Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, effective business models are crucial for sustaining competitiveness. This research explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to TemplateKuy, a digital platform providing Notion and Spreadsheet templates. The study aims to identify how BMC's nine components—customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures—can be optimized for business growth and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis to evaluate TemplateKuy’s strategic positioning. The findings reveal that BMC helps TemplateKuy create tailored strategies that align with market demands, improve operational efficiency, and increase value for its users. However, challenges such as resource limitations and market competition persist. These results offer valuable insights for similar businesses aiming to leverage BMC for strategic planning. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation and customer feedback to maintain relevance in the dynamic digital industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan strategi bisnis AIF Digital Custom Agency menggunakan kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang disusun berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Kerangka ini memetakan sembilan elemen utama dalam model bisnis untuk menciptakan strategi yang terintegrasi dan responsif terhadap tantangan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh AIF Digital Custom Agency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama bisnis ini terletak pada komunikasi yang efektif dengan pelanggan, penggunaan teknologi desain mutakhir seperti Adobe Creative Suite, serta penawaran harga yang kompetitif. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi optimalisasi sumber daya dan perluasan penetrasi pasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan BMC memungkinkan AIF Digital Custom Agency untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui optimalisasi operasional dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses internal, guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan di industri desain digital custom.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened significant opportunities for the website development industry to innovate, particularly through the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in designing a business strategy for ACW Studio, a website development service company utilizing AR technology. By integrating AR, ACW Studio offers a unique value proposition, such as creating interactive websites and AR-based creative products, significantly enhancing customer experience. The use of BMC helps the company analyze nine key business elements, including strategic collaboration, service personalization, and optimization of digital distribution channels. The study results show that AR-based strategies can provide substantial competitive advantages in a highly competitive market while also opening opportunities for expansion into sectors such as education, retail, and tourism.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, kebutuhan akan gaya hidup sehat semakin menjadi perhatian utama masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan platform pencatatan nutrisi makanan berbasis teknologi untuk membantu individu mengelola pola makan sehat. Platform ini, bernama Foody, menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti pencatatan konsumsi makanan harian, kalkulator Indeks Massa Tubuh (BMI), dan rekomendasi makanan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi seperti AI mampu memberikan nilai tambah dengan otomatisasi pencatatan nutrisi dan personalisasi rekomendasi makanan, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Foody juga memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan situs web untuk menjangkau target pasar yang berorientasi pada kesehatan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi praktis dalam mendukung gaya hidup sehat, tetapi juga menciptakan peluang bisnis yang inovatif di bidang technopreneurship. Foody berpotensi menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengelolaan kesehatan gizi masyarakat, sekaligus membuka jalan bagi inovasi di industri kesehatan digital.

Abstract

Mastering technology is essential in the digital age, particularly for building programming skills. However, a lack of access to good learning materials and adaptable learning systems remains a major challenge. This research intends to create a digital-based coding course platform that effectively and efficiently supports technical learning. To provide the best learning experience, the platform includes different features such as organized learning materials, hands-on exercises, and automated evaluations. The development methods used include analyzing user needs and implementing modern web technologies. Testing results indicate that the platform can enhance users' grasp of coding concepts and encourage them to keep learning. The platform is anticipated to offer innovative solutions for technology education for various groups, from students to professionals.

Abstract

In the digital era, competition in the graphic design industry is increasingly competitive, requiring businesses to innovate and adapt with effective strategies. This study aims to develop business strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for Trikarasu Design, a start-up in the graphic design field. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study method, the research maps the nine BMC elements to analyze opportunities and challenges faced. The findings reveal that BMC aids Trikarasu Design in identifying product value propositions, customer segments, and relevant distribution channels. Digital promotion strategies through social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok are proven effective in enhancing visibility and fostering personal relationships with customers. This study provides practical contributions in the form of BMC-based strategies that support the sustainability and growth of Trikarasu Design in the dynamic graphic design market.

Abstract

As an agricultural country, Indonesia has considerable potential for livestock products such as meat, eggs, milk, and processed products. Indonesia's biodiversity and vast territory produce livestock products with distinctive characteristics and uniqueness that differ from similar products made in different regions. To protect against counterfeiting of the origin of livestock products, these products are given markers known as Geographical Indications. This study aims to determine the criteria for livestock products to be registered for Geographical Indications and the benefits of protection of these Geographical Indications. The research method used is normative legal research, which analyzes laws, regulations, and other data to answer this research problem. Livestock products registered for Geographical Indications must be proven to have specific characteristics because of the conditions where the livestock products are produced. Climate, latitude, rainfall, and other factors can affect livestock products. The correlation between regional factors and livestock products brings products with specific characteristics that are different from similar products. Livestock products registered with Geographical Indications benefit consumers by avoiding livestock products not produced from the Geographical Indication area. For producers of livestock products, Geographical Indications are a promotional tool that can increase sales of their products. In addition, Geographical Indications help preserve the environment of the area where livestock products are produced so that the products do not change in quality or characteristics.

The study aims to understand how value propositions, customer segmentation, revenue streams, and other elements interact to drive innovation and competitiveness. Using qualitative methods, including literature reviews and case studies, the research identifies key insights for optimizing BMC elements to improve business performance in this sector. The findings highlight the importance of continuous adaptation to market trends and leveraging digital platforms for marketing and distribution.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the invitation industry, replacing conventional paper invitations with digital invitations that are more environmentally friendly and efficient. This study aims to analyze the business model of the Untukmu digital invitation business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. BMC includes nine key elements, namely customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The results of the analysis show that the personalization approach, interactive features such as RSVP and photo galleries, and digital promotion strategies through social media are the main competitive advantages of this business. This study also identifies the challenges faced, such as market competition and limitations of UI design, and provides strategic recommendations to overcome these obstacles. With this analysis, it is hoped that the Untukmu digital invitation business can increase its competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada proses desain kreatif gantungan kunci di Nuansart.Keychain, sebuah bisnis yang mengkhususkan diri pada produk gantungan kunci unik dan dapat disesuaikan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi kreativitas, inovasi, dan teknologi, khususnya augmented reality (AR), untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan yang beragam. Nuansart.Keychain menawarkan berbagai jenis gantungan kunci, termasuk Gantungan Kunci AR, Gantungan Kunci Goyang, Gantungan Kunci Klasik, Gantungan Kunci Pasangan, dan Gantungan Kunci Kustom, yang masing-masing dirancang dengan fitur unik yang menggabungkan fungsionalitas dengan ekspresi personal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses desain, inovasi dalam pengembangan produk, dan strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan untuk menarik pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fokus Nuansart.Keychain pada desain personal dan interaktif, bersama dengan penggunaan efektif platform media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok, telah menghasilkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengadaptasi teknik desain kreatif dan memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital untuk mempertahankan daya saing di industri kreatif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para wirausahawan di industri sejenis dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan praktik bisnis kreatif di Indonesia.
