Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on online shopping customer loyalty. This research was conducted on online shopping customers of Bukalapak with a case study of customers aged 17-24 years in Tuban City. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with samples, namely customers who made purchases on the Bukalapak platform at least once in the last 1 year, aged 17 to 24 years in Tuban City. The analytical technique used is the Partial least squares (PLS) application. results Based on the analysis found that: 1) Trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty Bukalapak. 2) Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty to Bukalapak.

Abstract

Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Tourist Visiting Interests on Tambakrejo Beach tourism in Blitar. This research used a quantitative approach. Nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique was used for sampling with research samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. Types primary data is used in this research. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. Results of research showed that: 1) Destination Image had a significant positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar. 2) Electronik Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Turist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet currently has security threats to online transactions so that it becomes a challenge for companies to maintain consumer buying interest, one of which is by providing security guarantees and offering a variety of products. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of product diversity and safety on consumer buying interest at the Sociolla marketplace in Surabaya. The approach used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique of 117 respondents who know the Sociolla marketplace and are domiciled in Surabaya. The software used in the data analysis process is SmartPLS. The final results of the research show that product diversity and safety make a positive contribution to consumer buying interest. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and brand awareness on purchasing decisions and to examine the role of brand awareness as a mediating variable between promotion and purchasing decisions on Wafer Tango in Surabaya region. The population in this study were all people who had bought and consumed Wafer Tango in Surabaya, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, so that the results obtained were 104 respondents. The measurement scale used in this studi is the Likert Scale. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires containing questions to respondents througt the Google Form. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this tsudy that the promotion variable has a positive effect on brand awareness and also the purchasing decision. Furthermore, the brand awareness variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. As well as brand awareness variables can be used as mediating variables between promotion variables and purchasing decisions variables. Keywords : Brand Awareness; Promotion; Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Electronic word of mouth and advertising effectiveness are variables that can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the concept of electronic word of mouth and the effectiveness of advertising on purchasing decisions at Bro D Towing Service which experienced a decline in sales in the last four months in 2021. The research method used was quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who have used the services of Bro D Towing Service Surabaya who have seen Bro D Towing Service Surabaya advertisements on social media, while the sample in this study was taken from a population of 65 respondents. with data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling and Partial Least Square (PLS) as analysis tools. The results of this study are known Electronic Word Of Mouth and the effectiveness of advertising have an effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the reviews on Google Business on Bro D Towing Service Surabaya influence consumers to make purchasing decisions and if an advertisement can be reached and accepted by all consumers, the advertisements that have been carried out by Bro D Towing Service Surabaya are effective and these consumers will always make decisions. to make a purchase.

Abstract

Progress in the business world in today's modern era has undergone significant changes and improvements. So, with the high interest of coffee lovers in Surabaya, there are many cafes in Surabaya. Each coffee café always offers different concepts and tastes, thus making the competition for several coffee cafes in Surabaya more competitive. The various prices offered by each coffee shop make marketing influencers of the interest of consumers to visit again. This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and experiential marketing on revisit interest at the Kappie Coffee Café in Pucang Adi Surabaya. methods of data collection using the Survey Method. The research method used is quantitative research methods using data analysis techniques using SmartPLS as an analytical tool. The results of this study note that price perception and experiential marketing have a significant effect on revisit interest. The more appropriate the experiential marketing provided by the Kappie Pucang Adi Surabaya coffee cafe, the higher the interest in repeat visits, and the Kappie Pucang coffee cafe maintains the quality that it already has and always maintains and chooses the best raw materials to make products that will be given to customers visitors.

Abstract

Old romantic songs of the 1980s linger; especially for people, at the moment, in their 60s or so. Such songs are rich in moral teaching, applicable in any religion on earth. The current study which examined Benjamin S’ and Ida Royani’s the same song lyrics Tragedi Cinta but of different versions aimed to construe the meanings of both songs viewed from their textual-metaphoric representations. The two song lyrics were analyzed employing a software application UAMCT 6.8, adopting Hallidayan SFL on thematic progression, leading to their modes of the discourse. Also dealt with herein is the use of both grammatical and lexical metaphors to examine how meanings are realized. The findings show that ‘female’ is marginalized in three ways, namely (1) the use of active voice without any attempt to hide the identity for doing sincere things as opposed to ‘male’ put in passive voice to hide the identity for doing bad things, (2) the use of marked themes indicate high literary values employed in both song lyrics, (3) the use of both lexical and grammatical metaphoric styles implies excellently-written song lyrics, and (4) moral teaching of both song lyrics is also highlighted to give evidence of ‘female’ marginalization and it is, thereby recommended to avoid romantic juvenile delinquency, especially of the millennial generation termed as ‘digital natives’ who can get access to abundant information without limit of time and space; no matter how hard the social, religious and familial authorities try to ban the negative impacts of the world’s largest information technology industry.

Abstract

The title of this study is “The Influence of Trust and Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Decisions in the TikTok Shop Application (A Study on TikTok Social Media Users in Surabaya)”, which aims to determine the influence of trust and perceived Ease of use on purchase decisions. The research method is quantitative, with the population being TikTok social media users in Surabaya. The sampling method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, which involves sample selection based on specific criteria. The sample consists of respondents who have made purchases on the TikTok Shop application, totalling 104 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study prove that (1) Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. (2) Perceived Ease of use positively influences Purchase Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle and Flash Sales on impulsive buying behavior in shopee E-commerce for Generation Z in East Luwu Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population studied was Shopee E-commerce users in East Luwu Regency, a sample of 108 people and the sampling technique used was a non-probability technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses the component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results showed that a shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying and Flash Sales have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, brand image, and price perception on purchasing decisions for the Uniqlo brand in the city of Surabaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with the dependent variable being purchasing decisions and the independent variables being lifestyle, brand image and price perception. The number of samples taken was 104 respondents who live in the city of Surabaya who have purchased Uniqlo products at least once using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used in this research was convenience sampling technique with data analysis using Sem-PLS with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. From the research results, it was found that lifestyle variables, brand image and price perception had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
