Abstract

This research was conducted at CV JAYA MITRA ABADI PEKANBARU. The population in this study were employees of CV Jaya Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru, totaling 33 people. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. In this study the number of samples as many as 32 employees other than the author. The results of this research hypothesis are t arithmetic 4.117 > t table 2.042 and also significance 0.000 <0.05. So the decision is that compensation has a significant effect on employee work discipline at CV Jaya Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru

Abstract

To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 50 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of work ability testing has a significant effect on employee productivity Harvesting at PT. YZ, Bengkalis Regency, this is proven based on the t test, it found that t-count is greater than t-table (5.797 > 2.011). The value of R. Square (R2) = (0.642 X 0.642 = 0.412) or 41.2%, the percentage of contribution or contribution of the workability variable to the productivity variable is 0.412 or 41.2% while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other variables that ignored or not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about the field foreman continuing to supervise harvester activities the lowest response was in the statement quite agree, it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees.

Abstract

The research conducted at XYZ analyzed data using descriptive and quantitative methods to compare actual reality with theories. The data was tabulated and analyzed according to research objectives. The results showed that respondents strongly agreed with the motivation variable (X) and agreed with the performance variable (Y). The regression equation derived from the research indicated that when the motivation value is 0, teacher performance is positive at 9.829. The motivation coefficient value of 0.734 suggested that a unit increase in motivation led to a 73.4% change in teacher performance. The R Square (R2) value of 0.520 indicated that 52.0% of the teacher performance at SD XYZ in Pekanbaru can be explained by motivation, while the remaining 48.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the productivity of PT. XYZ Division 1 Harvest Division. To achieve these objectives a study was conducted using a sample of 42 people, using the census method. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. Based on test results on occupational safety and health variables (X) obtained tcount (3.751) is greater than the value of table (2.021) with a significant level of 0.01 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that occupational health and safety had a significant effect on the productivity of the employees of PT. XYZ Division 1 Harvest Division. Based on the results of calculations to see how much the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable, after processing the data it turns out that the value obtained (R2) = (0.510 X 0.510 = 0.260) or 26%, then the percentage of contribution or contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.260 or 26 % while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that occupational health and safety of employees must be tightened even more, such as prohibiting the deviation of dangerous goods because they received the lowest response of 3.31 on a statement of agreement, it can be said that occupational health and safety the main priority for employees is with employees

Abstract

Abstract: This NodeMCU-based Anti-Theft Security System ESP8266 is designed to increase protection in rooms that have the potential to become intruders' entry points. Once activated through the Android app, the sensor array on the system will start monitoring the condition of the room automatically. When suspicious movements are detected, the system immediately alerts users through notifications and sending photos of room conditions. In addition, the buzzer will sound as an alarm to provide a direct danger signal. By utilizing IoT technology, this system is able to provide fast response and remote monitoring, so that it can assist users in preventing theft and effectively improving the security of the room. Keyword:Planning, Systems, Security, NodeMCU ESP8266 Abstrak:Sistem Keamanan Anti-Pencurian berbasis NodeMCU ESP8266 ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan perlindungan pada ruangan yang berpotensi menjadi titik masuk penyusup. Setelah diaktifkan melalui aplikasi Android, rangkaian sensor pada sistem akan mulai memantau kondisi ruangan secara otomatis. Ketika terdeteksi adanya pergerakan yang mencurigakan, sistem segera memberikan peringatan kepada pengguna melalui notifikasi dan pengiriman foto kondisi ruangan. Selain itu, buzzer akan berbunyi sebagai alarm untuk memberikan sinyal bahaya secara langsung. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT, sistem ini mampu memberikan respons cepat dan pemantauan jarak jauh, sehingga dapat membantu pengguna dalam mencegah tindakan pencurian dan meningkatkan keamanan ruangan secara efektif. Kata kunci:Perancangan, Sistem, Keamanan, NodeMCU ESP8266

