Abstract

This study was conducted to understand cash flow management and its role as a basis for decision-making at Kemaiu Haircare, a small and medium-sized enterprise selling hair care products. The main issue examined is how cash flow is used as a basis for operational decisions, particularly regarding raw material purchases and funding promotional activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews and analysis of Kemaiu's financial report documentation for the 2024 period. The analysis was conducted through processing cash flow statements, calculating the operating cash ratio, and earnings quality (Quality of Income). The results show that Kemaiu is able to maintain a stable cash flow performance. Cash inflow from online sales is able to cover a large portion of operational cash needs. Furthermore, cash flow serves as an important reference in managing inventory and allocating costs, thereby improving the effectiveness of management decision-making. Abstract

This research examines the primary factors that influence public interest in adopting electric vehicles (EVs), with a particular focus on residents of East Java. Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design. data were gathered from 250 participants through a convenience sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess construct validity and test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that four variables are perceived as ease of use, perceived usefulness, and green marketing. and perceived value each significantly and positively affect individuals’ intention to adopt EVs. These findings underscore the significance of personal perceptions and environmentally focused marketing strategies in promoting EV adoption on a practical level. The study provides valuable guidance for EV manufacturers in developing marketing strategies that emphasize user-friendliness, practical benefits, and environmental awareness. Overall. This research contributes to the literature on sustainable transportation by highlighting the crucial role of consumer perception and strategic messaging in promoting the adoption of electric vehicles, particularly in developing markets such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Riset berikut dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menelaah bagaimana Perceived Price, Negative Electronic Word of Mouth, dan Variety Seeking dapat memengaruhi Brand Switching dari Brand Afterlife Pada Generasi Z Di Kota Surabaya. Sebanyak 70 responden dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden yang dilibatkan di sampel merupakan Generasi Z berusia 18–28 tahun di Surabaya yang telah beralih dari produk wadah penyimpanan merek brand afterlife ke merek lain, serta aktif di media sosial X (Twitter) dan TikTok. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan serangkaian uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari ketiga variabel yaitu Perceived Price, Negative Electronic Word of Mouth, dan Variety Seeking terhadap Brand Switching.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Divisi Retail PT Pos Indonesia Regional V Surabaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan peran media sosial dan pasar dalam mendukung pengembangan kemitraan retail dan meningkatkan literasi digital UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup pengawasan digital marketing, analisis aktivitas perusahaan di media sosial, dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai kantor cabang utama (KCU) yang terletak di Jawa Timur, Bali, dan Nusa Tenggara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 1.922 seller baru yang berhasil didata dan mulai bermitra menggunakan layanan digital seperti PosAja! dan PosPay, serta peningkatan jumlah seller aktif sebesar 14,72%. Menurut analisis media sosial, tingkat keterlibatan publik akan turun rata-rata sebesar 76% dari Juli hingga Oktober 2025. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penurunan frekuensi unggahan dan kurangnya integrasi strategi konten antarwilayah. Namun, cabang seperti Malang dan Surabaya masih dapat berinteraksi dengan baik melalui kerja sama konten dan promosi tematik. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan pendekatan komunikasi digital yang terintegrasi dapat memperluas jaringan kemitraan retail, meningkatkan efisiensi promosi, dan memperkuat posisi PT Pos Indonesia sebagai perusahaan multinasional yang siap untuk mengikuti perkembangan era digital.

Abstract

The rise of digital marketing has transformed consumer consumption patterns, where purchasing decisions are no longer solely based on price and product quality, but are also influenced by review content and the growing presence of paid buzzers that can shape consumer perceptions and purchase intentions. This study aims to examine the influence of influencer reviews and the bandwagon effect on the purchase intention of pashmina tencel products on TikTok. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that influencer reviews have a positive and significant contribution to consumer purchase intention. Similarly, the bandwagon effect also demonstrates a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. The credibility of influencers plays a crucial role in building trust and shaping positive consumer attitudes, while the bandwagon effect reflects social influence that encourages consumers to follow popular trends, which in turn enhances their intention to purchase.

Abstract

These findings suggest that practitioners in the fast-food industry should prioritize price-value perceptions and digital reputation management to strengthen their market position for customers of Richeese Factory in Surabaya. The sampling technique employed was convenience sampling, while data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the aid of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that all three variables—E-WOM, price perception, and product quality—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Among them, price perception has the most dominant influence, followed by product quality and E-WOM. These findings suggest that consumers tend to prioritize the perceived value for the price they pay, while also considering product quality and online opinions when making purchasing decisions.
