganisir aksi-aksi kolektif kelompok warga dalam rangka mengurangi anak berstatus gizi buruk.

Abstract

With the growth of technological innovation and the shift of the digital era in various aspects of industry, the younger generation is faced with major challenges in preparing themselves for the technology-based world of work. This study focuses on Kreavoks, a digital agency that provides services such as digital skills training, SEO-optimized website creation, and branding kit design. The purpose of this study is to explore how Kreavoks develops its digital services to prepare the younger generation with the skills needed to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes the strategies implemented by Kreavoks in integrating technology, branding, and marketing to improve the digital capabilities of the younger generation. The research findings show that Kreavoks' training program improves participants' technical skills and deepens their understanding of digital branding and SEO. Despite its success, challenges such as differences in technological understanding and limited infrastructure remain obstacles. This study has an impact on the development of digital services that can prepare the younger generation to face the demands of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital age, social media, especially Instagram, has become an important platform that not only serves as a communication tool, but also as an effective marketing tool. Instagram filters, as one of the main features, have evolved into an important creative and marketing tool for both individuals and businesses. Filtrize comes as a provider of Instagram filter creation services tailored to customer needs, with the aim of creating filters that are unique and in line with brand identity. However, in order to stay relevant and thrive amidst intense competition, Filtrize needs to adopt effective methods in its business development. One of the approaches used as a solution is the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) method, which can integrate theory and practice in the development of this digital business. This research aims to explore how the application of the PBL method can be used to build and develop Filtrize's business. The methods used in this research include observation, literature study, and customer feedback to collect data on market trends, customer expectations, and product evaluation. The results of this research are expected to provide new insights into digital service business development in the creative field and produce a business model that is not only profitable, but also sustainable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) bagi siswa SMP, SMA, dan SMK dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran Academy Figma dalam meningkatkan kompetensi desain siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi riset pasar dan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip dasar desain UI/UX serta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Figma. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Academy Figma berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan formal dan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif pendidikan lainnya dalam bidang desain digital.

Abstract

Bisnis kreatif digital mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama pada produk stiker kustom yang memenuhi kebutuhan personal dan promosi. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) pada bisnis kreatif digital yang berfokus pada stiker kustom. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi sembilan elemen BMC, termasuk segmen pelanggan, proposisi nilai, dan saluran distribusi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa BMC mempermudah identifikasi peluang inovasi, efisiensi operasional, dan strategi keterlibatan pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengoptimalkan model bisnis mereka dan tetap kompetitif di industri kreatif digital.

Abstract

Product packaging is an important element in creating the identity and attractiveness of a product, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research aims to develop an online-based packaging design service through the PackDe platform that offers easy access, transparent pricing, and a variety of customizable design options. The methods used include literature study, competitor observation, and social media analysis to understand market needs and current design trends. The results show that PackDe is able to provide functional and aesthetic packaging design solutions, supporting SME product branding effectively. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited human resources and marketing need to be overcome to reach a wider market. The implications of this research show that digital-based packaging design innovation can improve the competitiveness of SME products in national and global markets. PackDe is expected to be a strategic partner for SMEs in creating packaging that is not only visually appealing but also has added value to the packaged product.