Abstract

Description – The economic concept explains that a person is considered to have perfect information and knowledge before or when consuming a product. However, there is no limit on how much information is known about the product. Purpose – This study identifies individuals before or when making consumption decisions regarding a product. Methodology – Using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling methods, sampling technique with mixed questionnaires (online and offline). Using a sample of 422 respondents spread across several regions and cities in Riau Province, using 44 indicators as a reference for product information answered by respondents. Findings – Individual consumption decisions analyzed with the logit probability of reading, caring and knowing information about instant noodles were 0.7599 or 76 percent. Originality/Novelty – This study shows that the information held by individuals in instant noodle consumption can be identified and its size and quantity. Implications – On the other hand, consumption can occur when individuals do not have any information about a product, due to emergency conditions, individual negligence, or being deceived by producers, so individual caution and the role of the government are needed so that consumers are not harmed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Location, Price and Product Quality on d’BestO Purchasing Decisions in Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study were d’BestO consumers in Sungai Penuh City. The sample in the study was taken using a non probability technique using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the location variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the product quality variable did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and location, price and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at d'BestO in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

Pola pendidikan yang bersifat formal, dimana anak-anak akan dibekali dengan ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekolah. Kemudian, proses pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler pendidikan agama merupakan pendalaman, penguatan, pembiasaan serta perluasan dan pengembangan dari kegiatan intrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tatap muka atau non tatap muka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilaksanakan di sekolah SMP Negeri 4 Airpura untuk menguatkan pemahaman AlQuran. Pengabdian menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif yaitu berupa gejala-gejala yang dapat dikategorikan atau berupa bentuk lainya seperti berbentuk kata-kata, gambar-gambar, dokumen pasa saat proses penelitian di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 1. Wawancara, dan 2. Dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang ada dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler BTQ diadakan guna menanamkan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab kepada siswa. Siswa yang sedikit demi sedikit bisa membaca AlQur’an di sekolah, karena lingkungan yang mendukung dan tambahan les mengaji sepulang sekolah. Siswa dan siswi yang mengamalkan pentingnya sopan santun terhadap yang lebih tua. Tolak ukur kesuksesan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler BTQ serta pengimplementasian kandungan Al Qur’an yang di dalamnya menanamkan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab pada siswa ada beberapa faktor yaitu guru menjadi teladan untuk para anak didiknya, guru membiasakan senyum, salam, dan sapa, guru juga membiasakan shalat dengan tepat waktu, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, hal ini menunjukkan perilaku yang dicontohkan di dalam materi Al Qur’an baik bermodal dari pembiasaan atau praktik. Adanya contoh dari guru membantu siswa untuk lebih terbiasa dalam melaksanakan dan mengimplementasikan isi kandungan Al-Qur’an, seperti halnya; sholat tepat waktu, dan sopan santun. Pelaksanaan ekstrakulikuler BTQ juga membantu para siswa untuk sedikit demi sedikit dapat lebih lancar dalam membaca Al-Qur’an serta memotivasi mereka untuk lebih rajin dalam mengikuti TPA di lingkungan rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

Along with the times, the world of technology is growing, so MSMEs in an economic society must keep up with technological developments to maintain their existence in business and business management, as micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a key role in growth. Indonesian economy. MSMEs account for 85% of the employment rate. In a business, it is necessary to study the business's survival. However, in reality, the community only focuses on the status of working as an employee in a company to earn income. Therefore, cultivating a community with a socialization approach imbued with entrepreneurship is done to help motivate people to run independent businesses. Empowerment refers to the ability of individuals, especially disadvantaged groups, to find productive resources that help them increase their income and participate in development and decision-making processes. The results of this study indicate that the people of Muara Inderapura Village have great potential for village economic development through MSME. Factors supporting community development in the economic field include abundant natural and human resources and strong community participation. While the inhibiting factors are capital, facilities.

Abstract

Libraries have a strategic role in building schools, in the era of digitalization it is not only a necessity but a demand for using good library digitization in order to increase competitiveness and increase the excellence of schools, for research purposes, to help SD 07 Padang Leban Elementary School, Tebing Tinggi Village, Ranah Ampek District Hulu Tapan, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This training activity was carried out on July 21-July 23. Which is carried out in 3 stages: 1. Cycle I Stage, namely the Preparation Stage.2. Cycle II stages, namely the Implementation Stages. The final stage, namely the results stage of this research. Data collection methods used in implementing community service programs regarding school library management training regarding the important role of libraries for schools and students. This is in the form of socialization and assistance to schools.
