Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan komponen penting dalam bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dengan melakukan kegiatan pemasaran yang optimal akan menimbulkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Tujuan akan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh atas Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM),E-Service Quality, serta Promosi Penjualan dimana memberikan pengaruh keputusan pembelian produk dalam aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dimana untuk mengukur sampel menggunakan skala likert dan total 100 sampel penelitian yang didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Metode Partial Least Square SEM digunakan pada penelitian ini sebagai alat analisis data. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwasanya Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) (X1), E-Service Quality (X2), dan Promosi Penjualan (X3) dinyatakan mempengruhi positif serta signifikan pada keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla di Surabaya.

Abstract

Competition in the retail business has become a highly competitive and dynamic arena in the global economy. The intense competition among retail businesses encourages them to compete for consumer interest and market leadership by devising various strategic plans to increase competitive advantage. FamilyMart, under PT Fajar Mitra Indah, is one of the retail businesses currently competing to win the market in Indonesia. FamiCafé, created by FamilyMart is a brand extension that combines the concept of a minimarket with a cafe. This research examines the effect of service quality, store atmosphere, and experiential marketing on customer loyalty at FamiCafé Tenggilis Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods involving 108 respondents selected from the population of FamiCafé Tenggilis Surabaya customers. Nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach was used for sample selection. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis process uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tools with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the research findings, it was revealed that service quality affects customer loyalty at FamiCafé Tenggilis Surabaya, store atmosphere has no effect on customer loyalty at FamiCafé Tenggilis Surabaya, and experiential marketing affects customer loyalty at FamiCafé Tenggilis Surabaya.

Abstract

This research has the aim of explaining social media marketing and price discounts whether they have an influence on purchasing decisions using the research object of Airwalk brand shoes. The population used as the object of research is residents with Surabaya city ID cards and domiciled in Surabaya who have bought and used Airwalk brand shoes. While the sample in this study were 110 respondents. The results showed that social media marketing was able to contribute positively and significantly to purchasing decisions and price discounts were also able to contribute positively and significantly to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi retorika Dr. Fahrudin Faiz (Pak Faiz) dalam acara Ngaji Filsafat bertema Serat Siti Jenar untuk mengungkap (1) struktur generik pengajian tersebut, (3) tujuan komunikatif serta (3) strategi retorika. Dalam penelitian ini, data  diambil dengan teknik simak catat dari Saluran Youtube Media Koentji. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan kerangka analisis Appraisal  (pengembangan teori Linguistik Fungsional Sistemik) digabung dengan teori Majas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pak Faiz sangat profesional dan berhasil menyampaikan pengajian filsafat dalam suasana perkuliahan. Beliau sangat piawai dalam merancang dan penggunaan struktur generik sehingga langkah langkah komunikatif sangat terdefinisi dan terukur. Dengan demikian, pilihan strategi retorika yang meliputi kiasan, perumpamaan, ironi, alusio , dll. dapat diterapkan dengan baik.  Strategi retorika tersebut dipakai saat beliau mengelaborasi permasalahan kekinian berkisar pada kehidupan mahasiswa sebagain insan ilmiah dan spiritual yang kebetulan tercermin dalam Serat Siti Jenar dan sangat relevan. Dari sudut sistem Appraisal, Pak Fariz menggunakan heteroglosia dalam arti beliau menggunakan bentuk klausa baik bertingkat maupun setara (disamping beberapa monoglosik) dangan sangat baik dan mampu mengikat (engaging) minat mahasiswa tanpa terditeksi pengunaan ujaran kebencian dalam pengajian tersebut yang bersifat semi-formal, menggunakan skala semantik yang selalu netral. Penelitian ini berkontribusi positif sebagai dasar perumusan (rekonstuksi) program pengembangan karakter generasi muda.

Abstract

Management of infrastructure and facilities is important in physical education, considering that infrastructure is a medium to support the success of learning. This study aims to determine how the management of physical education facilities and infrastructure in State Junior High Schools. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study research design. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were obtained from six sources consisting of the principal, physical education teachers, and facilities and infrastructure staff. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of research on the availability and management of facilities and infrastructure revealed that there were several physical education facilities and infrastructure that were feasible but had their availability. The removal of physical education facilities and infrastructure activities that have not been carried out properly has resulted in many damaged facilities and infrastructure piled up in the warehouse. The inventory process has been carried out well. This can be seen from the process of registering goods or facilities and infrastructure which are recorded alphabetically by the names of items that have been spent, the inventory process is carried out routinely and regularly. The process of maintaining physical education facilities and infrastructure is carried out by teachers and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengidentifikasi bagaiaman pengaruh influencer marketing dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian kacang Dua Kelinci di kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini secara kuantitatif dengan mengambilsampel berjumlah 100 responden dan penyebaran kuisoner ini dibantu dengan Google form. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambiln dengan menggunakan teknik convinince sampling. Sampel terdiri atas responden yang pernah mengkonsumsi kacang Dua Kelinci. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analaisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian didapati bahwa variabel influencer marketing dan brand iamge berpengaruh psotif dan signifikan terhadap variabek keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Studies about rhetorical moves in the introduction section have been widely conducted. However, the studies focusing on the research problem statement is still limited. This current study investigated the rhetorical structures, strategies, and linguistic features of the problem statement written by undergraduate students, which aimed to contribute to the teaching model in teaching academic writing. This research was a qualitative case study belonging to genre analysis, using Swales CARS model. Thirty undergraduate students problem statement texts were explored, and interviewers were further conducted to collect the data. The results indicated that nine types of rhetorical structures were employed, most of which were characterized as incomplete. The rhetorical strategies employed by the students were making a centrality claim, making topic generalizations, reviewing previous research, indicating a gap, establishing need and problem, continuing a tradition, outlining purposes, and announcing the state of the present research. Specific linguistic features were used in each move and step although the students admitted that they had lack of knowledge with linguistic features. Based on the research finding, a Critical Genre-Based model for teaching problem statements in writing is proposed because this model has facilitative effect on consciousness-raising of the genres rhetorical structure.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang ketenagalistrikan memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, pensiunan, dan keluarga mereka melalui fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses keterlambatan pengajuan restitusi pengobatan oleh karyawan dan pensiunan di PT PLN (Persero). Keterlambatan dalam pengajuan restitusi dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pegawai bagian restitusi di Divisi Pelayanan Human Capital Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan tersebut, termasuk prosedur administrasi yang kompleks dan kurangnya pemahaman pegawai mengenai tata cara pengajuan restitusi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan restitusi dan mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan serta pensiunan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and influencers on purchase intention at CV Trisakti Motor showroom in Surabaya, using a quantitative approach. The population of the study consists of TikTok and Instagram users, with a sample of 104 respondents selected through non-probability sampling using convenience sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS application. The results indicate that both digital marketing and influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Mental toughness adalah sekumpulan sikap, nilai, perilaku, dan emosi yang menjadikan seorang individu dapat bertahan dan menghadapi berbagai kendala, rintangan, ataupun tekanan yang dirasakan akan tetapi tetap mampu mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Kelas Khusus Olahraga (KKO) merupakan sebuah kegiatan ko-kurikuler yang dimaksudkan supaya minat dan bakat siswa semakin meningkat untuk menjadi atlet potensional di masa mendatang. Ada berbagai faktor yang berkaitan dengan mental toughness terkait pengembangan diri melalui tantangan, kesadaran olahraga dari para siswa, bagaimanakah sikap ataupun perilaku siswa pada saat menghadapi tekanan, dan keinginan ataupun semangat siswa dalam menggapai pertandingan. Hasil wawancara beberapa siswa KKO, terdapat 70 % siswa KKO belum memahami tentang mental toughness, maka perlu diadakannya bimbingan teknis terkait mental toughness. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini terlaksana berkat kerja sama dari dosen Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragan dan Kesehatan (FIKK), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) sebagai narasumber dan penanggung jawab Kelas KKO Sekolah Menegah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) I Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman. Kegiatan dilakukan secara teori maupun praktek pada tanggal 10-11 Juli 2024 bertempat di SMPN I Kalasan dengan peserta seluruh siswa, pelatih, dan guru olahraga yang menangani KKO di SMPN 1 Kalasan yang berjumlah 50 orang yang terdiri dari 6 Pelatih, 2 orang Guru Olahraga, dan 42 siswa KKO. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 92% siswa KKO sangat membutuhkan bimtek mental toughness dalam menghadapi pertandingan, sisanya 8 siswa KKO membutuhkan pendampingan bimtek mental toughness lanjutan dalam menghadapi pertadingan.
